Went to Wendy's and told them. I wanted a junior bacon with no cheese when I got home. There was cheese on it and I was really mad because I can't eat cheese so I had to throw it out. I am tired of these restaurants. Not doing their job, and I would not recommend Wendy's to anyone. Specially one off 146 in north smithfield read more

Wendy Interview Experience I was scheduled for an interview at 9:00 AM and arrived early at 8:40 AM. I understood that I had to wait until 9:00, but after that time, I waited another 25-30 minutes without being updated (it's was suppose to be for 10 minutes). The manager knew I was there, but no one communicated with me about the delay, and I was never interviewed. I understand that things can get busy, but I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration for my time. read more

This place is an absolute disgrace to Dave Thomas's legacy. The people that work here are all garbage. You place a mobile order you go to the speaker (because the inside is usually locked) and they have the audacity to treat you like you are interrupting them. Then you get to wait for 20 minutes in line to get a low quality burger, and nuggets. These guys are also serial sauce forgetters. Wendys used to be top tier fast food and now it's bottom tier. Locations like this are a stain on the brand. read more

The manager had a horrible attitude, trowing my food at me. Customer service was terrible. Always having problems with this location.

order from wendy,s on 5-7-2025 to be deliver delivery was great but incomplete order, called store, only got answering machine, no return call.. the burgers look like they were thrown together and were plain, would not buy from this store. read more

for 13.00 dollars you would think the food would be warm when you got home, hamburgs were cold and just awful, they were just slapped together and the fries were no better.lousy meals for the price. read more

Fast Food, don't make me laugh. Last time I went to this location, I ordered ahead online and it still took close to 25 minutes to get my food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, even with the extra drive time it will still probably be faster than going here. read more

Drive thru is horrendous. Service is the slowest I've ever seen in a fast food place!!!

Awful! I had to throw out the food I received. The woman in the drive thru was complaining about something about no bacon. She handed an open burger back to the person working the drive thru. After some time, they handed her another burger. She looked at it and drove off. I drove up to collect my food. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and a summer salad. When I got home, I found burnt bacon all over my salad, and the burger was a double cheeseburger, no bacon. The burger was in a wrapper that was opened up, which I believe is the same burger the woman ahead of me was handling. I had to throw out my food and wrote in to corporate about my experience. This place should be shut down. read more

Wendy's - Why is there bacon in my salad?!? - Fast Food Near Me - North Smithfield, Rhode Island

Waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes only to get up there at 12:30 AM and be told that they are closed even though they're supposed to be open till 1 AM. They turned away like four cars. I could give them zero stars I would. read more

2nd time going to North Smithfield location... will probably be our last. My husband's baconator was so messy. The paper it was wrapped in had ketchup and grease all over it. The burger itself had ketchup all over the bun. And I thought the fries were supposed to be guaranteed fresh and hot. Both our fries were barely warm and they were stale. We each threw them away after eating a couple. Then to top it off, the bill was $17. Expensive for what we got. Very disappointing. Wont be visiting there any more. read more

Slow Service!!! Fries Were Cold. Get On It Wendy's. I Was The Only Person In The Drive Through And The Cashier Said "We Are Very Busy Right Now, Can You Pull Up And I Will Bring You Your Order?" Order Took Five Minutes And The Fries Came Back Cold. I Thought This Was Fast Food??? read more

The place is disgusting and dirty, they serve rotten food service is terrible do not eat here unless you're looking to get food poisoning. I received rotten food and proceeded back around the drive-thru with food that had mold in it and they still tried to justify it as "fresh food". read more

I ordered Caesar salad from this location and it tasted fine until I reached the bottom and saw a dead beetle in my salad. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I don't understand how the food workers aren't checking the meals before they go out or are not throwing out old food. With COVID going on you'd their sanitation would be the best it's ever been. Guess not. Will not go there ever again, do better. read more

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal from this location. When I got back to work to eat my dinner, the only thing in my bag was not even a full small french fry. (Which by the way, it was supposed to be a medium fry so it wasn't the right size whether it was full or not) ! Utterly disappointed seeing as I spent my break trying to get my meal and came back to no food. read more

This has to be the worst location I've ever been to, I've tried to get in touch with the manager a few times to see if he's aware of some of the issues they have here. 1st and for most, They have a senior citizen customer who is there all the time, he goes around and wipes down the tables, fixing the chairs and fetches the trays and brings them back to the kitchen area for them. He seems like he may have a mental disability, and that is good and all, but He should not be doing work for them for free, and he sure as hell should not be behind their counter in their kitchen area, both of these situations are first of all illegal and against Department of Health code. I have also walked into the bathroom previously were this Gentleman had his pants and underwear down around his ankles and washing his privates at the sink. I'm glad my kid didn't walk into that restroom. I had expressed my concerns to someone who identified themselves as a shift manager, but he didn't seem to concerned. 2nd. Most of the staff here are either just plain rude or very untrained in customer service skills. On my last visit, the young girl behind the register, after finally coming to the POS after we stood there for 5 minutes, just walks up and stairs at us, no Hello, or Welcome, no How May I help you, Can I take your order, nothing, just this awkward starring at us. Finally I broke the ice and asked if we can place and order and her response was "go a head" The best part was that our order was incorrect. I could go on with other issues with this location, and I do hope a member of the Management Staff see's this review and corrects the behaviors in this location considering it's the only one with in reason distance to North Smithfield/Woonsocket. read more

This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to, took almost 10 minutes for one car in the drive through, there's 4 ppl inside I'm confused

Me and my wife walk in to Wendy at 9:58 pm 2 minutes before they close the lobby at 10:00pm and the manager kick us out and we was ready at the cash registers at 9:59pm and they refuse to serve us so they need to talk to that manager and retraining or fired that manager read more

If I could give zero stars I would.. there's nothing good about this place. I was all fired up for Wendy's and this is the worst service I've ever gotten anywhere to date. They could not use their credit card machine and didn't have A N Y change. They have me Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. Didn't have sprite. They didn't have cheese. They didn't have frostys. I am highly disappointed and appalled. Shut this place down. Corporate needs to do something about them read more

Yup. It's a Wendy's. However, it's the most convenient and easily accessed Wendy's on the way home. While there really isn't much difference in food quality from other locations (except for their fries.. I rarely get them fresh!), it's the customer service that's totally stellar. Usually we snag dinner here through the drive thru when we're coming home late (as in after 9pm) and don't feel like cooking. Our orders are almost always totally accurate and the few times they weren't, the staff were polite and fixed the issue asap. (And several times even threw in freebies to make up for it.) Working fast food is totally a drag and it's appreciated when the staff still remains friendly and helpful! read more

I'm only giving Wendy's one star because for the most part the drinks are good. Lmao!! So today my husband ordered me the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, (I'm pregnant) so you know I'm pissed, the cheese was paper!! And he ordered me the cheese fries the cheese is literally orange. Not yellow. ORANGE. Gross Im so grossed out I'm never ordering from here again! read more

first of all, i'm gonna start this off by saying i never go to wendy's, i'm not much of a fan, but i was craving one of those grilled asiago chicken sandwiches. so i placed the order on the app. i got the sandwich with everything still on it except lettuce, got my sandwich with just tomato?? i swapped out the fries for a sour cream and chive baked potato since i despise wendy's fries, got to the window and was told they didn't have any potatoes?? okay wendy's that's strike 2. also, i don't know why you didn't tell me at the speaker that you didn't have any potatoes, surely you knew. at least i would've seen what kind of fries you offer to try and hide the nasty. i'm pretty sure i was charged extra for that baked potato, not happy at all, shame on you wendy's. it's actually not that hard to make sure you're giving customers an accurate order, it's pretty much idiot proof now-a-days. read more

Went there today and found out apparently that they no longer honor their mobile app coupons. Also the manager was very rude when i told her that i used the mobile coupon last week for a daves single cheese burger when only ordering a small fry, Saying that they never aloud you to do that. I hate lairs, especially at a fast food chain. Like seriously your job is not that hard. The manager is a joke smh read more

Staff does not speak English ruined my meal because they don't understand my perfect English. We ordered diet Dr Pepper and got Diet Coke instead. I asked for 2 plain baconater and it wasn't plain. So I just had the most ignorant person while giving me my food. First off when she was giving me my food I asked for some sauce for my fries, she has the Audacity to say is there anything else that you don't want. She was rude to me well I kept my composure the way she was talking to me was just absolutely unacceptable. I didn't ask for the sauce for my fries I wouldn't even got in my fries she was only gonna give me my bag for my salads. This is not the first time I've had this problem with the same person I don't know I could tell you if it was a manager or not but she is just ignorant. I don't know how she still has her job. This used to be a good Wendy's and then it started going down in the trenches the last couple years I would not recommend this Wendy's to anybody. I shouldn't even be reading this at all but it won't let me post it unless I give it a star. read more

I walk in to the bathroom to find no soap or paper towels and now I am not wearing any pants and my hands are wet. So now i am in line to order with wet hands and no pants with one person taking orders.
