Scheduled a same day appointment to cut my daughter's hair for the first time. All the staff seemed friendly. Odette helped us and she was very nice and did an amazing job getting my daughter to warm up to her. The place has cool little cars the kids get to sit in and they have little TVs where kids can watch YouTube while they get their hair cut. They have some toys in the entrance that kids can play with while they wait. My daughter got to pick a toy after her haircut. Since it was her first hair cut they saved a piece of her hair that they attached to a first haircut certificate and we got a photo of my daughter. Not sure where my other review went but we were customers for 8 years. Three of my kids would get haircuts there, my husband and even myself. I am a big fan of supporting small businesses but the owner needs to know that from clients like myself is where she and her family live off of. The stylist except for one have always been nice but the owner is awful. Always have appts when we go and she simply took someone else because she felt like it or she knew them and simply said we had to wait, twice. Not the way to treat customers. Being a small business owner this is the worst!! Will never return! She lost 6 lifelong customers, which I'm sure she doesn't care about anyway. read more

Her patience and warmth over time turned that into genuine comfort and trust. She's detail-oriented and takes pride in her work, but what stands out most is how she treats the whole family. This place just CANNOT get it right. We get there to an empty salon with 1 customer finishing up I have 2 kids. As we are waiting to finish up another family walks in & say they will wait . Patty told them another stylist was on their way. Another stylist comes in right as she starting one of my sons and she comes and helps the other family first. Patty apologies as much as she can we do have a language barrier however she is one of the stylist I prefer my children to go to. More clients start to file in and the other stylist (Raquel) continue to keep taking the other children instead of my second child so she finishes up my first child's hair and then she tells me that her 11 o'clock appointment is here and I will now have to wait again as if I just walked in for my son to get his haircut mind you we have been there an hour already at this point. It was not even 11 o'clock yet my second son needed a very quick trim not even a full haircut and I was still told I had to wait another 30 minutes before because I was cut in line. I'm done with this place. I've had too many problems. I try and I try and I try again and again and again because some of the stylist really do have a thing for kids that don't take haircuts well my son has gotten past his fear of haircuts thank God and I can now go somewhere else where I'm treated with respect and I'm treated as a customer should be. I AM GOING TO TELL PEOPLE EVERY TIME THEY ASK ABOUT THIS PLACE ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD. I'm over speaking up and nothing has changed I will pay more elsewhere for the fact I will not be booted and told oh well. It's not fair others are more important to them than I especially when I'm going in paying for 2 haircuts each time and tip too EVEN WHEN THEY BALDED MY CHILD. read more

Took my almost 1 year old here to get his 1st haircut & it went as expected. Booking is easy, you text or call the number that's listed on the page and they'll ask for which location. I'd recommend getting to your appointment a little early but just know that you'll probably have to wait regardless. Kids are unpredictable so these ladies have the patience to stop for a bit and resume when needed. I'm glad we were the last appointment because my son was not having it. We've been showing him and letting him head clippers since he was 6 months so it's not that he was scared of it. He just didn't like the fact that he had to sit still. It was a mission but we got through it and in a matter of 15/20 minutes, my little baby looked like a complete big boy with his new cut. read more

This is a great kids place for a hair cut. they have cars chair selection for boys and girls. Kids get entertained while waiting and while the hair is being trimmed. They have several stylists that are equally good and sweet. And you will get paleta after your haircut.. I get one too. read more

This is not my normal "barber" - but I had a hair emergency involving my daughter who decided to give herself a HAIRCUT so she can look like her BFF. Lo and behold, I was met with a MISSING chunk of hair. Luckily, I found kid styles and her hair was salvaged, dead ends cut off, and we're back in business. The location was very clear, visually stimulating for kids, there was a boys side and a girls side with decorations and colors to entice. The hair stylist was very helpful and attentive. The only confusing part - as others have mentioned - is that there are several locations and I was at the wrong one. Not sure how management can clarify this situation. Please don't bring your kids here if you don't want to be disappointed. I go somewhere else where they do an amazing job on my 4 year old. I only brought my 1 year old here thinking he would like the cars and for the experience of getting his 1st haircut certificate. This place is not child friendly. He was screaming and crying and they couldn't give him time to breathe before continuing the haircut. Raquel shouldn't be working here. Kids bother her. She can't see a child standing by the cars that she gets upset and tells them off. Raquel needs to retire, she's a grumpy old lady. read more
