I've definitely given this place chance after chance. It's not so much attitude, I'd say 99% of the staff do have a good to great attitude. It's more the accuracy of the order. I ordered 3 of the double cheese burgers, ordered 3 different ways. All 3 burgers were made the same way. And it is typically at night food and drinks (not fountain drinks) are made incorrectly. I have never experienced really anything wrong with breakfast hours or even lunch hours. Early dinner hours are fine, you get a mix up here and there as they do get busy... but at 9 pm how do you make 3 burgers wrong the same exact way with just ketchup and pickles? That seems like carelessness. I'm very disappointed. I could go back and get it fixed sure, but it's the fact I drove there, waited all that time, then drove home to find the errors. Not everyone can get back and forth to fix employee errors. I could check all of my food there, but that defeats the point in people having jobs that REQUIRE ACCURACY. This McDonalds has issues. I know I should not be eating this garbage but i'm a typical American. This McDonalds charges for sauce. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and these pieces of garbage charged me .23 cents per sauce. It's not the money that matters. It's the fact that I have eaten this garbage food in probably 40 states and 10 countries and I have never once in my life had to pay for sauce with my darn nuggies. This location is always busy and sometimes short staffed. I personally have never had a bad experience. Everyone genuinely seems to try and do their best. Young employees, keep your chins up when people get mad if the drive thru is slow at night! You're doing a great job! read more

Not the best customer service I've ever experienced. I arrived and sat in line for breakfast through the drive through. I arrived prior to 10:30 and by the time I got to the order window the time had literally just turned to 10:30. When I asked for a breakfast menu I was told no because it was exactly 10:30. Despite being there prior and sitting through the line I was told no with a shrug of the shoulders. The person who was taking the orders was less than helpful to say the least along with being dismissive and rude. I went to this McDonalds last nite at 8:30pm. The drive thru was so backed up, I went inside. There was a woman there who had already been waiting for a small order for 20 minutes!! The manager was THE WORST!! He was SCREAMING at all of the employees, if I had been them I seriously would have walked out!! I hope the owner of this McDonalds reads this and fires him!!! Just went here last night to get a quick bite to eat. There was a line in drive thru and a few people inside so I went in with my friends. The man in line in front of us said this girls not taking any orders. So we were baffled. There was a manager (the girl) and looked like there was someone in back cooking. The manager told us she will not be serving any one any food because she was overwhelmed because her boss did not schedule her with any people so she was telling all her customers in drive thru and in line to leave.
