The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. I'd really like to know what the point of a reservation is if it's not going to be honored. If that's not what you're willing to do, take it off your site as an option so there's no expectation.
