While gambling we got hungry this restaurant was close to us and we love Mongolian grills. After noticing everyone seemed to be getting the burgers we decided we would also. We ordered the double cheese burger-The girl taking our order was very sweet she asked what extras we wanted so added lettuce/tomato/onions and extra pickles 2 choices for cheese chedder or pepper jack we got the pepper jack-2 slices included. They cooked it on their giant wok, while waiting next person ordered the Mongolian grill they cooked the egg on the grill then dumped the rest of the ingredients on top and quickly scouped it into her to go box-so food wasn't cooked on the grill. The hamburger was big and very good and juicy with lots of flavor. I asked them to cut it in 2 and they did. We will order this again

    Half eaten. Best ever!

OMG I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. They have been short staffed and still have hooked me up.

    What did I capture? Garbage

Garbage options, the guy put enough chicken in my bowl to feed my cat. It's not cheap either. 11 bucks for a bowl, you better be packing more meat into than that. The seasons are lacking too. Keep walking and don't eat here. Oh they serve burgers here too probably because their bowls suck

    Clean and orderly

I have been to Khans on multiple occasions while gambling. Each time the staff has been super helpful and accommodating. It can be hard to hear them but they don't seem to mind repeating it, but I still feel bad nonetheless. So overall the staff is wonderful so far. The actual food is amazing, I have had bowls and burgers and each have been incredible. The flavor in the burgers is intense due to the grill having all the residue from the previous foods being cooked on it. The meats are quality and the buns have always been fluffy and tasty.

There was a hibachi station where you could choose meats like thin beef, chicken, and pork, along with veggies, spices, and sauces. It was nice since i wanted to get my protein up without all the oil lol. Now I don't know if the meats are very fresh, but the station was cold so that's good. The hot foods I had were also pretty good and warm for buffet. My favorite was the pan fried dumplings, but again not the best obviously. In regards to the sushi, I didn't even wanna touch the raw nigiri for my own safety; salmon had no visible fat lines, and tuna didn't look appetizing at all, almost grey. I got some pieces of the rolls, unagi, and inari and those were actually better than i expected. The rolls are pretty close to tokyo one in plano, or osaka in addison. The inari was nice and sweet, but the unagi was kind of just getting carried by the sauce lol. Service wasn't the best, got one refill the entire time, and was fasting that day. The place is decently clean and nothing to really complain about there. Overall for a big easy family outing, not bad, but would not eat here again myself

I can only imagine the volume of customers that move in and out of this location but it is incredibly busy here. They hustle here and keep your table and empty plates cleared from your table and refill your drink as many times as you need it. Food variety is such a long list and different nights of the week they do have some specialty items available for you to try like frog legs or deep fried calamari, crawdads etc. they do have a fried snow crab I believe it's just an exceptional assortment and they really vary it depending on the day of the week. They have the try and true things that you know and love at a buffet. I especially love the egg drop soup to have at the end of every meal. They have a pretty extensive fruit and dessert offering and for children they have chicken strips, pizza, and wings all the little items that they need to keep themselves happy and then, of course, the infamous Jell-O cubes usually cherry or lime, which children love they have so many items you can get freshly made sushi here and they have a Mongolian stirfry cook right there who makes your items to order! I mean all for one low price. They offer senior specials early bird specials. They have special specials for children. The pricing is really affordable. Yes you're going to have the occasional dish in here that someone will complain is greasy or they just couldn't handle the way it looked, but let's face it. This place has a continual customer base that returns day in and day out so they are doing something right here. I am recommending it as an experience and It's a fun place to bring your family. They do have TV's on in most all the rooms but the volume is off or negligible . Try something new you'll find yourself wanting to come back. Ask for the punchcard if you become a regular, I believe after 10 visits you get a free meal. I'm not sure exactly don't quote me on that, but I did see people pulling it out when they were paying for their meals to get a punch on a card. bon appétit!

However, gas mask are not my thing, so the oduor of death and sewer are enough to knock a grown man onto his behind disgusted me to my core. On the subject of hygiene, the bathrooms are horrid as well. There was a mess of toilet paper everywhere, and the sick looked more hazardous to touch then not washing my hands. I was more than happy that I had brought my hand sanitizer that day. Now to the food. The food is the worst thing I have ever tasted. my eggroll was rotten on the inside. The crab legs were all around horrible. All the food was cold the highest temperature the food reached was room temperature. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Only the store-bought ice cream and cakes were the best and even then, they tasted a day away from stale. Also, the customer service was 0 and they were super rude to my family. My mother and grandmother tried to tell the server that the food wasn't good and wasn't warm. The server then caught an attitude and tried to argue with them saying there was so much of the plates that it looks like it was good, which my mother responded to her by saying the reason the plates were so full was because we took one bite of the nasty food and had to go try and find anything edible, in which we didn't. So, I'm going to end this asking for either Gorden Ramsey himself to save this place, or for no one to eat there for their safety. Especially sense the bill was $19.99 per person. Thank you.

The place was quiet and honestly, I didn't notice any kind of smell that the other reviews are talking about. Parking was very easy. I'm sure you don't have to re-explained how the system works since a ton of reviews here talk about it, but I thought the portions were very generous. I got the build your own bowl and because it was my first time there I decided to try some of every meat and finish off with the vegetables and sauces that I'm a big fan of. Everything that I had tasted delicious although I do wish the shrimp was a bit bigger . I didn't know that they would cook my sauces in with my food, but that was a big plus, especially since they let you go back to the sauce area and pour more on . I'm definitely going to be coming back and a few people that I've told I've been there have told me how that's there go to place so I'm confused how this isn't a five star ?!

The idea is quite simple-- they have various items you can order straight off of the menu, or you can create your own bowl, which is what most people do. You walk up to the counter, where there's various raw meats and then vegetables, sauces, and spice mixes to add to your bowl. Think Chipotle, but you do it on your own. Once you've made your bowl, you bring it to the chef, who cooks it in the sauce(s) you picked. I thought the food was pretty good for the price, which was under $30 for two people. The chef did a good job in cooking the meat. Two things I didn't like was the service, which was friendly but rather unorganized, and the smell. The place has a strong sewer smell, as noted by some other reviewers. If the place was cleaner, smelled better, and had more efficient service, I'd rate it higher. The food was decent, though.
