Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company…read more The house looked cleaner at first glance, but as we walked the property over the following days, we found numerous areas with spider webs, dead bugs, dirt, and debris still left behind. More concerning, an entire side of the house appeared to have been missed altogether. My husband contacted the owner, Chris Lagrasta, (the one who did the power washing) about the issue. He acknowledged the concern and said he would come back to take a look, but we never heard from him again. No follow-up, no return visit, and no effort to address the problems. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband and the owner discovered they knew each other from years ago and have many mutual friends. We expected that would mean a little extra care and professionalism, not less. We paid for a professional power washing service and expected a thorough job and basic follow-through when concerns were raised. Unfortunately, we received neither.

We hired Richards General Contracting to seal our business's parking lot, and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. He was supposed to call ahead to let us know when he'd be arriving, but instead showed up without notice. Part of the agreement included filling in all cracks before sealing, but several were left untouched. He also promised to apply two coats of sealant but barely managed one -- and the coverage was noticeably uneven. His equipment broke down multiple times (including different machines), causing a four-day delay in what should have been a straightforward job. It was clear throughout the process that he lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise for the work. To make matters worse, he caused a scene at the end, demanding payment despite the poor quality and incomplete work. We do not recommend Richards General Contracting for any commercial or professional sealing projects.

Anton and his team did an amazing job of creating the new structure. The level of their work was outstanding, they provided many suggestions to make the original design plans even better and delivered a great result. When the inspector did his final review he kept repeating "beautiful" and "they did a great job". I completely agree, thank you Anton and your team.

What a stroke of luck finding this amazing crew! We had a lot of work we needed done on our house…read more Exterior repair and carpentry on a very high, steep second story and a tiered deck, exterior painting and power washing and some cement repairs to the koi pond. The work began in September and ended in October. We were fortunate that the weather was gorgeous but it could have turned quickly. So Anton and his crew would often work till dark ( 8:00 PM) and showed up on Saturdays when necessary. The job was completed as promised. Promises made, promises kept. You can't beat that! Another professional and amazing point I should add is their respect for your home. Everyone expects a crew to clean up when the full job is complete. But Anton and his crew cleaned the entire place every single day they worked. I often watched Anton late in the evening "dusting off" the saw dust created from the carpentry work from our lawn. I doubt other crews do the same. This is the only crew we will be hiring from now on, and neighbors have been asking who did our job and can they get the contact info. Yup. Skilled professionals are hard to find. We are very happy with the job and will be having them back to do some stone steps and railings.

I asked if he could come by our house anytime that week to give us a quote for two jobs. If the numbers seemed good, we would need the job done by the end of the following week. Peter said this would be no problem and that he would come by the house at the latest by the weekend. Just to be safe, I called on Friday (as he did not come during the week) to confirm that he would be coming on Saturday or Sunday. He asked to text pictures of our patio and said he might be able to come that day but if not to call him Saturday morning (the next day) to confirm a time. As requested I called on Saturday morning. No one picked up so I left a message and never heard back. He never came. He never followed up. We never got a quote or any response after multiple confirmations. Peter even said that they would most likely be able to do the job by the deadline as they weren't very busy that week. This is bad customer service at its finest. Telling a customer you are going to do something and not doing it is what you can expect from this company. I guess they don't want our service/money. Find another company. Don't give bad business owners business.
