I love KFC, just not this location. The service here is lacking. The food tasted good, but they shorted part of my drive thru order. I called and they kindly mailed a replacement GC. I used it a week later and they got the meal right, but gave me a plain vanilla shake instead of the cookie dough one I ordered. I went back inside and instead of apologizing and fixing it, they tried to show me that I was wrong. by saying they only put so much stuff in. (I looked before I came back!) I won't be going back to this location if I have to double check my order every time. read more

We have lived in West Jordan for 13 years, and being a former KFC Manager in the past I always liked to remain loyal. This particular KFC always manages to get the order wrong, food is never available there is always at leas a 10 minute wait, and employees are rude. In managing KFC I remember being taught to keep facilities clean, acknowledge the customer within 15 seconds of entry to the restaurant, give a complimentary greeting, thank the customer for the order, and complimentary closing. If there was a wait we always apologized and offered the customer a complimentary drink as an apology for the wait. All this KFC offers is a "pull over" we'll bring it out. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to KFC, they won't have the opportunity to forget to thank me again. read more

Foods pretty good only problem is EVERY time I go to this location, they always forget something. Never fails. Other than that great place

I tried to call the store 3 times to place an order to pick up. My mom is a chicken leg only kind of gal, and everytime we want only legs, it's always been a 20 minute wait. So I tried to call and place my order in advance, and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I then drove over to the store (expecting to wait 20 minutes) and waited in line to place my order. The people in front of me had no issues placing their orders, but when I got up to the register the guy tells me "sorry, don't mean to cut you off, but we are like really, really low on chicken and can't do anymore chicken orders". He then proceeds to say "our delivery guy comes on Thursday and Sundays, so those are better days to come". I'm sorry.... but your main food item is chicken, and you didn't have enough chicken to fill my order on a Tuesday? I thanked him, and just walked away. The person behind me started to place their order, and wasn't told about this "shortage". I get that your store may get busy, but... if your main item is chicken, then you should probably have this item on hand. Honestly, i've never really had a great experience with this store. Service isn't very great, the employees don't appear to like their jobs, and it's always a long wait. This is why we hardly ever go to KCF. Sadly, my mom is a KFC fan, so I go every so often for her. read more

I love good fried chicken and this place definitely is the place to go if you've got any hankering for delicious fried chicken! The last few times I have gone, it has taken about fifteen minutes to get the order. It might be that I go with a large family so it takes awhile to get everything, but I wish it was faster, because once you go in and are hit with the yummy smells, your stomach starts grumbling. Lately, I've been getting their famous mashed potato bowl. A friend introduced me to it and it's AMAZING!!!!! Definitely a new favorite meal! read more

Disgusting! NEVER AGAIN! Needed to grab a quick meal for the family and ordered the 12 pc meal against my better judgment. After ordering, moved to the front parking to wait- when it came, the girl gave me attitude when I had to open my door instead of taking it through the car window. WTH? It was put in one bag, packed to the brim. I set it down on the floor to keep it all secured while driving. When I got home, one of gravy lids wasn't put on correctly so it was all over the inside of the bag. One of the mashed potatoes containers was busted from the bottom, completely pushed out. The bucket of chicken had mostly the part of the chicken that is between the butt and the legs....served a bunch of chicken butt! Breaded bones is what we got to eat lol.....seriously... for a $40 order, this was the WORST!!!! KFC overall pretty much sucks but this location is AWFUL!! read more

We went here at 5 PM this Saturday for dinner. They were out of prepared chicken and couldn't fill the bucket for the customer in front of us. Needless to say they couldn't fill our bucket either. Really??!! read more

Went to this KFC today. Got a famous bowl that was literally filled up 1/4th of the way full. I paid 5 fucking dollars for maybe 2oz of mashed potatoes an 4 pieces of popcorn chicken. Not to mention they had a shitty attitude the whole time too. read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. IF YOU REALLY WANT KFC - FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE JORDAN LANDING ONE SUCKS!!! I wish you could give negative stars. They'd get at least a negative 5. Where to begin... we've had bad experience after bad experience. Yes, we should have stopped going there a long time ago. One of my favorites was a couple of months ago. It was around 7-7:30 pm. They close around 10-11 pm. We went inside to order. Stood at the counter for several minutes while employees were just standing around looking stoned... finally one of the employees came to the counter and said, and I do quote, "We're out of food so we're not serving people inside anymore." Now that was interesting why??? They were still serving the drive up window - taking orders and giving them food. We got in our car, went to the drive up, and sure enough they had everything we ordered. I'm constantly getting the wrong drink, have missing items, etc. from this location. Today was the final straw. An older woman, maybe late 50s early 60s (I tell you this because she's old enough to know better - a younger person new to the workforce or even customer service may make a mistake because they're learning. At this age you've been dealing with people for 1/2 a century)... anyway I asked her the price difference on an item vs the $5 meal deal. The item alone was $4.95 so I said I'd like the complete meal then. (You know since they come with a drink, biscuit and cookie). I ordered 2 complete meals, 2 side orders, and an ice cream cone. So what did I get at the drive up? Go ahead, guess. 2 drinks that ended up being the wrong drink (again), 1 side until I was just about to pull out and she remembered the 2nd one. One spork to Eshare between 2 meals, no cookies and no biscuits. And I had my ice cream "cone" thrusted at me, upside down, in a bowl, looking more like soup than ice cream. A take it or leave it... not a "our ice cream hasn't quite set up yet, would you be willing to take it in a bowl?" Finally, the price seemed a little high to me... when I got home and looked at the receipt I had been charged for additional items I didn't order or receive. Again, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. IF YOU REALLY WANT KFC, FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE JORDAN LANDING ONE SUCKS!!! read more

this place is terrible!!! I wont go back until they change management. The soda machines were out and the ones that were working tasted terrible, no forks, spoons no straws some trashy lids, We had to wait 30 mins for our food and it was incorrect, they forgot about us and when we went to the counter the manager seen us coming and walked off. The food was less than ok. This KFC use to be a good one now with the management or whoever was there 8-24-14 needs to step down because she doesn't know what shes doing!! I wont be going back. read more

Really disappointed with the KFC in Jordan Landing and Kaylee their manager. I have tried over the last 3 months to give them a chance to get things right. Tonight I order a 3 piece meal paid over $9 for it got 2 legs and a thigh, no utensils, butter, honey, or napkins. I called and talked to their manager little Miss Kaylee, who obviously feels that customers are just a bother. after I informing her of the issue and got now apology or we are working on the problem - nothing, I asked her name and was informed that is was none of my business and hung up on me. Well little Miss Kaylee I will find out your name and your bosses (yes just in case you didn't know managers still answer to someone) will be informing you how to correctly deal with a customer. I have worked in and managed fast food for over 30 years and you are the worst manager I have ever dealt with. read more
