I've definitely given this place chance after chance. It's not so much attitude, I'd say 99% of the staff do have a good to great attitude. It's more the accuracy of the order. I ordered 3 of the double cheese burgers, ordered 3 different ways. All 3 burgers were made the same way. And it is typically at night food and drinks (not fountain drinks) are made incorrectly. I have never experienced really anything wrong with breakfast hours or even lunch hours. Early dinner hours are fine, you get a mix up here and there as they do get busy... but at 9 pm how do you make 3 burgers wrong the same exact way with just ketchup and pickles? That seems like carelessness. I'm very disappointed. I could go back and get it fixed sure, but it's the fact I drove there, waited all that time, then drove home to find the errors. Not everyone can get back and forth to fix employee errors. I could check all of my food there, but that defeats the point in people having jobs that REQUIRE ACCURACY. I paid $40 for my order for most important items to be incorrect. read more

cant get food modifications right for their lives. waited 15 minutes for 2 plain burgers + fries and couldnt even make it properly read more

I really love mcdonalds here it has a long wait, but it is worth it. They come out with fresh french fries, and my brother loves their burgers read more

The food is always smacking and the soda is always bussin, but tell me why yall serve coffee if nobody in there knows how to brew it. Nah not even, nobody knows how to make it. I ordered this coffee with 3 extra creams and that shit was darker and browner than an Ugg boot... I appreciate the effort but nah this ain't it, I wasted my 2 dollars and I'm kinda pissed cus I really was looking forward to this drink of coffee. Everything else here is good but I'm not tryna wait in no line to get my coffee remade. Peace. read more

This McDonalds has issues. I know I should not be eating this garbage but i'm a typical American. This McDonalds charges for sauce. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and these pieces of garbage charged me .23 cents per sauce. It's not the money that matters. It's the fact that I have eaten this garbage food in probably 40 states and 10 countries and I have never once in my life had to pay for sauce with my darn nuggies. I hope this place gets restructured. read more

This location is always busy and sometimes short staffed. I personally have never had a bad experience. Everyone genuinely seems to try and do their best. Young employees, keep your chins up when people get mad if the drive thru is slow at night! You're doing a great job! read more

Worst McDonalds Ever. My young daughter was yelled at for leaning against a table. Then when we asked for ketchup the worker rolled his eyes at us, even though they forgot. Then, the cup we received was obviously used. disgusted and disappointed. read more

Not the best customer service I've ever experienced. I arrived and sat in line for breakfast through the drive through. I arrived prior to 10:30 and by the time I got to the order window the time had literally just turned to 10:30. When I asked for a breakfast menu I was told no because it was exactly 10:30. Despite being there prior and sitting through the line I was told no with a shrug of the shoulders. The person who was taking the orders was less than helpful to say the least along with being dismissive and rude. I suppose it's my fault expecting decent service from an establishment that has proved time and again it is less than subpar. read more

When you ask for extra extra tartar sauce but you barely get any. It's like do you do it on purpose bc you hate your job and your life. Like come on. I paid enough to actually get extra so just do it. read more

If I have an option to give it a half star I was craving for a cheeseburger so I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers because it appears they don't sell single burgers with cheese and once I received it I went to grab one the burgers and it wasn't even wrapped all the way and when I took a bite it was cold and felt like it was sitting there for awhile the bun felt stale like it was out in the open air and I looked at the other burger and it was the same and I asked myself why did I come to this restaurant i always had problems like wrong order or just cold and old food And Don't know why they have customers !!!! Not even worth buying something for a dollar read more

I went to this McDonalds last nite at 8:30pm. The drive thru was so backed up, I went inside. There was a woman there who had already been waiting for a small order for 20 minutes!! The manager was THE WORST!! He was SCREAMING at all of the employees, if I had been them I seriously would have walked out!! I hope the owner of this McDonalds reads this and fires him!!! Btw: I have never had a problem with this particular McDonalds before and have always found the employees to be really great!! read more

Service was slow but they were accommodating. They just hired a bunch of new staff so it was hectic for them. They apologized for the wait and offered to help in any way they could. Everyone deserves a second chance. read more

This place NEVER listens to your order, NEVER gets it right, and NEVER says thank you/you're welcome. I go through the drive-thru after work trying to grab some food. It's like 11:30pm. Only ones in drive through. SPECIFICALLY ask for no lettuce. Still got lettuce on 2 of 3 sandwiches. Asked for a cherry "if they had them" got a response of "yep" and didn't receive a cherry. LISTEN! You need to step up your game. I love McDonalds but damn dude! read more

Just went here last night to get a quick bite to eat. There was a line in drive thru and a few people inside so I went in with my friends. The man in line in front of us said this girls not taking any orders. So we were baffled. There was a manager (the girl) and looked like there was someone in back cooking. The manager told us she will not be serving any one any food because she was overwhelmed because her boss did not schedule her with any people so she was telling all her customers in drive thru and in line to leave. I always have had a bad experience at this mcdonalds and always cold gross food. I will not ever be going back now. Worst mcdonalds ever! read more
