We had an appointment for 10am today. Not only did they not show up, they messaged after 10am and…read moreafter repeated requests for an eta, said they can't make it until 10:40 because it's a busy week. This was not a job with an arrival window, this was a scheduled appointment. When I said that's not acceptable because I took time off work for this small job and I still have to go into the office today, they said they didn't care. They are completely unprofessional, do not hire them. Edit: there is nothing rude about me saying that I don't care that you have a busy week because it's not an excuse for missing a 10am appointment. And telling me to have a nice weekend only indicates you aren't paying attention to your calendar and that you are an idiot for blaming me for missing your own scheduled appointment with a customer. You are unprofessional and unreliable. No one should hire you.
