Michael and Dustin were fantastic in helping me unload my full Uhaul trailer into my new house. They were professional, kind, and did it so quickly. I initially called Michael for help with this the day before and he was on it! Couldn't have been more pleased with this company. read more

RUN THE OTHER WAY. Wish I could give Mike & his "team" zero stars. They did a move for my family in August and we are STILL cleaning up the mess they made. Took 11 hours to do a move that should have been 5 (the new house is literally 5 minutes away), insisted on 2 movers even though we requested 3 and then charged us for overtime. Damaged a mint condition vintage chair, and the worst of it all: "built" all 3 beds incorrectly and dangerously and HID PIECES (like literally the center support beam) under moving bags. I had to switch the mattresses after they left because they put them in the wrong spot and discovered all beds were barely hanging together by a few loose screws - had we slept on them as is, the beds could have easily collapsed while we were sleeping. Had to buy new parts and rebuild all 3 beds myself. They also "ran out of time" to put our boxes away in the right places, so even though it took ELEVEN HOURS for this move and we paid extra for each staircase, we still had to move all of our boxes up multiple levels into the proper rooms ourselves. Mike acknowledged how horrible the move was and promised compensation/refund, but then completely ghosted us. Pretty despicable for a young father and someone who clearly prided himself on being "a standup guy" (he mentioned it about 3 times that day). He's honestly lucky we don't sue this company... maybe we should if he still refuses to get back to us. Mike, just do the right thing and refund us, man. read more

Shamrock Haulings - Movers Near Me - Kingston, New York

I reached out to Mike on a Sunday afternoon for a quote and heard back promptly, and he was able to work us into his schedule for the following day. He showed up on time, was very professional and personable, and took great care to leave our space in great condition after demo-ing an old raised garden bed. He cleared out some other old garden equipment and hauled it all away. We will definitely work with him again for other projects on our property. read more

the worst move ever! they damaged almost every piece of furniture they touched. then left behind a bunch of items! sent pics of all the damaged and items left behind. Mike said he submitted an insurance claim and we agreed to a super low price just to put it behind us. it's been almost 3 months and nothing! filed a court hearing and he did not show up. Also tried to submit a complaint with the FMCSA and they said there is no record of this company! THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED AS A BUSINESS AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! worst experience ever with such a heartless human being. read more

GREAT MOVERS Super professional team, led by Michael M. On time, very communicative, courteous, professional and fairly priced. They even provided a location view for myself and my friends in New Hampshire where the pieces were going. (Move was from Hudson Valley to NH). One of the pieces being moved was a vintage 1850s Armoire and it was heavier than i remembered, and the team did an incredible job taking care of it. It was in a basement with a low ceiling that led out to a grassy path before reaching a driveway, so while not far per se, it was a difficult journey and I am grateful they took such good care of it. I highly, highly recommend Shamrock & Michael M. and will be working with them again in the future. read more

I recently hired Shamrock Hauling for my move. Michael, the owner, was very polite, attentive, and professional. He gave me a very fair quote. He explained the process according to my personal list of belongings and how they would be handled and transported. He was very reassuring. I would recommend this company highly. Dustin was lead mover for the job and was an extremely hard worker. He was also polite and friendly and an all around very nice guy. Austin and Chris were also on the job and went above and beyond to ensure I was as ready with a set up as I could be. They are all great guys and I feel as though I made 4 new friends. I would call them again in a minute for any future needs I may have. read more

Shamrock Haulings completed a last minute request to move my daughter's belongings in New Paltz, back in May. The two men were timely and friendly and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend their services! read more

I seldom take the time to write a review, but I'm making an exception in this case. Simply outstanding service and results. Decided to clear out the basement of our shop - nearly 40 years of accumulated junk in a 1,000 sq ft, 130 year old basement. So full that walking through it was like an obstacle course. Called Michael on a Fri, he reviewed and gave me an estimate on Mon, and the next day hauled everything - from countless heavy wooden materials, display cases and shelving fastened to the walls to tons of window display materials to air conditioning units to old furniture within only a few hours. Then cleaned it out top to bottom thoroughly and efficiently. It's literally like a new basement now - totally clear fresh and spacious. So professional, respectful, punctual, responsive and fairly priced. An amazing job. read more

Mike from Shamrock was a great communicator, highly professional and made the last minute job fit into their schedule. His two team members were fast & efficient (& polite) and took great care in picking up, moving & delivering my furniture. Since I wasn't on-site to receive the furniture I left directions on where everything was to be placed in various rooms of my house and they followed it to a T. I highly recommend Shamrock and would definitely use them again. read more

We packed a 3700 sq ft home into storage until we found a "forever residence". It was a terrible experience, and I dreaded having to move, that is, until I found Mike and his crew at Shamrock. I'm still totally shocked, blown away, and beyond words. They did the same move in half the time, zero stress on my part, no accidents, and they are super professional. More importantly, they are nice. And! It wasn't an easy move. The house has a private bridge that they navigated over with ease and snuggled up right to the front door. We have pianos, China cabinets, 60lb Wharfedale speakers, not to mention, I have 3000 books. Shamrock went in and banged it out with ease. In fact, after I leave this review, I am calling Mike to get a hand with more work. The price was more than fair, and I have no problems leaving them my house key to do their thing. I predict big things for this company. read more

Wonderful experience. Mike was professional, communicative and kind. From start to finish was a pleasure to work with. Exceptional care taken to protect personal belongings and the apartment I moved into. Extra service he provided was picking up furniture I purchased at Habitat Restore and delivering to new apartment. I have moved many times in the past year, Shamrock movers/Mike are the best. Very focused on doing right by his customer! Highly recommend. read more
