Just got served raw pork chops never going here again !! Be careful getting takeout you can tell the order was rushed !! Even breading on the pork chops wasn't all the way cooked! Called back to let them know no refund and don't wanna see pictures so I'm posting them here and google

I don't know if it's because we are from out of state, but the food was terrible. The fried rice was BLACK and I expected it to be salty from soy but it was flavorless. The inky flavor was in the onion and I had to chew it to taste it.. the chicken and broccoli was awful. The chicken was dry and rubbery, the broccoli was overcooked. The favor was off and I could t place it, it wasn't ginger or garlic it was just bitter. The egg roll was soft and undercooked and the vegetables in it were odd. I've had a lot of egg rolls and the cabbage is always shredded or thinly sliced, Therese weee whole chunks but wasn't even cabbage, it was More Like spinach or kale.. I used the little Tupperware shot of hot mustard to rinse the bad taste from My mouth and threw it out....

Lunch combo general tsao with missing hot and sour soup.

We ordered takeout from here so this review is based on the takeout experience. We're visiting family that lived nearby and had more family from Massachusetts visit as well. We ordered takeout for about 9 adults. The order was placed via telephone and everything seemed to be smooth. Since my husband and I were paying by card, we placed our order separately to make things easier. We went the pick up the order about 30 minutes later and the food was ready. We paid for it there and were on our way. The restaurant was pretty big and it had a big bar. It was in an odd location though, right behind a gas station. Once we got home, everybody got their food. Except for me, I ordered the general tsao lunch combination which supposed to come with soup; I asked for hot and sour soup. It was a 15 minute drive there and we were already home and the family were ready to eat. I did not want to drive back to get a thing of hot and sour soup plus I was starving. The portions were small so that hot and sour soup would have hit the spot. On a positive note, the rice and chicken were perfectly seasoned. If I order there again, I would make sure to order the dinner combo and make sure everything is there before we left the restaurant. There was a lot of food orders this time so it was hard to keep track of.

Yes, that's a STAPLE in the dumpling! Sadly disappointed with Dragon Palace. This is our 1st time ordering from there, and I told the girl on the phone that we have a nut allergy if she could tell the kitchen, since their menu says to inform the staff is there is a food allergy. She responded with "not to worry we don't cook with nuts." Ummm....there's cashew chicken on the menu. After picking up the food we get home and the lomein smells like something died in the box! I've never smelt lomein that smells rancid. Putting that aside we figured we might be safe with the dumplings....NOPE! We get to the bottom of the box and there's a STAPLE IN THE DUMPLING! WTF?! Looks like we won't be going back! Definitely a waste of money!

My family often orders take out from here and they have really good food! Sometimes there's a long wait, but the sushi is definitely worth it. I recommend trying the brown dragon roll (or Mario roll is a similar cheaper option), those are my favorite things to get. Very filling and worth the money. I think much of the negative reviews are due to business, they sometimes have an hour long wait. Plus if you order in and out you on hold, I don't think they have an actual way to put the phone on hold so you hear some conversation in the background. It doesn't take them long to get to you if you wait :)

I've been to New Wave Kitchen a few times now, as I am always in the mood for a good bowl of ramen…read more The Ramen here is probably the best you can get in the immediate area, and I can confirm it is solid. I ordered the House Ramen and it left me feeling satisfied. The noodles were a perfect texture, had the right amount of chew for me, not overcooked at all. The toppings were all tasty as well, including the flavorful pork. I was only left wanting more from 2 aspect of the bowl - the broth (which is a huge component!) and the egg. This was just a regular soft-boiled egg, not a soy egg, so it didn't have that extra special touch for me. But, back to the broth - while it was good and comforting, I feel it lacked in flavor and mouthfeel. Still good, just underwhelming. However, I do always enjoy the atmosphere at New Wave Kitchen. It's cozy and inviting, an intimate spot to enjoy some comfort food with friends. Bonus points for playing Kiki's Delivery Service while we were there, too! The staff were super friendly during our visit as well. Customers order at the counter here and then food is delivered to your table. The workers were very nice, courteous, and helpful. I am a ramen lover and will gladly return to New Wave Kitchen any time!

I just came here a couple of days ago for a Yelp event (please check that review for my thoughts on…read morethe pork bun and Sapporo-style ramen on their menu). I liked it so much that I decided to come back and dragged my co-worker with me. The interior is sort of a long narrow-ish setup, with seating on one side, and the ordering counter on the other side. Edison-style bulbs lined the area, providing a warm, orange-ish light. Cozy. You walk up to the counter and order. They'll give you a number and bring your order to your table. I ordered the blackened tuna bun and O.G. Miso ramen (with an addition of pork and egg), with a Yuki Tora sake. The tuna bun was tasty. I believe the tuna was aburi torched, and it was topped with carrots, scallions, wakame, and sesame seeds. It also had eel sauce and wasabi, which created a great flavor combination between the piercing spice of wasabi and the sweetness of eel sauce. The O.G. Miso ramen used a miso broth, with carrots, cabbage, shiitake, topped with scallions, sesame seeds, and a piece of nori. And of course, I added pork and an egg to it. I love shiitake in my ramen broth, as it adds a bit of savoriness, and also provides a bit of meaty texture. The miso flavor in this broth is much more prominent compared to the Sapporo-style ramen, however, I found Sapporo-style broth much more complex and balanced. I think what I was missing in this would be a drizzle of sesame oil. I also got a Yuki Tora nigori sake with my meal, which I found I loved from the Yelp event a couple of days ago. One with the meal, and another one as just dessert after the meal. Also convinced my co-worker to try it, and he also liked it. This place is definitely worth the visit. In general, you won't find ramen this good unless you're willing to go into the city and pay as much for an hour's worth of parking as your meal costs.

It's not much to look at from The outside, and frankly inside isn't dazzling either. It's small with hmmm 10 tables maybe?! Fairly nondescript. But that's where the nondescript ends because the service and food were great. Check out the pictures, they speak for themselves. And every item we got was delicious, hot and served with a smile. There was one alcoholic drink and the bill with tip, was about $52 pp. that was with the shared apps, a meal each and 2 shared desserts. IMO, fairly priced. Want a romantic dinner? Don't go here. Want great food, nice service folk and to support local? Go here. It's delicious! Cheers!

Water cups were very small so I was hoping to at least be asked if we wanted more. There was only one other group of two seated which for how slow it was we should've had better service. Ambiance: Very calm spot with nice plant decorations and a very welcoming environment. Japchae and Bulgogi w sides: Great seasoned meat and portions. Meat prices vary but I paid $3 to add beef to my Japchae which made it about $19. I do like how big the portions were in comparison to some other spots for similar prices. My brother and I got full. Everything tasted fantastic and we were happy with what we got for the price. Great side dishes that paired excellent with our food. Drinks: Sujeonggwa and Haitai Crushed pear drinks ridiculously overpriced. Each drink was $5 and they are just canned and added over ice. They were good but don't waste money and instead go to a local Asian mart and get them for under $2! I also noticed desserts like a 3pc fried cinnamon sugar and fruit filling dumpling was very pricey or even small portion items cost a lot. Overall: I'd likely come back just to get some decent Korean food with some good portions but there were a few issues with service and prices on things.

Very disappointed in the experience but the decor was really nice and I've been wanting to try this place out since my friends had a galentines day event here after our spa day but I had to go home so I didn't make it to the restaurant until today. Food was okay, the calamari taste like fish sticks and my husband and kids like fish sticks but I don't so I didn't eat that. My philly roll was okay but my husband and kids all loved their rolls so it's always nice when your kids are satisfied with the food. I'm on the fence as to whether or not I'd give this place another chance because it is 5 minutes away from my house but the service and overall experience was mid. The orange chicken was good nothing special so I was happy about that. I will add that the lychee sangria was probably my favorite part of this whole meal so if you want good drinks, this is your place! If you try this place out, I hope that you have a better experience than we did. It's probably the worst experience we've had in town.
