We were not dumping anything, not blocking anything, and not causing any issue. The owner came out immediately and spoke to us in an extremely hostile and disrespectful manner, repeatedly stating this was private property. When my father explained he was just showing his daughter the location, the owner responded with, "Who is she?" in a very dismissive tone. There is a way to enforce rules without being rude. Based on this interaction alone, I would much rather drive elsewhere to a business that treats people with basic courtesy.

There have been multiple instances where while bringing in groceries for her while I vist, where he has verbally yelled and harrassed me including making threats because she is unable to bring the garbage can up a steep hill and to the end up the driveway. Most weeks when I dont have time to run over to her house, she gets the garbage can a few feet away from the sidewalk. I understand this isnt ideal but this man is more than capable to move the can an extra five feet to his truck. He continued to scream and harrass myself and my elderly grandmother including saying "hes from NY so hes not going to take it" to A 83 YEAR OLD WOMAN. Though they are not fully…read moreestablished in the virtual/social media world, the craftsmanship is pure and from the heart. Furniture is a delicacy that is typically manufactured by machinery with standard stitch and seam methods that are not man-made. This is why your couch is uncomfortable after just a few years. An upholsterer provides customization, handwork, and man-made stitching, sewing, and design from the very same materials within a factory. This business does all the driving, delivering, upholstering, and customization to the clients needs with just a small but mighty team. I've seen their work several times personally and have never seen so much dedication and love put into each project. Upholstery is a true artisan skill. Is it perfect at all times? Maybe not, but the lifespan of handmade furniture lasts much longer than your $2,000 manufactured piece that most likely cannot be repaired without stripping it to it's core and re-building it to something new. Manufactured furniture is not meant for repair, it's only meant for one- time use for just a few years. Try this business out, the service has improved and is still held together through a strong marriage and a dream.
