The owner (Jim) picked…read moreup right away, showed up two days later (when he said he would), took some measurements, and wrote me a quote on the spot. It was reasonable and completely straightforward. He then showed me exactly what they would do, such as where they would put all the downspouts. An aside - before finding Jim/Orange Contractors, I had gotten 3 other estimates from big name gutter contractors nearby, but the were all so slimy - they would give a really high price, then offer "special discounts" to drop the price, then up-sell me on other crap, then negotiate with me, sometimes offering to drop huge $s if I'd sign right then on the spot. It was like buying a used car. Fast forward two weeks, Jim the boss returns with two workers, and they absolutely knock it out of the park. Old gutters removed, new seamless gutters in, clean up, all in one day. As they were cleaning up, I asked about leaf guards (something the other companies tried to push on my, costing as much or more than the gutters themselves). He said sure, we have those in the truck, and offered to add them for a few hundred, right then and there. They pulled the ladders back out and added leaf guards. Bam. Months later, no issues. The gutters are all pitched correctly. They look great. I know was only gutters, but this was the easiest contractor to work with. Jim, you're the man.

By 715AM the next morning they had an entire crew at my home there to make temporary emergency repairs and assess the overall full needs. Their work was high quality and Luis was always quick to respond when we needed a quote and got us on his schedule in a timely manner. Their work was so good and their prices were so competitive that I had them do my roof at my house. It was not a small job, but they finished in one day.
