Fox Air is also the company that went up in my attic two summers ago to service my very poorly installed central air system. They toiled for 12 hours building ducts where there were none and placing the air filter box where the filters could be effective. prior to their intervention the air filter box was fifteen feet away from the filters and so for all the yrs I lived here since 2009, the air was not being filtered although I had Petro oil co servicing it annually. You can't go wrong with Fox they also diagnosed a dangerous condition in that my firebox on oil burner had its necessary insulation come loose n was flapping around n not protecting my home from a fire had all insulation failed off and fire burned through the metal into my garage. They submitted all permits to the town of Hopewrll to facilitate the emergency replacement of that defunct oil furnace. They are professional n knowledgeable no was blessed to have found them. You need AC and heating service choose Fox

For the past 12 years, I have gone from one plumber to another, always frustrated by excessively…read morehigh fees, and sometimes lack of follow through. This time I tried tried a company I never heard of (but with an intriguing name), and I'm delighted to say that I will never need to go with anyone else. Why? 1. Joe and Susan are personable, easy to talk to, and I found to be "straight shooters"--they give you all the information you need to have, honestly, with no exaggeration or games. 2. We had a leaking pipe under the sink. Rather than just solving the leak, they completely analyzed the problem, defined the underlying causes, and also explained the deficiencies in the piping under the sink and along the drain pipe that contribute to the problem. Joe suggested two solutions--a basic solution, reasonable cost, and another that was a little more expensive, also reasonable, and solve a larger deficiency. (We chose the cheaper one, and Joe didn't try to pressure us to do more.) 3. Speaking of cost: when I hire a plumber, I play a little game, and try to predict what the estimate will be; I'm invariably 50% too low, and the estimate is way more than I thought reasonable. In the case of Misty Mountain, the two estimates were half of what I thought they were going to be! What a surprise, and relief. Joe said he had a business philosophy of not over-charging a customer--it would be dishonest, and not his way of doing business. Enough said--I plan to always go back to themby in the future--I recommend Misty Mountain, based on my super positive experience, without qualification.
