Wendy Interview Experience…read more I was scheduled for an interview at 9:00 AM and arrived early at 8:40 AM. I understood that I had to wait until 9:00, but after that time, I waited another 25-30 minutes without being updated (it's was suppose to be for 10 minutes). The manager knew I was there, but no one communicated with me about the delay, and I was never interviewed. I understand that things can get busy, but I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration for my time.

I feel like they've stayed true to themselves over the years with their theming, but especially with their prices. It's so nice to see that their prices haven't gone through the roof, despite the difficult economy. I think The Beef Barn is a perfect example of an establishment that has done things right and stayed loyal to their customers, therefore having their customers stay loyal to them. You always know what you're getting at The Beef Barn and that's exactly how it should be. I typically visit the other location because it is closer to me, but I was in the Bellingham area and was happy to be able to visit this location. I will continue visiting The Beef Barn in the future. I love it and I hope they continue to be successful for years and years to come!

One of my favorite things about this location is that they have a drive-through, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you have a toddler and don't want to get everyone out of the car just to pick up an order. You can simply drive up, grab your food, and go. As for the food, the birria tacos were okay--not the best I've ever had, but definitely not bad. The empanadas were pretty basic and nothing particularly stood out about them. However, the Margarita Chicken Bowl was delicious and was definitely my favorite thing we ordered. For the price, you really can't beat it. Overall, I'd say this is a decent Mexican restaurant with a convenient location, great drive-through option, and some good menu choices. It's not my favorite Mexican restaurant, but I also wouldn't hesitate to stop here again when I'm looking for something quick and convenient.
