I told him so he squeezed us up front ( I can not see the board too far back) so this morning I texted at 7am to reserve the same exact table that we have been sitting at for the last 6 months every single Thursday, I get a text back that , that table has been reserved? Last time it was her friends who she sat there , and we got bumped out?! So I guess she had more friends coming and wanted to sit them there ? This is really rude! And makes you feel so unwelcome! I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

As nice as the other Hampton Inn meals. And yes that staff is helpful too. There are apples and snacks available in the common areas. Rooms are dated but seems to be quiet. I felt I did not hear anyone else unless I was lucky. Price is extremely reasonable. I think I paid $140 daily. I saw there was an indoor pool and a printer which is a nice ammenity. During our stay, one of the buses in our group accidentally blocked a vehicle. As soon as we were notified, we immediately worked together to move it and resolve the issue. We apologized and made every effort to cooperate. Despite that, management's response felt excessive and unprofessional. Instead of working with us after the issue was corrected, we were effectively pushed out. To make matters worse, when I returned to collect my belongings, my key had already been deactivated. The receptionist saw me and knew who I was, yet failed to mention that my room access had been removed. The property itself was also difficult to overlook. Much of the parking area appeared to be occupied by construction materials, shipping containers, piles of lumber, discarded mattresses, debris, and renovation equipment. The parking lot looked more like an active construction site than a place prepared to accommodate paying guests. I fully acknowledge that the blocked vehicle should not have happened. However, we took responsibility, fixed the situation immediately, and apologized. What I cannot overlook is the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and the way paying guests were treated after making every effort to cooperate. Was also told they don't let trucks park in their lot as well... but there's a truck clearly parked.... I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Some of my work locations are in Oakland, but I don't wanna stay too close in Oakland for obvious reasons. Oakland was the only In N Out location to ever close due to crime in the parking lot! So, Union City it is! This location is super easy freeway access just off the 880 at the Alvarado Niles exit. Speaking of In N Out, there's one right across the street from this hotel! Check in was easy, no problems, got my rewards points posted, and got my room no prob. Friendly staff and clean hotel. It has all the usual amenities, but I'm not gonna get a chance to use the pool or gym, gotta do my work. Speaking of work, the WiFi was working no prob and a decent speed. The desk was comfortable as was the bed. The bathroom was clean and no stray hairs not my color laying about. The water pressure in the shower was good and endless hot water. The free breakfast was up as usual, and the same food basically as all the IHG Holiday Inns. Eggs, omelet folded thingys, bread to toast and hot coffee and juices. I can't forget those fab cinnamon rolls at all the Holiday Inn Expresses! I usually get breakfast early when they put it out and go back to my room to eat and be on the internet. So, far, this stay is fine and I'd stay at this location again.

Saneta was the Cal State certified event planner . Before the meeting she e mailed us and called us to remind us "'don't be late " . We arrived 5 minutes early and were greeted by her lovely assistant. We were informed to wait a little while and we ended up waiting 20 minutes . No apologies. Sandra met us when she was done with the last client . We were wondering why stressed so much about " on time " while she could not keep the appointment as scheduled. The venue is beautiful, nicely devoted with big Wi downs and screen so you could appreciate the sunshine and green lawn outside . It was also big enough to accommodate 200 - 250 guests . It has a big dance floor , outdoor area to have a wedding ceremony and a fountain . The basic cost of the venue was the cheapest compared to other . However, they have a detailed list of renting cost every single item ( like dessert bowls , chair cover , dessert spoons, cocktail table , etc ) . I have enclosed a list for your reference. I would not recommend to come to this venue for the hidden costs and inconvenience. We did not appreciate the dinner banquet was only Buffett style . Saneta told us that they did not have the staffs and time to do table service. We were expecting an elegant dining banquet and were quite disappointed.
