Worst customer service ever and the website literally never works. I was trying to cancel my deliveries and service for over a month and had to resort to commenting on their instagram posts to finally get someone to respond to me! The prices are truly exorbitant. First, we bought the machine for $160. Then that one broke. We got a new one sent. Then they told us we have to get it professionally cleaned which was about $100. My order of 5, 5 gallon Poland spring jugs with the fees and delivery came out to $85 per order. That is $17 per jug. At the supermarket, the 2.5 gallon jug you put in the fridge is $4. That means I was paying $17 with Ready Refresh compared to $8 at the supermarket for the same amount of water. Let's not forget the costly machine and the necessary professional cleanings. This is the first company that I used based upon a Costco promotion which is truly terrible. One thankful star is for the delivery people (I'd never seen) who properly delivered to my front door when I needed water most during the pandemic. Customer (dis)service is horrendous. I received delivery confirmation 48 hours ahead, but was never informed that they weren't coming that day. After much effort, when I finally reached customer service, David, the jerk I spoke with told me that not only would they not be delivering to my door, but perhaps they would leave the new water cooler and large bottles somewhere on the street. One of the worst companies you will ever deal with. Mystery billing charges that change from month to month. Cannot get any knowledgeable reps on the phone. I.e.: Rep insisted I have only ever reviewed two bottles at a time when I have factually receive a more. Trying to cancel my service and they have me on hold for over 20 minutes. Tried calling the office of the president and same thing, impossibly long hold times. Read their reviews anywhere and you will find consistently in terms of horrible this business is. I wish I can give 2 separate reviews but I can't. I will say that my driver Rafael is awesome 5 hands down. I specifically ordered Poland Spring so can't go wrong with that either. What really hurts them are their machines. I rented the stainless steal machine, with my Costco discount I got it for a great price of $2.50/mo (just the machine). Within 2 weeks of having the machine I had to have it replaced 2 more time for a total of 3 machines. 1st machine the compressor was so loud that i head it on the opposite side of the house. The second machine I was quite, but after a few hours of working, we realized the compressor wasn't working so we had NO cold water at all. The third and final machine worked for a few hours and while pouring water it just stopped. The buttons were still lit, but the time was off and pressing a button did nothing. It was determined that the control panel failed. We couldn't wait for a new machine as the next appointment was after Christmas and we were hosting our families, so I had to go and actually buy a new machine myself. After talking with Customer Service they were extremely apologetic and gave me a $15/mo credit for the next year. read more

I cannot find the words to describe the horrendous customer experience I have, and am still having, with this sad joke of a company. They took over the division of Poland Spring where my company has had a multi-location corporate account for more than a decade. At first it was just mildly inconvenient, but once they launched their new website, the following things happened: 1 - They converted the account to e-billing from paper billing with very little notice. This was easily missed on our end, so when we didn't pay the bills that we weren't getting, they stopped delivering. After an hour on hold/customer service, this was straightened out and we were ok for a few weeks. 2 - They did not transfer our long-standing, multi-location recurring order from their old system to their new one. 3 - When I tried to log-in to fix this, I found that I had been locked out of my account entirely. 4 - When I tried to call customer service to assist, I repeatedly got a recording that said something to the effect of "we are experiencing an unusually high call volume, there is no one who can take your call, please call again later" and I was DISCONNECTED - just "click" 5 - When I was finally able to enter the hold line for customer service, I was on hold for HOURS, then was connected to someone who had absolutely no idea how to help me with my issue (them having locked me out of my account), told me that they were having a lot of calls like this, did not escalate me to someone who could help, and ended the call without resolving the issue. I later resolved the log-in issue myself through a combination of brute force and trial-and-error. 6 - Once I had restored my own access, I found that they had UNLINKED all of the multi-locations that used to be under my one account, and none of the (now individual accounts) had retained their recurring order items, but we had instead been set up for "Replenishment service" for bottles/dispensers that we did not have. 7 - When I called back AGAIN, I was again on hold for hours, I was again connected to someone who was unable to resolve my issue, but he sure was able to make the mess worse. I was finally escalated to a supervisor who was able to recreate my recurring orders, but was NOT able to re-link my separated accounts. 8 - During at least four (4) of my calls to customer service, I have requested to be put back on paper billing. On each occasion, I have been promised that this was done, and that I would start to receive paper invoices for the next billing cycle. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO DATE. I have not received a paper invoice since December of 2018. 9 - Speaking of billing, when I requested a copy of my invoice (which was supposed to be available online, but was not - due to their malfunctioning new website) I was told that it would take a few weeks. This, it was explained to me, was because they would have to send a request to the billing department, who would then have to track back or recreate the invoice, print it out and mail it to me. When I asked if there was any way to expedite this, I was told that they could PRINT IT OUT, THEN SCAN IT BACK INTO THEIR SYSTEM instead of mailing it, but that would only save a day or two. The ONLY redeeming aspect of this garbage-heap of a company is their delivery personnel. Our deliveryman goes out of his way to do everything in his power to make sure that we are taken care of, but he's not enough to save the sinkhole of a company that acquired his employer. read more

This company has provided the worst customer service ever. The original water cooler that I purchased was supposed to be a black water cooler and 5 Large bottles of water. They delivered me the 5 Bottles of water without sending me a cooler to use it with even though it was supposed to be delivered on the same date. Then when they delivered the cooler it was gray instead of black. The cooler's hot water function did not work so it had to be replaced. Since it was replaced, I had the cooler for 10 months until it started leaking all over my hardwood floors and water damaged my basement ceiling, I called customer service to notify them of my ceiling damage and the defective water cooler. They sent me a replacement cooler but the hot water function did not work. I informed them of the issue and they delivered a black water cooler. The water cooler was supposed to be gray as I repainted my house and matched the water cooler color since we were stuck with the incorrect gray color from the very time of ordering it, but they sent us a black water color to replace the second defective water color from their company. We sent the equipment back to the company on the day of the delivery because they did not send us the gray cooler. Its been over a week and a half and I still have a non-operational water cooler. The company refuses to replace the cooler with a gray cooler as they said that the original cooler that we purchased was supposed to be black even though we've had the gray color for the past 10 months. I will be sending this company an invoice for the damage to my home and will be informing Costco that they should not be referring this company to any of its customers since Costco offers superior service and should really know how bad this company treats its customers. I had been using Ready Refresh, by Nestlé, for a very long time. Before it was owned by Nestlé, it was the Poland Spring company, which had an excellent product and excellent customer service. I had been using them since the 1990s. When Nestle went with their automated phone reminders of delivery, Nestle became very sloppy & unorganized w/ their delivery schedules, and their customer service went downhill. Several times I had no notification when a delivery arrived. I called to tell them why it's important to call customers beforehand--so customers can put out the empties for pick up (customers pay a hefty amt in deposit $ for each 5 gal returnable bottle). So you definitely want to put out your empties to get credit. I'm a great and long-time customer: I'd get a (ten) 5 gal water bottle delivery ea time. (You have to pay for the water bottles AND a deposit, so it's a hefty $ amt for every water delivery.) I have a small garage space which barely can fit the 10 huge bottles. So I definitely have to have Nestle pick up my empties before I can accept another 10 new bottles. Mentioned this because if I have no warning of Nestle's (random & always changing delivery schedule), and another set of bottles are secretly delivered, then I have to cram (try to fit) a total 20 bottles inside my garage (a combo of empty & new, full bottles). I did get an automated message that my delivery would be on Mon morn, Aug 19, 2019. So we planned on the usual--putting the empties outside the nite before the early morning delivery (this time empties would go out late Sun nite). However, SURPRISE! without warning Nestle (screwed up &) delivered two days earlier than they confirmed. We had no time to put our 11empties out for pick up and credit, AND we were away--10 bottles were delivered, nobody to put them inside the garage. Sitting there, warm in the sun--& Looking shanty piled up on our driveway. Also, someone could have stolen the new bottles. This is not convenient if it's not secure or healthy (hot water bottles sitting in the sun for days). And it doesn't look nice having bottles all over the driveway. I called Nestlé about this, on August 17, right after I noticed the unexpected delivery. Totally annoying going through the telephone prompts. Finally got a customer service rep who tells me that they decided to deliver the water early because they were really booked up for the next week with the upcoming Labor Day holiday, and that nothing can be done. I said, 'why no call telling me if change in schedule'? They said they were too busy. I simply asked that the truck quickly come back, and take my 11 empties, so that I could get credit, and so that I could fit the new water bottles back in the garage for safety, etc. I'd have to get someone to do this for us as we were on vacation. I threatened to stop my acct since I now am getting a terrible phone run around w/ customer service. They said they'd have someone/a manager call us back to confirm an Aug 20th empty bottle pick up. Nobody ever called us back. Bottles still sitting outside, looking shanty and I'm afraid they could blow away in these storms or could be stolen--Of course if you're missing bottles for whatever reason, you don't get your deposit money credit per bottle. I'm looking into a more reliable water delivery company to deliver water to our home. read more

Bad experience my first two deliveries where accurate..than I was being shorted my products my items were (2)cases and (3)bottles of water plus coffee pods and a case of flavored water.. Since they have taken over Northfork water, service has gone down hill. Terrible company to do business with! Deliveries are unreliable, reaching a customers service rep is nearly impossible, prices have gone through the roof. Now they want to charge you for calling customer service regarding an order and have also increased the price of water bottles. They want to keep customer service calls to a minimum yet their website does not allow anyone to resolve problems resulting in them having to call customer service and getting charged a fee. What!!! is the public now responsible to pay your employees? And billing...make sure you scrutinize every bill you receive cause they sneak in additional charges when ever they want to causing you to call customer service...for a fee!! Ready Refresh water delivery is a horrible company. I started as a new customer through Costco and have had nothing but problems. I had a delivery come to my house and the dispenser was filthy. They brought a reconditioned dispenser that was "Cleaned and sanitized". It was disgusting the condition they delivered it in. I called customer service they apologized and swore They would send me a brand new dispenser the next day. Well the next day yet another reconditioned "sanitized and cleaned" dispenser not brand new as promised and filthier than the first one. I called customer service again and say just send me a brand new one I will purchase it rather than rent one. The customer representative supervisor promises delivery of the new one the next day and well it's the end of business now and no dispenser. I have four 5 gallon bottles sitting in my house for 3 days and no dispenser. So for lack of a better word their company sucks!!!! read more

I had Ready Refresh delivery services for several years. I cancelled today. I was set up on auto delivery and it was to occur once a month, they decided to deliver twice a month in August and since I was auto charge as well my credit card was charged double. In addition, my auto charge was to occur on the 22nd of the month- which was supposed to charge my credit card on 9/22 but they charged it on 9/5. When I called and spoke to 2 representatives about this, neither of them apologized or provided any resolution to this problem or any remorse to me cancelling my account as a result. Poor customer service, poor delivery schedule/communication and poor accounting. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

My water cooler they sold me was leaking after 9 months. Offered to replace it and when the driver arrived he took it away but they forgot to put another one on the truck. On another day they dropped off a cooler after he ran out I noticed it had two spickets for cold water only. They came back again with the replacement with a hot and cold button on it. After he left I discovered the hot was working but the cold was warm and never got cold. Something was wrong with the baffle they told me and they would come back to replace it again on Monday October 8 Columbus Day. They never came. I called and they said that branch is closed for delivery and would send the it on Tuesday October 9. I took off from work and waited for them in my open porch visible to the street. I got a call at 3:23 PM that they were already here and I was not home. I called the customer service rep and told them the driver was lying. She check it out and verified he really wasn't here. After being a loyal customer for about 15 years I cancelled my account after being lied to. They admitted they have internal issues now they are trying to correct. All people on Long Island New York please avoid this company even if you have to pay more elsewhere. read more

i was supposed to get my delivery on mon.(aug.27) ..it stated that date on my last bill and automated phone call earlier in the week. i woke up at 7:30am today(sat. aug. 25) to a truck noise only to find out that they were delivering. i now have 4 (5 gallon) empty water bottles in my garage and will have to add 4 full (five gallon) water bottles to that, not such an easy feat to do.i called customer service at 8a.m. and she told me she was sorry but they were trying to catch up since they were lagging behind on deliveries. i asked for the empties to be picked up and the soonest they can come is tuesday (aug.28). i cannot keep the empties out until then since no one leaves things out in this neighborhood...it is an eyesore!! she still could not help me out any better so i told her i was not happy!!! to make matters worse...at 9:30 a.m. i got an automated phone call from them telling me they would deliver today instead of monday...this was after they already delivered and i spoke to customer service. they used to be on point but they ,for the last few months, are messing up left and right!!!!! read more
