I found a spot here at 5:40 pm and since the sign indicates that payment is required 8am to 6pm except Sundays and holidays, I fired up the Parkmobile app and sent in the minimum payment to ensure I wouldn't get a ticket. The lot is roomy enough and I had no issue backing my Sprinter van into a parking space The lines are clearly marked and the sign was displayed prominently so I have no complaints. The ramp garages in the area are 45 minutes to get down to street level after you go to the 9th level to find a spot. I've never had a bad experience with the lot guys or parking issues.
