I placed an order with ReadyRefresh, and it has been delayed for over a month. Every time I try to contact customer service, the call automatically drops, making it impossible to reach anyone. The only way to get a live person on the phone is by calling their sales line, which is incredibly frustrating. I've been given the same excuse multiple times--something about a "route change"--but it's clear the issue is on their end. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Stay away. read more

Since changing ownership, they have not gotten one delivery correct. On one delivery, they delivered my order to my neighbor's house 75 years away. After many years of Poland Spring water delivery, we're looking for a replacement service. Using ReadyFresh (or whatever they call themselves now) is not worth the frustration, especially when there's cheaper, more reliable services available. read more

ReadyRefresh do better. God forbid you need to get customer service... Calling, you wait on hold or deal with a broken automated system. Website, doesnt work great. Via chat function it just took the customer service rep 15mins to find out when my next delivery date was. I can more cases of Poland Spring delivered from walmart and for less money...its not looking good RR. read more

Would never use them again. Had monthly deliveries for years from them . They were purchased by Primo brands and they are now terrible. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Deliveries never show up on time or at all. We had a monthly recurring delivery which hasn't shown up in 2 months now. No response to emails . Horrible company.... Stay away! read more

Service became TERRIBLE after the merger with Primo. Cancelled my service after 2+ years. Cancelled deliveries, missing bottles, incorrect bottles, poor customer service/no way to reach via telephone. You name it and it's a problem. Strongly recommend choosing another company for your needs. read more

Terrible company! I have using this company for 3 years. The first 2 years was okay but this year. I am on autopay and usually don't look at my account. Ready fresh has been very innovative with fees this year. Every time I checked, I am surprised by the fees imposed on my account. read more

if I could put zero stars I would. Do not under any circumstance use this water delivery service. They don't show up when they're supposed to. There is no notification that they will not be showing up and they just make excuses and change dates without letting anyone know. When I called to complain because I canceled the service and needed the equipment picked up that was postponed. They told me it's due to the integration of the two companies which I don't care about. read more

Save your money and time. Major waste of your time with zero customer service. You're better off getting your water from the store yourself. This company does not deserve to be in business. read more

Cancelled my subscription to them months ago because their website is screwed up and the order was incorrect for 3 months in a row. Wasn't the first time this happened either. It's a shame because their delivery guy was great, he just works for an incompetent company. read more

Nestle is one of the largest well known companies in the world owning over 2000 brands including Gerber, Cheerios, Kit Kat, the Nestle Toll House Cookies, Poland Spring, all Starbucks retail sales outside the SBux stores, California Pizza Kitchen,........... and of course Ready Refresh by Nestle Bottled Water delivery service. This one star is a generous gesture on my part. These are the facts and the timeline of this absolutely low class operation and their true motto - " The bigger we are, the more we hide and really don't give a flying f**k about you." Costco, Westbury, NY July 18, 2019 - Ready Refresh has a table with a "sweet deal" for Poland Spring 5 gal bottles with a free hot and cold dispenser( just a deposit required) also w free delivery and free cancellation anytime. Plus I call when I need it with no minimum. I live in Gramercy Park in Manhattan and Mom just got a new house in Hicksville 24 miles east of me in Long Island. It seemed convenient, practical for Mom and hey, it's Nestle right......!! July 25, 2019 - Everything delivered by Kendrick, retired USMC and a cool guy. August 6-18 - Mom was in the ER and ICU at the hospital. It was rough but she came back home. She stated that the big bottles and her rate of consumption - barely a fraction in those 24 days was not worth it. August 19- I called and cancelled. August 26 - they picked up the dispenser but not the unused bottles( per FDA guidelines per the rep). TUESDAY, AUGUST 27 - THEY DELIVERED 5 NEW FIVE GALLON BOTTLES AND PUT THEM BY MOM'S FRONT DOOR. They banged my credit card for the new unauthorized delivery. I called CS immediately - oh, can't you use them? Ma'am you just picked up the machine/dispenser 18 hours ago. RR - let me get back to you. No call back. Called their Corporate Office( Greenwich Ct) at 203 531 4100 four times and kept getting a voice mail for Karen, Assistant to Henrik Gelert, EVP. Left her 3 messages Tues, Wed and Thurs. I called Friday and a very rude lady said to me at 11:55 am verbatim," Don't you know this is Labor Day weekend. Let me transfer you to the President's office." I bonded with Mozart for 38 minutes. No one picked up. Called again yesterday and today. Finally got Karen who was disinterested and really did not care. Arrogant and talking at me, not to me. " So you don't want to be billed for the new delivery....?" WOW!! Please be aware, kindly be cautious and don't be as impulsive as me when you may be in this situation. My options - 1) My buddy Sam was back stateside and visited Mom last weekend. He suggested that I take the 5 bottles up to Ready Refresh, find their corporate team, turn the bottles sideways and shove them up each of their candy asses. 2) Send all facts to Costco Vendor relations. 3) Live, Learn and keep Loving and not let this miniature incident get any bigger. Ahhhhhhh, I feel refreshed already......... read more

Just simply put, won't deliver! Every month it gets worse, 1 day then 2 then 3, etc. this past month I've been waiting for two weeks! Every day getting a "your delivery will come tomorrow", then followed up by a "we changed our delivery schedule" . Talked to two different reps, one said they talked to my local distributor and guaranteed my delivery would come the next day, never happened, more texts. The next rep basically lied, said the same thing. I now believe I will never get my delivery, because it's too inconvenient for them. Cancelling, talking to my bank to ensure they never steal and bill me, since I've also heard that is a common practice of theirs. Also thinking about contacting the BBB about them. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! read more

They are absolutely horrible!!! Their customer service is horrible and they clearly don't care about their customers whatsoever!!! Save yourself the time and money buy water at the store instead of having them deliver it to you! They are scam artists and will gauge their customers. read more

I have been receiving Poland Spring deliveries for more than 30 years. Since ReadyRefresh assumed the account, deliveries, service, communication, and ordering have been terrible. Worse is their website. It has been redesigned, seemingly to be user unfriendly. Delivery changes are nearly impossible. No customer service. Hopefully I will find another service soon. Stay away. It is just awful. The product is good, but the "service" is non-existent. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! Missed multiple deliveries.... No one answers the phones sent numerous messages through ReadyRefresh App NO REPLY!!! Prices increase's constantly!!! Avoid this company not sure how they are still in business!!!! read more

I would issue NO stars but not allowed. This water service company READYREFRESH is the worst company EVER! Do not use them. It's been 3 weeks waiting for my 3 jugs of 5 gallon water to be delivered and they still keep rescheduling it for no reason- at least give a reason why. I already spend same amount of money or a little more that they charge getting water from the store. I am going to Cancel them now- let's see how that goes- will update. read more

They have one job to delivery water...can't do it. Every delivery delayed, rescheduled, never delivered but still charged credit card.

Ironic to see google review this place with 4-5 stars. Must be paid reviews. I have had nothing but terrible incompetence with their customer service, all the way up to "management". They could care less about customer service and the fact that tipping is mandatory and you are unable to change it even for subpar service is outrageous. read more

Terrible. Money grab all around. I will die of thirst before ever using this company. $100 to change my filter? An extra $11 to pick a day for delivery? ( when it's already included in the delivery fee) $55 to pay for them to clean the filter for someone else once my service is over ? it ended up being over $80 biweekly to use their water service biweekly read more

Can't believe how difficult it is for this company to do one thing-deliver water. Never come on scheduled days anymore. You get multiple emails that are meaningless. The latest irritation is your drivers not picking up empties. That and leaving orders in the hallway when we are here. read more

Was a customer for 15 years within the last five years This company has gone down to the worst experience I've ever dealt with. They're still charging me for water cooler. They picked up when I canceled. There's no customer service.I now go pick up my water from the supermarket and pay about nine dollars per bottle compared to their $15 per bottle. read more

they are a horrible company and have no idea how their drivers ever passed a driving test, they all speed down side roads, won't move over even when they are basically riding down the middle of the road, I live in Babylon and have even complained to the town Mayor about them-I am looking into other options so I can cancel my account with them, as soon as I do bub bye, oh and Christopher who says "please contact us"- yes perhaps when I have a half a day to do so, your organization is horrible read more

Prices started out at one amount then switched They could not get number of cases right Their customer service was useless They sent a letter stating they would no longer deliver It's far less costly to buy in supermarkets at 3 cases for $9.99 and get delivery read more

If you need water and Ready Refresh was the only source left on the planet, drink seawater. Read the reviews (scattered all over because there isn't a single repository for comments). The billing issues are accurate. We've had them for as long as we've been customers. This review focuses on delivery. Our mindless driver is too lazy to drop our water off at our office where they should - and consequently never pick up the empties. At one point we had over 24 empty bottles piled up. We have a single commercial driveway that their driver blocks so no one can get into or out of the commercial parking lot. The driveway is NOT designed for trucks. And good luck getting anyone at this company on the phone. They simply don't answer it. Seems they could save thousands by completely disconnecting their telephone lines. read more

Worst water delivery service you could possibly use they cancel out of the blue they canceled and rescheduled 3x mean while they deliver water to my neighbor 3 doors away on day they rescheduled my order. Try and call they have no customer service at all wait time is forever have to use email and wait days for someone to respond, stay away from ready refresh if you want dependability and good customer service. When you ask if their going to discount or waive the delivery charge they tell you no. Go with another company you'll be glad you did!! read more

I too wish I could write 2 separate reviews! While I have had nothing but a bad experience with this company and it's customer service...I have to say that I finally got an awesome driver today who really took care of me and listened to my concerns! Thank you Tony, you are truly the best and I so appreciate your help! read more

The worst customer service!!! Been a customer for almost 20 yrs and this past yr service has gone down to unacceptable level. Only thing they're good at is overcharging customers and rescheduling delivery dates. They decide on their own to add to my order. Customer service located in the Philippines- they know nothing about philosophy of " customer is always right." They refuse to connect you to rep in US to try to resolve any issues. I'd think twice about using this company!!! This site won't allow no star ratings read more

A neighbor got a delivery from this company and the driver parked across my driveway for ten minutes and I couldn't park in it when I came home. I said to the driver "please don't block my driveway next time" and he got an attitude with me. Your parking needs are not my concern. Do not park across my driveway and block it for ten minutes. read more

We've tried to call the 1800 and you can't even reach anyone or leave a VM if "call volume" says it's too high and to call back We placed a service call and they told us Monday arrival No tech and can't reach anyone at the store This is a terrible system and would not recommend at this point read more

had a delivery for sept 14th to clean our water dispenser. Ready Refresh never showed up, pushed back 2 weeks. No one calls us or tells us why no one showed up. I called the day before to confirm, and the day of called late in afternoon to check status. Was told they would be there. Called asked for super visor to call us back. 5 hours later super visor calls and says he can't hear anyone and hangs up. Horrible business, Horrible customer service. We will be looking for another water company. We haven't been able to have water in our office for weeks over this issue and now 2 more. Does anyone at ready refresh care? read more

Stay far away from this company! They misrepresent themselves in door to door sales as "the water company," I.e. the water district. This is truly scam like behavior. Their reviews are also terrible. read more

Their sales representatives get you on the phone and they lie to you about their refer a friend policy. I've been waiting two months now for my credit haven't received my credit yet. There main concern is did you enroll in auto pay and I still haven't received my credit now they have canceled my order. We need more than just ready refresh for servicing bottled water. read more

Absolute worst customer service! I was supposed to get a delivery today and low and behold I get an email confirming my delivery that's scheduled for Monday. I've had a great experience with them up until this point and all it would have taken was an apology email stating they were too busy. But instead they send an, as a matter of fact, email that my delivery will be Monday. Whoever does your customer service, fire them and consult with me. Guaranteed you keep more customers. read more

Edit on August 17th. I'm now on my third rescheduled date. This is a complete failure on their part. Spoke with a commercial business person earlier today who was getting a delivery from a ReadyRefresh truck right there in front of me. His quote, "I have never had a problem with them." So apparently, commercial businesses have taken precedence over residential customers. The trucks are indeed out and about, just not delivering to all customers. Started out wonderful, but has been VERY unreliable the past 3 months. Continually cancelled and rescheduled EVERY delivery now. Am currently on my 2nd day of cancellation. My place of employment used ReadyRefresh and had the same problem and switched. Now I must look to do the same. Exactly what am I paying you for if you can't deliver on the dates you say you will? Apparently they have a shortage of drivers. Not our problem. They are about to have a shortage of customers. read more

This company has gone into the drink! Worst delivery "service" EVER! I've been a customer for many years, no more. I am done with these clowns. I'll drink out of the garden hose before I give them another dime! read more

Ready Fresh water delivery is the worst. They never deliver the water when they say they will - but they can email you every day trying to sell other products. Our delivery was supposed to come last Friday. it's Wednesday now and I'm still waiting. Every time I call them they "apologize" and say it will be coming the next day. I am cancelling this service immediately. read more

Delivery drivers are great but the service itself is extremely poor. They were out of stock on many things quite frequently and would just make partial deliveries without saying anything, so we wouldn't know if there was a mistake, a delay, etc. Now we use a local beverage distributor and have no issues read more

These people are horrendous. Unable to ever to speak with a live person. Emails are very unhelpful. This is on top of outrageous pricing. Better off dealing with a local beverage store. Stay far away from these people! read more

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. It's actually NO STAR but that wasn't an option. We cancelled the order after one month and every month they are still charging us. We even cancelled our current credit card and got a new one, and they are now putting the charge on our new card. We will have to cancel that particular credit card all together now. We only got water once in our apt and did not deliver to our door but left it in the mailroom with no name. We needed to get a trolley to bring it upstairs. We have called their offices numerous times and they still have not cancelled our order. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!!! THE WORST!!!! read more

I'm not a customer, but one of my neighbor's deliveries (I don't know who it is) was left at my front door, partly blocking it. I called up Poland Spring's delivery number right upon noticing (within an hour) and they didn't really care. They first said just keep it, but I told them I have a torn ligament in my hand/wrist--which is in a brace--and can't lift the 5 gallon jug. So they said someone will come to pick it up. Well, it's about five days now and despite three calls no one has come; it's still on the middle step, blocking my door. read more

Worst customer service ever and the website literally never works. I was trying to cancel my deliveries and service for over a month and had to resort to commenting on their instagram posts to finally get someone to respond to me! The prices are truly exorbitant. First, we bought the machine for $160. Then that one broke. We got a new one sent. Then they told us we have to get it professionally cleaned which was about $100. My order of 5, 5 gallon Poland spring jugs with the fees and delivery came out to $85 per order. That is $17 per jug. At the supermarket, the 2.5 gallon jug you put in the fridge is $4. That means I was paying $17 with Ready Refresh compared to $8 at the supermarket for the same amount of water. Let's not forget the costly machine and the necessary professional cleanings. It's truly a joke. I have no idea how this company is even in business. read more
