First, he postponed (by text mssg) on the morning of the move. So, we gave him the benefit of the doubt and set another appointment (again, with John the owner) to move on a different day. That day came and he was a no show. We called and he completely ghosted us. He never called back despite repeated messages and calls. We called his cell. We texted him. Yesterday, they came back to move more items for me and were prompt, professional, moved the items without delay and were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. i have used professional movers over two dozen times in my life and have NEVER had such a pleasant experience.
