Happy Anniversary to us! Great Pinot Noir.

Food , service lively bar. All good! Kimberly herself tries to make to all the table to say hello. We consider them family. We have celebrated numerous anniversaries and they always send something special over. A must stop for us! Try the lobster man and cheese. Rich and full of lobster. Fish simply cooked. Delicious and light after a day at the beach. Cute tables outside under the string lights. Also outside is dog friendly.

We followed the reviews and made a dinner reservation at Kimberly's. It was a great choice! The hostess was Kimberly herself (we presume), and our server, Charlotte, was pleasant and attentive. She humored our request to order multiple appetizers and an entree to split, which turned out to be a great way to sample the excellent red curry Block Island mussels, well-cooked asparagus, and crispy and flavorful local calamari. The miso glazed cod entree was easily the best fish we've had in a long time. The place has a comfortable local vibe, with the repeat patrons recognizing familiar servers. We highly recommend Kimberly's!

The bread and pesto were incredible , very flavorful. Server was nice and attentive. Outdoor patio is nice and shaded. The one light lager they had is delicious I wish they would add a few more light options. The lobster Mac and cheese was good. Lobster roll was good, refreshing, it was one of the cheaper ones on the island. The chicken parm I would not recommend and the reason for the three stars, you can tell the sauce is made from scratch but it is extremely sweet I thought I was eating a dessert.

The miso cod was amazing!!! Excellent spot on BI that goes beyond the standard seafood options across the island.

I wouldn't be able to write a review simply because I was kicked out for having a shellfish allergy before even ordering my food.

I appreciate that their food is "farm to table" fresh, but the portion sizes should match the prices. Our table of ten spent an average of $320 per couple, and three of the couples had split their dinners. We did order appetizers and drinks as well. I explained my food allergies to the waitress. She relayed the info to the kitchen and did her best to accommodate me. I ordered a small charcuterie without blue cheese. It came with Prosciutto, manchego cheese wedges, pitted olives, red grapes, a few crostini, and a drop of honey. For my entree, I ordered a filet mignon. It came with dollops of instant-like mashed potatoes and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. My friend ordered a filet as well but his was cooked more than the temp he ordered. Instead of medium, it came out well done... charred on the outside, no pink, and dry. Mine, on the other hand, was cooked perfectly even though mine was medium as well. Would I come back? Only for a special occasion perhaps. ‍

They work in front of basically half the tables and always keep their cool. With as busy as they are, they don't have an enormous menu and I feel that it's better that way. I'm not sure how often they change the menu as the online page showed slightly different meals. The wait staff are plentiful and it's rather amazing how well they keep up. The way my family and I were treated upon arrival was extremely disappointing. The male host was unnecessarily disrespectful and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in, despite us being polite and having every intention of dining there. After getting a reservation online and returning, the female host/manager was also a little rude and dismissive toward us at first. That only added to the uncomfortable atmosphere we felt. Even the bartenders didn't acknowledge us. Staff would catch eye contact with us and just keep going. Thankfully, the experience improved once we were seated. Our waiter (Cam) was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the meal, and the food itself was excellent. The chefs clearly know what they're doing, because every dish was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing. It's unfortunate that such strong food and service from the waitstaff are overshadowed by the poor attitude at the front of the restaurant. A little basic respect and hospitality toward guests would make a huge difference. Growing up in the hospitality service (restaurant) then working in retail to aviation. We're all taught from the beginning. A person walks in, greet them with a smile and let them know you'll be with them shortly. Not ignore them then to be slightly rude. We all understand being busy. But don't take it out on the customers. Especially when they didn't cause your stress. I'm giving them a high score because Cam and the chefs were amazing. Even the chefs said goodnight to us and thanked us.

Great service, yummy food, good drink menu, photos of cute dogs on the wall... what more could you want after a long day at the beach? The tuna nachos were to die for. They definitely had some kick! The bread basket with the garlic butter was a nice touch. I loved my salmon and the bite I took of my partner's burger was juicy and delicious. The thick seasoned fries with the burger were also great. Unfortunately we filled up on everything and didn't save room for dessert, but we will definitely have dessert next time.

Instead, you wait in line and order at the bar and they bring it to your table number. If you're looking for a fancy dinner, this isn't the place, but if you're looking for an option in between cheap and nice, this is the place. My boyfriend got the mac n cheese which was $16 (perhaps a little pricey). He said it wasn't very cheesy but personally I like it like that! I ordered the salmon and asked for just farro and corn instead of the succatash and goat cheese and all that, but they didn't bring any farro. I then asked for it and the guy asked me if I ordered it. I said yes, I know I did, and he said he'd go check, but he never came back. After 10-15 minutes I went to find the guy I asked and he seemed confused. He said "I couldn't find her" and I didn't know what he meant, but apparently he was looking for the girl who took my order? I guess to validate that I hadn't asked them to remove the farro? Very odd. A nice employee at the bar told him to just get me some farro (because it's really not that big of a deal) and he brought me a cold small plastic cup of unseasoned farro (pictured). Whole thing struck me as very odd and a little annoying. The dish was $29 which also felt a little expensive, especially without a big portion, but it's definitely more affordable than other places on the island. Overall, great view, but the rest of our experience was meh!
