The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Drunken Ramen Noodles with Shrimp, medium spice. My wife had the Bangkok Street Pad Thai with Chicken; mild spice. I really can't express how fantastic everything was prepared with authentic homemade taste. We had the Fried Vanilla Ice Cream that came with fresh fruit and whipped cream - delicious! Service was paced just right - we weren't in a hurry to go anywhere. The ambiance was moderate at best but the food was clearly outstanding and more than offset the decor. Noodle Revolution is one of those places that you know deserves a five star, but is such a hidden gem that you don't want it to get too popular that you can't get a seat. But the food is amazing. I've ordered something new every time I've gone, and have always been impressed. Their kids chicken noodle soup is the one meal I've always seen my son finish every single time (and it's a pretty big portion for a child). The restaurant itself is a tiny little storefront in the middle of a residential area. It's cozy and doesn't fit much more than 20 people, even with 4 seats at the bar. I've never had to make reservations, but as this place grows in popularity I'm worried I will start having to do so... but the owners deserve the business! read more

Experience was interesting... came on a Friday night and our waiter spoke very little English. He was very kind and sweet, however was a bit confusing on both ends because he would come back every 10 minutes saying they no longer had a certain ingredient to one of our meals. At one point there we could only order large bowls and not smalls... wouldn't a smaller bowl just be less food? No more udon, then no ramen, then eventually had only one type of noodle left. Don't get me wrong we were more than flexible to change our order and appreciated the transparency, but just interesting how they kept having to come back and tell us another thing they ran out of. But once we did get our food it tasted great! So again interesting experience, but good food & sweet staff. They gave us complimentary egg rolls for the inconvenience. read more

what a find! The food was amazing, we had the veggie spring rolls, bangkok street pad Thai, and beef pho. Both the pad Thai and pho were good sized portions and FLAVORFUL. 10/10 recommend. The veggie spring rolls were a bit on the small side, the menu said 6 rolls but it was really only 3 split in half- however, they were clearly fresh and sooo good! Though the food was a bit on the priced side, and took a little while to come out, I'd be happy to wait and pay a bit more because the food was truly phenomenal. Will be returning soon!! read more

As a vegan who is also gluten sensitive, I strongly approve of and recommend this place. The ambiance is fun, music is great, service was friendly, menu options are creative and our food tasted divine. Nothing on the menu is specifically vegan but all the meals can be made vegan and you don't feel like you're missing out at all. They have organic tofu which means a lot because who wants to eat GMO soy these days. The way they cook their tofu is superb and the variety of veggies in our meals was diverse and such a nice surprise compared to most places that have very limited options for vegetables. My 6 year old daughter got the Bangkok pad Thai with tofu and no egg, she loved it. I got the drunken noodles with tofu, the flavors were fantastic, I ate every last bite. My partner got the wonton pad Thai and he ate it all as well and was blown away by how delicious it was. For dessert we got sticky rice with berries, just WOW. I've had sticky rice with mango before but this combo with the berries took this classic dessert to another level. Next time we're in the area we will definitely be enjoying this lovely place again! read more

Loved loved loved my noodle dish. I got the drunken noodles with beef and chose the linguini noodle and ordered it mild. The flavor of this dish was incredible! The right amount of sauce, I could def spice it up a bit, to medium heat next time, and everything from the noodles to the veggies were fresh and delicious. I got the frites with peanut sauce and that would definitely make a great snack for the 20min ride back to the house as they were delicious but probably even more incredible fresh out of the fryer. T - I forgot her full name (so sorry) was absolutely incredible. She was sooooo welcoming, friendly, offered suggestions on where to go and what to do in the area and really made me feel good about supporting this local business. I ordered takeout and was surprised when they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was even more surprised when I showed up 20 minutes later and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. I ordered the flat noodles with beef and garlic chili sauce. I was expecting Pad Thai noodles, but they were Pad See Ew noodles, "rice sticks" must mean Pad Thai noodles. Also note that when you order "medium" heat, it's approximately the spiciness level of having a slice of jalapeño with each bite. Not crazy hot, but considerably spicy. I ordered the large portion and it was enough for dinner one night and lunch the next. read more

Over priced and skimp on the meat. The chicken wings are more like baby wings, the buns had a finger tip worth of meat and the noodles with chicken had about 2 oz of chicken for 87$!!!!!! Thai Iced Tea was moldy. They took it back and brought back another bottle that also had mold floating in it. By the third moldy bottle my wife and I left. This used to be our favorite dinner place in the cold seasons and after their unprofessional way of handling this we wont be going back. read more

The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful. We shared some vegetable steamed dumplings that were so fresh and authentic. The main route is to build your meal by choosing the noodles, the sauce, the protein and heat level. We went more traditional with the Beef Pho and Tom Yum. Delicious and worth the trip! Limited parking but there is some street parking. If you're local I'd recommend to order and pick up since the seating inside has about 3 4 seating tables, 1 6 seater and about 3-4 2 seaters. This place is a cute gem just a few blocks away from downtown westerly. The service was great and the food was delicious from start to finish. The dumplings were perfectly made and had the best side sauce. My husband loves the steamed pork Bao and the spicy sauce and Smokey type sauce that accompanied it. I ordered the wok noodles with egg, chicken, chinese broccoli, and soy sauce on flat rice noodles medium spicy. It had the perfect kick, the noodles were fresh and it was obvious the eggs were farm fresh too! My husband ordered the Thai beef rice plate and he was a little disappointed to find that it was made with ground beef and not steak, for the price, he was really upset! However, we did really like this place, the service, the quaintness, and the availability of options! It's probably one of my new faves! read more

Came here on a Thursday evening, we were greeted by a nice host and sat down. When I was ready to place our order they let us know they were out of pan fried dumplings and only had steamed which I thought was odd. They were also out of Diet Cola and Green Tea, guess we caught them on an odd night. We ordered dumplings and pad Thai with shrimp and veggies. The dumplings were good, tasted fresh and had a great taste, they were 10$ and a good portion for two people. Pad Thai also had a great taste, we ordered the shrimp and veggie Pad Thai which came with 4 shrimp. The cost of the Pad Thai was 28$ which to me was just insane, while it was good it was NOT worth the price. I probably would not be back based on the price, though the food was not bad. read more

Food delicious. Staff dont seem to care. Have been getting take out fr this place for a few years now. Recently had a bad experience. Menu online is incorrect therefore my take out order was incorrect and did not have enough food for my dinner guests. When I called them to clarify if they had made a mistake we were told by the manager, "yeah, so? She can't figure out how to change the menu online." I was stunned. For the prices they charge and the competition in the greater Mystic area I can find other places to spend my money. To bad because I enjoy their food but come on!! Treating loyal customers this way in our current economy is inexcusable. read more

The Drunken Noodles are my favorite but they have loads of styles and an a la carte style of ordering your meal. Small indoor seating, maybe 30 people tops, but the take out is where it's at.
