One of the cleanest places that I have been to, even the parking lot is clean. Crew worked as a team, food was hot, but, the cashier needs to be a bit friendlier to customers that's why I had to go 4 stars out of 5. Overa read more

McDonald's - Does this look like a large fry to anybody ??? Anybody ??? The absolute worse McDonald's ever ! - Burgers Near Me - North Smithfield, Rhode Island

This is a formal warning to anyone with food allergies: Avoid this location. My boyfriend went through the drive-thru today (01/23/2026) at 5:21 PM. He clearly stated I have a severe tomato allergy and requested NO KETCHUP (I was on the phone with him so I explicitly heard him say this). The staff acknowledged this, explicitly promising to change their gloves and put a "special request" flag on the order to ensure it was safe. They put the special request on my food and still, the burgers arrived covered in ketchup. The most alarming part? When I called to complain, the manager's immediate defense was that the employee claimed my boyfriend "only mentioned the allergy but didn't say no ketchup." This proves the staff discussed the allergy while preparing the food and still chose to put ketchup on it (instead of just asking). Any competent food service worker knows ketchup is made of tomatoes. They acknowledged a medical risk and then ignored it. To top off this dangerous experience, the manager told me he "didn't like my tone" when I called to tell them what happened and ask for a refund. I did not swear or scream; I was rightfully firm and upset about a mistake that could have sent me to the ER. To the Store Owner: 1.) Review your camera/audio footage from the drive-thru at 5:21 PM. You will hear the clear request for no ketchup. 2.) Review of the internal recordings of my phone call to the store at 5:51 PM. (I assume you have a recorded line). You will hear a manager more concerned with my "TONE" than the fact that his team served a known allergen to a customer. This wasn't just a "mistake", it was a total breakdown of safety protocols they claimed to be following. I expect a full refund and a response from the franchise owner AND I expect an investigation into this manager. read more

McDonald's - Pathetic ice cream cone - Burgers Near Me - North Smithfield, Rhode Island

The people are assholes. Can't get my food made correctly ever. These people are beyond idiotic and can't grasp simple concepts.

If I could give zero stars I would Location is advertised as 24 through the app, the companies store locator and on google listings. The people that work there are the laziest fucking pieces of shit ever that don't want to work. Was able to place an order for pickup no problem; I show up to the store and I am rudely told by an employee that they are closed and will resume sales at 4 AM. WHICH IS A LIE! read more

I went to this McDonalds on Tuesday 11/8 before voting approx 5:50pm. I went to the drive-thru, ordered and went to the first window. No one at at the window so I drove to the second one and realized I left my wallet at home but thankfully I have an emergency debit card in my car just for such an occasion and gave that to the employee. They had my card for a very long time, and being a banker I was getting worried. They finally came back gave my my order, then my card and I went on my way. Two days later I fine fraudulently charges on my account. As I said this was a card and account I never use so my McDonalds order and a gaming store charge were the only items posted more months. I am not a gamer!! As a banker I always tell my customers to never hand the card to anyone and the one time I do it I have fraud. All they needed to do was take a quick photo of the back of the card and they have everything they needed. I will not be going back to this McDonalds ever again. read more

McDonald's - Chicken sandwich - Burgers Near Me - North Smithfield, Rhode Island

HORRRIBLE. Horrible. JUST HORRIBLE. They have two drive thru s but apparently if you go to the one on the right you get ignored while they take everyone on the lefts order. After taking 4 people's order's who pulled up LONG after me - I FINALLY SPOKE UP & SAID Excuse me but you're taking everyone's order who arrived after me. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake, the individual began arguing with me- I didn't have time for this after a long work day so I left and I will never return. You lost another good customer!! I would drive out of my way to go to another McDonald's location before I ever came back here! read more

Fast service at this location ... hot burger but the fries were quite cold, should've returned them but no time.

Every time I go to his McDonald's they always seem to miss something in my order I paid almost $61.37.The food is always cold I live 10min away read more

After seeing what poor ratings this McDonald's has I felt the restaurant and the staff on around the lunch hour deserved to be recognized. I stopped in to grab lunch while at work and my food was excellent, especially the fries. I find more and more McDonald's lacking in their fries lately which is sad because it's a signature item, but this location on Eddie Dowling did not disappoint. The staff was hustling to get orders out promptly at the busy lunch hour and took the time to ensure the right guests were getting the right orders. I also have to mention the respect I have for the gentleman who handed me my meal as I felt rude having to pick up a phone call while waiting, but he didn't bat an eye and quietly passed me my food and acknowledged my thanks to him. The restaurant was clean and a pleasure to be in. Hats off and thanks to the staff at the Eddie Dowling McDonald's for giving me such an enjoyable experience at what most people don't even give a second thought to- a fast food stop. I look forward to the next time I'm working in the North Smithfield area. read more

This is the second time ordering from door Dash. Both times I did not get half of my order. I understand this is hard times and people are ordering out more than ever but not getting half of my order or not getting 3/4 of my order it's just ridiculous. You guys need to figure out something out because other McDonald's have their sh** together. I got my money back for door dash credit and had to order the other half of my past order again so I am praying my kids get their happy meals and their ice cream. It's going to be almost 10 o'clock till they can eat and tomorrow is a school day. All because I decided order out after being busy all day. read more

I was currently in a long line for my mobile order . I ordered 2 meals that comes with fries which was just 2 Big mac meals nothing complicated. As I approached the window the guy handed me my food and drinks and I simply asked if everything was in the bag. He simply tells me "Yup should be" with an attitude . So when i left the lot i was at a red light and i saw that 2 of my fries were not there!!! Like wtf? I know they are busy but they have the worst communication when it comes to putting stuff in the bags. Last time i went they gave me the wrong order!!!! I usually now check my orders right i front of the window . read more

It would be GREAT if the posted hours on the door matched what the employees inside told me. My sons and I went in to the dining room around 905pm on 2/21 only to be told that the dining room was closed. Posted hours on the entrance door said 11pm Monday-Thursday. Entrance doors are both unlocked AND there are customers dining IN the establishment while they are supposedly closed. Not the first disappointing experience with this particular location. Very poorly managed. read more

I thought the new drive-thru system was supposed to make it faster and more convenient. Well I'm sorry to inform anyone out there who thought this might make the place will run more efficient that they are wrong!I literally sat in front of the speaker and watched four other cars to my right that came after me get their order taken before me! If you're in a rush definitely don't waste your time here. And this is not my first time coming I am a regular who is finally fed up with the BS. read more

Really, every time I go there I end up with something missing and the last time I went my cheeseburger was terrible. The cheese was thrown across the meat or what ever that brown substance is and the entire burger was cold. If your going to serve people food no matter where you work at least put effort into to it and make it as if you were the one going to eat it. I'm sure the person that made these burgers wouldn't appreciate paying for that. read more

I was in the drive thru line waiting to get my order taken I then was told to wait a moment. They let 4 cars go in the other lane then rushed my order. Forgetting a sandwich that I had ordered and then tried to rush me out the window. Terrible Service! read more

Terrible food. Rude service, orders are never right. And attempted to call the police on us for "being loud" in the drive through

This McDonald's is so inconsistent. One day I'll get great food and the next day my fries are ice cold and my burger is missing ingredients. The service is nice I just wish they would put some effort into their job. Also 3 pickles is not extra pickles just a heads up I've payed for extra pickles so many times and not actually get my extra pickles. read more

Well. It's a McDonalds. Convenient location, late hours and great service. While I don't really eat food from MickeyDee's, I do stop in often for their iced coffee. Surprisingly, this one makes a fabulous iced even with my bizarre specifications: black, one pump of sugar free vanilla and cream on the side. I spent pretty much the entire summer snagging coffee on the way to and from work, the beach, etc and never had a single one poorly made. ....and it's cheap. Way cheap. Like, under two bucks cheap. At one point a medium was 99 cents toward the beginning of the summer. Yee-haw! I like this location: it's clean and the peeps who work here are always so plum friendly. read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences Iv ever had a simple McDonald's restaurant. Me and my friends were just waiting in line counting our money because we had ones and 5's and this horrible woman was demanding for us to respond, "HELLO HELLO HELLO!",I had already tried telling her we were just going to be a minutiae if the next customer would like to go before us but she was demanding to take our order. It just made set the mood for the whole day for us and when we went to order she acted fed up with everything we wanted to order and not even much. Two 20 piece nuggets sand a large fry and there was three of us and didn't even ask if any of us wanted a drink and just said "ok chip it!" And turns around only for me to over hear her mocking us for "having to ask a few times before you can get them to work" And the whole time she had the clean the coffee spilled floor she was throwing stuff around and then told us to leave because now the floor was wet.. even though we were sitting next to a coffee spilled floor the whole time. What GREAT management skills read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received in my entire life. I'm a manager at a retail store. I left work to get me and my coworkers lunch. I got back to work and saw no fries in the bag. I had to punch out of work to come back for the fries so I asked the manager if she could refund my card for the fries. Afterwards, she wouldn't give me the fries and argued with me that it was one or the other. I told her it was their error the first time and I shouldn't have had to punch out of work to come back here a second time to get fries. Her employee started yelling at me, saying I shouldn't be getting the fries because I got the refund, that it wasn't their fault the fries weren't in the bag, etc and then told me TO GET OUT OF HER LINE. I said no, I'm not leaving. They're fries. That's not right, I came BACK HERE FOR FRIES. Her supervisor handed me the fries, the employee proceeded to say to her "Now that's not right, you're going to get in trouble for giving her both.", handed me the fries and told me to leave her line (again) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. read more

When I go to this Mackers restaurant I find the food to be quick and to the point, I have been coming to this restaurant for many months now an honesty I am fully satisfied with the service. The food is always on point and the staff seem really nice. One small back drop to this restaurant would be how the management banters are a little too loud for me, I know that this doesn't happen too often, but it is something I can not pass by on this review and is slightly unsatisfying to my taste. read more

every time I go to this location they always screw up my order somehow! One of the times I went there, all I ordered was a Big Mac with no cheese (I don't like cheese and this is exactly how I order it at every other location and they seem to get it) and not only did my Big Mac come WITH cheese on it but it also came with KETCHUP! For those who've never had a Big Mac, they've never EVER had ketchup on them! AND not only was there ketchup on it but there was so much of the Big Mac sauce on it that the sandwich was slipping and sliding and falling apart in my hands. It was so bad I couldn't even eat and had to throw it out! But seriously? have you ever tasted Big Mac sauce mixed with ketchup? it doesn't taste good at all! This is the closest location to me so today I decided to go back because I was starving. They got the order right (which was just a 10 piece nugget and a sweet tea) but the drive through lady took FIVE MINUTES to greet me at the menu and ask what I wanted! 5 minutes may not seem that long but when you're sitting there waiting for someone to take your order with at least 3 cars behind you, it seems like an eternity and it definitely wasn't very good customer service! read more
