No matter how many times I ask for sauce at the drive-thru, the response is always the same: "It's in the bag." Then I get home, open the bag, and--surprise!--not a single packet. i find myself ordering taco bell a lot and yes i shouldn't but, when i came to taco bell on july 10 at about 8:00 i put in an order for my boyfriend, our friend and i. while waiting their were two other customers who came in with a messed up order, missing items, messed up items so on and so forth. when i received my food i was not given my drink cups or a specialty drink i paid extra for, fixed that pretty quick and was fine. i was unable to rip apart my food until i got home and when i did almost everything was wrong. i paid 20$ in add ons that were not given (extra rice, slow roasted chicken, potato's, tomatoes, and more) my boyfriend was very upset due to the fact he can't eat the beans from here they gross! read more

One of my biggest pet peeves is when a fast food chain forgets to put in your dipping sauces or sauce packets especially when they ASK what sauce you would like. Went thru drive-thru - Menu board says 12 box of variety tacos goes for $14.99, but the register rang up as $17.99, and a burrito supreme listed at $2.99 went for $3.29. When I mentioned this to the person over the drive-thru intercom he went to talk to the manager, and came back that it was their mistake, but it was still $17.99 for the box. False advertising clearly, and I'm sure they get away with plenty of "mistakes" through the drive-in window. Insult to injury was we asked for mild and hot sauce. When we got home, we had six packages (3 mild and 3 hot) for 12 crunchy tacos and 2 burrito supremes. Really? Last time I visit this place - poor service, false advertising. A major downside is if you order more than 2 items something(s) will most likely be missing so check your bags before you leave. Food- The cheese quesadilla is so good but they don't put enough sauce in it. Fiesta potatoes are good. Chips and queso are good. The quesarito is good but not one of my favorites. we ordered a doordash and it was given to the wrong dasher, not ours. taco bell called us to inform us of this incident and we were told to cancel the order and order it again, though we could get charged twice. my friend has worked at taco bell and she mentioned that they could just look back and remake our order because it had nothing to do with us. the manager on the phone informed us that this was "technically stealing food" which is false. it is a loss to the company for sure, but it is the fault of the employees. i've also worked in fast food and have had to remake orders because they go to the wrong dasher. we have never told a customer that it's stealing food because it is not the customer or dasher's fault, it is due to the employees messing up. our taco bell order was only $22 anyways, it's not like we ordered hundreds of dollars of food. read more
