He was always realistic about our timeline and always brought up important points that we did not consider and made sure we had a plan and contingency plan for everything. We hired Aokash from Kiara Event Planning to be our daughter's wedding day coordinator. During several discussions about the set up for the day of celebration, everything seemed clear and transparent to the team. Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding, the timing of the decoration of the venue, shifted dramaticaly, and by the time the guests arrived, the process of decoration was just in the middle, which put us in the position not to meet the guests and be ready for the newlyweds to arrive, but to decorate the venue.
