Wendy Interview Experience I was scheduled for an interview at 9:00 AM and arrived early at 8:40 AM. I understood that I had to wait until 9:00, but after that time, I waited another 25-30 minutes without being updated (it's was suppose to be for 10 minutes). The manager knew I was there, but no one communicated with me about the delay, and I was never interviewed. You place a mobile order you go to the speaker (because the inside is usually locked) and they have the audacity to treat you like you are interrupting them. Then you get to wait for 20 minutes in line to get a low quality burger, and nuggets. These guys are also serial sauce forgetters. Wendys used to be top tier fast food and now it's bottom tier. Awful! I had to throw out the food I received. The woman in the drive thru was complaining about something about no bacon. She handed an open burger back to the person working the drive thru. After some time, they handed her another burger. She looked at it and drove off. I drove up to collect my food. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and a summer salad. When I got home, I found burnt bacon all over my salad, and the burger was a double cheeseburger, no bacon. The burger was in a wrapper that was opened up, which I believe is the same burger the woman ahead of me was handling. I had to throw out my food and wrote in to corporate about my experience. 2nd time going to North Smithfield location... will probably be our last. My husband's baconator was so messy. The paper it was wrapped in had ketchup and grease all over it. The burger itself had ketchup all over the bun. And I thought the fries were supposed to be guaranteed fresh and hot. Both our fries were barely warm and they were stale. We each threw them away after eating a couple. Then to top it off, the bill was $17. Expensive for what we got. Very disappointing. Wont be visiting there any more. read more

This has to be the worst location I've ever been to, I've tried to get in touch with the manager a few times to see if he's aware of some of the issues they have here. 1st and for most, They have a senior citizen customer who is there all the time, he goes around and wipes down the tables, fixing the chairs and fetches the trays and brings them back to the kitchen area for them. He seems like he may have a mental disability, and that is good and all, but He should not be doing work for them for free, and he sure as hell should not be behind their counter in their kitchen area, both of these situations are first of all illegal and against Department of Health code. I have also walked into the bathroom previously were this Gentleman had his pants and underwear down around his ankles and washing his privates at the sink. I'm glad my kid didn't walk into that restroom. I had expressed my concerns to someone who identified themselves as a shift manager, but he didn't seem to concerned. 2nd. Most of the staff here are either just plain rude or very untrained in customer service skills. On my last visit, the young girl behind the register, after finally coming to the POS after we stood there for 5 minutes, just walks up and stairs at us, no Hello, or Welcome, no How May I help you, Can I take your order, nothing, just this awkward starring at us. Finally I broke the ice and asked if we can place and order and her response was "go a head" The best part was that our order was incorrect. I could go on with other issues with this location, and I do hope a member of the Management Staff see's this review and corrects the behaviors in this location considering it's the only one with in reason distance to North Smithfield/Woonsocket. read more

Yup. It's a Wendy's. However, it's the most convenient and easily accessed Wendy's on the way home. While there really isn't much difference in food quality from other locations (except for their fries.. I rarely get them fresh!), it's the customer service that's totally stellar. Usually we snag dinner here through the drive thru when we're coming home late (as in after 9pm) and don't feel like cooking. Our orders are almost always totally accurate and the few times they weren't, the staff were polite and fixed the issue asap. (And several times even threw in freebies to make up for it.) Went there today and found out apparently that they no longer honor their mobile app coupons.
