Coming from the gym, I was craving for protein, not the drinkable one but the bitable one. One came to mind is meat, best source of protein. I was leaning more toward white meat, which is chicken. Going home, I normally pass McDonalds and KFC. I normally go to mcdo for coffees and KFC for chicken, and so I decided to stop by KFC and try their chicken sandwich. Strangely, around maybe six in the evening, parking lot was empty as well as drive thru. I was like, they open or what. I had to double and see if they were open and they were. I was like, sweet this order process going to be in and out. I opt for the drive thru. Ordered their chicken sandwich medium combo with Pepsi. The order process was indeed very quick as well as the order prep and handing out my order. The Pepsi tasted like carbonated water. The fries were stale. The chicken sandwich was hard not crispy nor juicy. A very wrong choice and a very sad day. The staff were nice and all, it's how my order got prepped. Do not waste your time here!!! There speaker box is broken so you have to wait in line to order at the window. They should have someone go outside and take orders, especially when there is a long line of cars. So of course after I wait 20 minutes in line and get up to the window they have only 12 biscuits when I wanted to order more and no chicken breasts. The people there are rude, I ordered something and when I got my receipt I was over charged, and they didn't get my order right and items were missing. I mean come on, I'm the only person there so it's not like they were busy. I remember the last time I was there, they opened at 9am and I was there at 10am and the lady told me they don't open for another half hour. Mind you the hours of operation is right at her window. Spent almost $60 for the family meal. I finally walked in the counter and asked for my order. Then was told it'll take an hour now for original to cook since fryer is not ready. So I asked for a refund and manager on duty was very rude. I would say this is the worst kfc ever. I only come here because it's convenient. First time I came here, they forgot to put the cheese and corn in the famous bowls. And today I'm back and I stood there in front of the register for a good 10 minutes while the workers walked around dealing with the drive thru. I mean I understand you people finally being busy with the three drive thru customers, but they could've at least greeted me and said when they would be able to service me. AVOID THIS KFC!!!! The most negative experience I have ever had at a KFC. This location was just horrible. No one in the lobby and only one car in the drive-thru. So we went inside to dine-in. The order taker never said one word to us the whole time, then just walked away mid-way through our order and sent another worker over 7 minutes later to collect the money even thought we were not finished ordering. Maximum rudeness, poor quality (DRY) food, and they mess up our order. We were the only ones there. Its not like they were too busy. Never going back to this one.
