After reading the excellent reviews for Living Spring Water, I decided to give them a call. From the moment I spoke with the owner, I knew I had found the right company. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely appreciative that I was considering his business. It was obvious he takes great pride in the quality of the spring water he delivers and truly stands behind his product. I decided to sign up, and I'm so glad I did. The delivery process was seamless, the customer service has been outstanding, and most importantly, the water is absolutely delicious. My entire household loves both the quality and the taste. If you're looking for exceptional spring water backed by honest, old-fashioned customer service, I can't recommend Living Spring Water enough. Five stars all the way!

David from this company contacted me within a couple of minutes. He provided me with an introduction and developed a water delivery plan. And since the next day was water delivery day for our town, he was able to deliver it the next day. Additionally, I was searching for a new water system, and he had an open box unit; he was able to sell it to me at a reasonable price. He also arranged for the unit to be delivered with the water. And took that old unit away for me. I strongly recommend them if you are having a problem with a water delivery company. The delivery guy was perfect. I thank you for the good service.

Marc is wonderful and responds quickly and is always able to accommodate my delivery requests the same week. I started with the Manhattan Water Company as a student and they delivered to my dorm room. When I moved out they picked up my water unit and set me up with a new unit in my apartment that I have been using ever since. I have only had 1 leaky bottle over 4 years and they were quick to replace it. The gentlemen who deliver the bottles are consistently excellent as well. (Shout out to Louis!) Thank you so much!

Okay. So we're a small biz in Manhattan that's been with Ready Refresh (Nestle) for over a decade,…read moreand we finally got fed up with repeated awful service and cancelled our account. The Poland Springs water by Nestle is good and I was reluctant to drop them for that reason, but enough is enough. How much lousy service can we put up with until it's time to say goodbye. BTW, Ready Refresh happily held the door on our way out instead of asking what they could do to keep our account! Look, we all make mistakes from time to time, so that's no problem, and we don't mind if Ready Refresh makes an occasional error, it's just that they got to the point in which they didn't care about their mistakes. They'd deliver the wrong order and then I'd spend weeks trying to straighten it out. The Ready Refresh driver absolutely refused to ring our buzzer or knock on the door, and instead left the delivery in the hallway, which meant we didn't have a chance to notify the driver that the order was wrong. The list goes on and on. My point is, we didn't want to switch but our hand was forced, and so far, so very, very good! Manhattan Water Company did EXACTLY what they said they would. Delivered the right amount of bottles on the right day in the right way. Their policies are extremely clear and we know where we stand. If we change our order less than 24-hours prior to a delivery or refuse a delivery, we're going to get charged a fee. Very fair! As long as we both play by the rules I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Oh, and most important: The water (which comes from the Catskills) tastes great! I was worried it wouldn't compare to Poland Springs but it does indeed taste as good. If that didn't work, none of the rest mattered. So we're happy and hoping to spend the next 10 to 20 years with MWC!

We brought cooked/frozen Samoan food for our PA family (IYKYK), and I was worried because our NY hotel did not have a restaurant/freezer space for us to use. Checked Yelp and Armato Ice & Firewood Co. popped up. I messages the number at 8pm, and Tony responded within 15min. I explained the situation, and he apologized because he said my order was too small for a delivery (I only needed 5lbs), so I would have to pick up dry ice from their shop on E 88th Street. Cool, no problem. Next morning, 8:30 am, i went to business address to pick up 5lbs, and called Tony but he was stuck in rush hour traffic for another hour. He graciously offered to drop off dry ice to my hotel before noon, during their normal deliveries. Even though it was a small order, he understood my situation and cared enough to help me keep my food frozen for the next few days, so my PA family can enjoy authentic Samoan food.
