There's lots of parking and since it's mostly takeout, they only have some tables outside. They offer banh mi's, summer rolls, and noodle salads, Vietnamese coffee, and Thai tea. Went with the grilled chicken noodle salad and really enjoyed it! Loved the flavor of the chicken and the noodles and veggies tasted really fresh. The broth/sauce tied it all together for a filling and healthy meal. I also had the Vietnamese iced coffee and had no complaints! If it weren't for a work rep, I probably would never had heard of kibi's. I've had their shrimp spring rolls and tofu banh mi. Both were good but if I had to pick, the rolls would win hands down. The peanut sauce that comes with the rolls is to die for! Kibi's is this rep's go to spot so I (and hopefully my coworkers and boss) look forward to our next meal! This banh mi was one of the best I've ever had! I came here for lunch, and our food came out so quick even though it was pretty busy. The location is tucked into an office building area, which may seem odd, but it worked so well. It's take-out only inside, but there's an outdoor seating area right next to the cafe that is so cute and clean. Your order number is called out when it's ready and it's handed to you through a window! The inside of the cafe was small, but had a great aesthetic and I loved how you can see the food being made. I ordered the five-spice pork banh mi, which was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside, and was still warm. They didn't hold back on the pork (check the pictures!) and the flavor was incredible. The five-spice made the pork taste more Chinese than Vietnamese but it was still delicious. There were plenty of vegetables as well in it. The employee at the counter was also very nice and helped me decide what to get. She was very patient and didn't mind me jumping back and forth between menu options lol. The free water inside is a bonus as well. Such a hidden gem, and one of the best banh mis I've ever had! Kibi's is located in a larger business complex, and is pretty small but with a large outdoor seating area. Their prices are pretty good compared to most of the local Viet food spots around here, and they have great options for spring rolls, banh mis, and vermicelli bowls. The lady who took our order was very patient with us (we were so indecisive) and so kind. They go above and beyond with the amount of meat in their banh mis! Such a good portion size. Delicious, fresh spring rolls! I can't comment on their banh mi or the rest of the menu, since I was craving spring rolls and spring rolls only, but I was very satisfied with my spring rolls. Each order of spring rolls comes with either 3 or 5 rolls, and your choice of either fish sauce or peanut sauce. I tried 3 of the lemongrass tofu spring rolls and 3 of their shrimp spring rolls, and was able to try both the fish sauce and the peanut sauce. Their menu is catered towards fresh, healthy, Vietnamese eats so they offer a variety of vegetarian/vegan/plant-based options. In addition to shrimp and tofu, they also spring rolls with chicken, mixed tofu, and avocado. Can't wait to try their Bun/noodle salads next time! This location is a bit hidden. The door doesn't face the street and their shop is attached to what looks like an office building. The interior is very small and only has enough room for maybe a few people max at a time. This location seems best for take-out as there is little seating -- maybe 1-2 small tables outside for a quick meal? Not meant for more formal, sit-down dining. Service was efficient. There's some seating space outside, perfect for relaxing over a quick and casual bite. My go-to order is the chicken noodle salad with extra veggies and extra fish sauce. Kibi's is a tiny store tucked into an office plaza serving delicious banh mi's for under $10 - everything about that is so special :) I tried a grilled chicken banh mi and my friend had a five spice pork. There is pate and aioli on the toasted bread and plenty of cilantro and pickled vegetables. I liked that the sandwich came warm and that everything was very fresh! The pieces of jalapeno were slightly too big and spicy for our preference but after removing those from the sandwich, I'd venture to say it was a perfect bite. Employees are friendly and considerate, letting you know how long your order will take and wrapping sandwiches up nicely. The store is small with no seating, but the space is used brightly and optimally. Noodle bowls, spring rolls, and Vietnamese drinks/desserts are also on the menu and very reasonably priced too. Our 1st experience was really satisfying & a great impression was made w/ a vegetarian Bahn mi sandwich. We just ordered online for a 2nd go at the menu and again the experience was great. We had another sandwich along w/ their spring rolls which by the way were exceptional. I had a Thai iced tea to wash it with & the meal was extremely satisfying. I have visited Vietnam many times and this food reminds me of all the time I've spent there. I stopped by on a whim while passing through town and was honestly not expecting it to be so good. I'm picky about Vietnamese food and only like the most authentic, fresh versions I can find, which sadly aren't widely available. Kibi's totally came through for me and gave me exactly the flavors and quality I was hoping for. So far I've only tried the lemongrass tofu bun (noodle salad) and the hot Vietnamese coffee, and both exceeded my expectations. I will be back! The coffee is more like American-sized, but since this place is mostly take-out, I suppose a traditional, small single-serve Vietnamese filter coffee wouldn't work with this set up (though I'd still love to find that!) There is only outdoor seating, which I didn't realize when I visited on a cold day. There are a few parking spots right outside within the plaza, but they are tiny. The store is so tiny that there is only enough room for a few people inside at a time. The food did not take that long - I went to the gas station across the street to buy juice and water and by the time I walked back, the food was done. Okay, so this tiny cafe is located in the Atrium office buildings and would be hard to miss but they have a really beautiful window design that just pulls you right into their tiny yet mighty delicious cafe. We were immediately welcomed with smiles. Big Hungry and I each ordered banh mi sandwiches and omg SO GOOD! The bread is so crispy on the outside and pillowy goodness on the inside. I just returned from two weeks in Vietnam and tried 4 different recommended places for banh mi. Nothing could compare to kibis pork banh mi. Kibi's serves absolutely delicious banh mi, the best I've eaten in this area by far. I had the grilled pork today, as did my friend, and she agreed with me that it was *perfect*. My friend's son ordered a few different spring rolls, and he was very pleased with his order too. My sandwich was so good in fact that the moment I got home from lunch, I turned around and brought my daughter right back to Kibi's to try one for herself! Same reaction from her. On my trip back, I ordered a Rainbow Che while my daughter ate her sandwich. This dessert was yummy and refreshing, I'd love to have it again, especially on a hot day. The staff mentioned that everything is made fresh by them, which helps explain why everything tastes so amazingly good. The generous portion of pork in the sandwich is perfectly-seasoned, all of the veggies are as fresh as can be, and the house-made aoli is chef's kiss! It definitely kicks things up a notch from the standard mayo. But the best part was the bread! You don't need perfect bread to make a great sandwich, but it sure helps. Kibi's banh mi tasted like it had just cooled from the oven, it was baked to perfection and fresh fresh fresh. The staff is so very friendly here and the wait time was good considering everything is made-to-order. On both my visits today, we were able to get seating outside, but it's pretty limited, so have a back-up plan if you're going at peak lunch time. We found street parking to be plentiful on this Friday afternoon, but I saw there is a parking lot as well. For those concerned about Covid protocols, the staff followed every guideline, including asking guests to wait outside after ordering, and limiting the # of people ordering inside. Ugh bummer. I would've given 5 stars, but the cashier was not wearing a mask. Ordering was easy, you can call or text the number listed on their menu. I asked for extra jalapeños and they accommodated! We ordered 6" grilled pork and grilled chicken banh mis and 3pc shrimp spring roll. Both sandwiches were flavorful and they do not skimp on the fixings! I thought the grilled pork packed more flavor upfront, but you won't go wrong with either. Great balance of flavors and acidity given the ample ingredients. The spring rolls were fresh and the wrapper was still very soft, so these are definitely made to order. They're on the smaller side, so they could benefit from a bit more rice noodles, but that could just be personal preference. Finally got around to trying Kibi's. The prices aren't the worst, but not the best either. With that being said, I think it's worth it. The vegetarian bahn mi is packed full of filling and flavor. I would prefer a more vinegar-y/pickled daikon & carrot, but one of the best fillings for a vegetarian version I've tried. The bread tastes so fresh and not the kind that will cut off the roof of your mouth. The sandwich came warm and toasty. The fresh spring rolls are way smaller than expected, but they were delicious-I did not regret it ($5 for 3). It's a little shop and one person in at a time, you can also text to order. I like that it's not in downtown and no real traffic on the street. I'll definitely be back. This is an updated review and a level up. I was able to place an order online with the modifications on my bahn mi sandwiches so everything was ready when I got there. They also send a confirmation text of when my order was ready which was great! I ordered a grilled pork and a grilled chicken bahn mi (no jalapeños), 3 piece fresh spring rolls, and a pork bahn mi with spring roll lunch special. The bahn mi in the special was 4" compared to 6" but the 3 piece spring rolls are the same as the 3 piece I ordered separately. The special is a great deal as the sandwiches are $8 each and 3 piece spring rolls were $7.50 I think. The specialist with a smaller sandwich but same spring rolls $12.50! Anyways, everything was packaged nicely, easy pick up. The spring rolls were fresh with a great chew, great sauce. Definitely smaller than most places but fresh. The produce crunched! I also noticed the carrots in the spring rolls are pickled! This is a first! It gave it a nice flavor instead of bland. The sandwiches were loaded with a good amount of seasoned meat and the bread was crunchy and soft, so good!
