The chashu was incredibly flavorful and tender. It melted in your mouth and made each bite so satisfying. The salmon spinach cream sauce udon gave me pasta vibes, which I really enjoyed. The sauce was rich and comforting, and the flavors worked well together. The udon itself was a bit firmer than what I am used to, and not exactly my personal preference, but it was still delicious overall and paired nicely with the sauce.
