Jess and Eduardo made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had super fast turnaround times for both the sneak peeks and full album/video. DJ Ramon played the best songs (+ song requests) and the dance floor was lit ALLL night. Ryan and Trixie kept the balls rolling for the photobooth and dessert cart, respectively, and extra shout out to Trixie as the decor for the dessert and backdrop were the CUTEST! Lastly, Grace made us amazing desserts and the most beautiful wedding cake ever!!! Everyone at Cupkeyk Events was fantastic and so sweet to work with. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

The inside is a bit small, so it can feel a bit cramped with the amount of people that are there. There are around 5 photobooths in the main room and another 2-3 in the back, so plenty of options for different backgrounds and styles which is nice that they have that variety. Each strip was priced around $7, so it can definitely add up. One of the photobooths I used didn't print out my photos, so the staff were kind enough to allow me another attempt free of charge. They also have the option of making your photos into a cute little key chain. If you're looking for a cute date activity or fun hangout with friends, I think this is a great experience! Only my first time here I was thinking the rope was there because maybe someone was waiting for their pictures because the pitchers do take about 2-3 minutes to print out. And not knowing that it was out of service because there were no signs and the GREEN LIGHT was ON. we paid for our pictures and continue to navigate around to other booths to my surprise, a lady came out with a very rude attitude. Yelling at customers saying " WHO TOOK THE ROPE OFF OF HERE!" Her name was (Vionia from chile) she was so disgustingly rude to us that i finally said " hey im sorry i did that I wasn't sure I seen the green light on" she looked at us in disgust. At this point, we were just waiting for a picture to come out of another booth to get ready to exit because we did not feel welcomed. This is the only time of year we all get to come together in person and party it up, so having these photobooth memories truly means the world. Their staff were extremely patient as the drinks were flowing and we tried to cram way too many people in one photo lol. Brian was so easy to work with. He had over 100+ templates to choose from, vertical & horizontal! We got to choose 2 different templates where the guests were able to choose which template they wanted. We got the packaged with unlimited takes and he even did 2 copies for us, so guests can leave one in our photo guestbook. He had a large box of props too!
