I was shocked and horrified to discover that boxes of irreplaceable (and expensive) vintage T shirts had been eaten by something before noticing mouse droppings all over my unit. The management implied that this was my fault for not visiting more often, although I'm not sure what being there could have done to prevent mice in the first place. To be clear, at no point did I have food in or anywhere around the unit. So to be blamed and shamed when the items I'd paid to store for years were destroyed by vermin on the property was just some sour icing on a rotten cake. As of this time, I do not believe anything has been done to remedy or address the problem. If you do go ahead and store linens or clothing here, please put together a Ft Knox of plastic boxes and be aware that should something nonetheless go wrong, you'll be on your own. Even if you show them a dead mouse.

I don't remember the size locker, but it was the next one up from the smallest, and it was perfect for all of her stuff. The sign up process was easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and secure. The price was reasonable. The gates to the complex are locked after hours for security, and you simply punch in the code that they gave you to get in and back out. . It's not an easy code for everybody to figure out, which is good. I just put it on my phone. Check out was easy. The employee was walking by, and I asked him what we had to do to check out. He said, you're good. Just leave the locker open and I will get it done. Shortly after we got a confirmation email that we were checked out. If we needed to, we would store here again. Thank you.

First, he postponed (by text mssg) on the morning of the move. So, we gave him the benefit of the doubt and set another appointment (again, with John the owner) to move on a different day. That day came and he was a no show. We called and he completely ghosted us. He never called back despite repeated messages and calls. We called his cell. We texted him. A member of the team inadvertently busted a lamp shade, and John owned the breakage immediately and is working to resolve to my satisfaction. No equivocating, excuses, or attempt to shift blame. Yesterday, they came back to move more items for me and were prompt, professional, moved the items without delay and were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. i have used professional movers over two dozen times in my life and have NEVER had such a pleasant experience. John and his team (shout out to James) are absolute treasures and his fee is exceptionally fair. Treat them respectfully and, if satisfied, tip them well. They are all superb.
