Bao Yeah offers not only bao but bowls and fried chicken as well. Their ordering (via tablet) is convenient, and they turn around orders quickly. I went with a three-piece bao, which allowed me to sample the two fried chicken varieties (K*Bomb with gochujang and Garlic Gang with soy black garlic) as well as the bulgogi. All of the bao were amply stuffed with meat and pickled vegetables and slathered with tasty sauce. The thick buns held everything in place, so eating was not too sloppy an endeavor. Everything delivered the expected flavors - sweet heat from the K*Bomb, a tangier note from the bulgogi - and the fried chicken boasted a thick, crunchy batter. It was quite tasty though the chicken was definitely a bit dry. At least the bulgogi was nice and tender. All told, Bao Yeah is a promising newish addition to the Triad food truck scene. It may not be the best Korean street food you've ever had, but you're in for a flavorful meal without a long wait.

For $23 I got a lobster roll and Cape Cod chips. The price is high but I have to say my grilled roll was stuffed with lobster. No fillers of any sort. You do get a small container of melted butter. My husband added the butter to his and thought it added a lot however I was quite happy eating it as is. It was just plump full of lobster and the roll was also good. They also offer lobster in a stuffed avocado and a couple of different seafood rolls as well. We will definitely be keeping our eye out for this food truck in the future. From the number of people ordering, it appears that the secret is out on how good this food truck is.

The dipping sauce paired perfectly with both the yuca and empanadas. My friend got a sandwich and I didn't try it but she really enjoyed it too. The service was good - food came out pretty quickly even though it was crowded! This is definitely a food truck I'll be on the lookout for again!

I paired it with an NZ Pils from Joymongers and it was heaven. The beef empanadas were just as good. Inside, the seasoned beef was 100% flavorful. I stopped by after they had been open for about two weeks and was impressed by the sheer number of offerings: breads, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, cheesecakes, quiches, coffee, tea, and more. The employee on duty was patient and helpfully explained a few baked goods I hadn't encountered before (Kouign-amann will have to happen during a future visit). I ultimately settled on a peanut butter-banana coffee cake and a chocolate croissant. The croissant was buttery but dense rather than light and flaky. That density extended to the coffee cake as well, where it was more welcome. The peanut butter-banana combo made for a winning pair, and the topping was tasty as well. Given the pricing, service, availability (open every day except Sunday), and more, Rocca's is a must for anyone in Greensboro with a sweet tooth.

I love that Rocca's is not only a bakery, but they are also a coffee shop that sells ice cream. On Saturdays they sell freshly baked bread too! My initial introduction was when they were located in Stock and Grain Food Hall. I had wanted to try them for a while and luckily I was invited to a Yelp Event where I was able to sample some items. In all fairness, I absolutely loved the service but maybe it was an off night but at the time I wasn't a fan. But as some months passed, they are no longer in Stock and Grain but in a food truck in High Point. I highly suggest following their Facebook page for dates and times where you can catch them. The service was still wonderful and the food was really good. The sweet potato cornbread is one of my favs and the chicken wings and catfish bites were fried to perfection. I love collard greens but do understand, everyone makes them differently. My family is from eastern NC so we make ours savory, theirs have a little sweetness to it. I don't mind it but this time around was so much better, it was very well balanced. The mac and cheese was delicious as well. Although not pictured, do check out their Russian tea drink. I felt very nostalgic and I have no other words but it was great. I try to savor it when I get some. I wish he sold them in half gallon jugs because I would buy it. That's how good it is. They have other items like Rasta pasta, oxtails, pork chops, and turkey wings. I can't wait to come back and try more food. Give them a follow and check them out. You won't be disappointed.

They were absolutely incredible (in no particular order because they were all perfect): Lemon pepper wings: Huge, seasoned and prepared perfectly! Four large wings per order. Yams: Incredible, I haven't had yams in years and really enjoyed them. Mac and Cheese: Very, very good, enjoyed. Sweet potato cornbread: Incredible as well, sweet and moist. We will make it a point to visit more frequently!
