I don't deal with scumbags like him, and he's stupid enoughto think I'm going play games like that. I had told him that I had already made my decision when he was here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company…read more The house looked cleaner at first glance, but as we walked the property over the following days, we found numerous areas with spider webs, dead bugs, dirt, and debris still left behind. More concerning, an entire side of the house appeared to have been missed altogether. My husband contacted the owner, Chris Lagrasta, (the one who did the power washing) about the issue. He acknowledged the concern and said he would come back to take a look, but we never heard from him again. No follow-up, no return visit, and no effort to address the problems. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband and the owner discovered they knew each other from years ago and have many mutual friends. We expected that would mean a little extra care and professionalism, not less. We paid for a professional power washing service and expected a thorough job and basic follow-through when concerns were raised. Unfortunately, we received neither.

Really bad customer service. I strongly recommend finding another company as there are plenty…read more I spoke to Peter two weeks prior to when I needed a job done. I asked if he could come by our house anytime that week to give us a quote for two jobs. If the numbers seemed good, we would need the job done by the end of the following week. Peter said this would be no problem and that he would come by the house at the latest by the weekend. Just to be safe, I called on Friday (as he did not come during the week) to confirm that he would be coming on Saturday or Sunday. He asked to text pictures of our patio and said he might be able to come that day but if not to call him Saturday morning (the next day) to confirm a time. As requested I called on Saturday morning. No one picked up so I left a message and never heard back. He never came. He never followed up. We never got a quote or any response after multiple confirmations. Peter even said that they would most likely be able to do the job by the deadline as they weren't very busy that week. This is bad customer service at its finest. Telling a customer you are going to do something and not doing it is what you can expect from this company. I guess they don't want our service/money. Find another company. Don't give bad business owners business.
