My experience with Peter (TMT) is one of the best I've had. Peter and team were respectful of our household goods (antiques, collectibles, etc.) and were overly accommodating. My disabled mother just had to move and was forced to use this service. Much to both of our dismays. To begin with, they hire young kids barely out of high school. Who don't care about having a work ethic or doing an even decent job. They didn't take any care of her belongings. Basically they grabbed them, and threw them in the truck and the into the new place. She had HUNDREDS of dollars of things broken. When confronted with this problem including photo proof, this company did NOTHING. They said it wasn't their fault and to just deal with it. Excuse me. It's entirely their fault. Things were broken that can't be replaced. Family valuables. As well as more basic things. The least they should do is give her money back in the value of her things, but nope. Not even remorse. I truly hope this place goes out of business. Don't trust your things in their care. If they can destroy the belongings of an older woman who can't move things herself and not care, then they definitely will yours as well. It's absolutely immoral and despicable.

Every piece of furniture was damaged after using BeeLine. They're fast and sloppy. Even though I…read moretold them which pieces were precious family heirlooms, they didn't protect the furniture, they broke off handles, and refused to stand behind their work. This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.
