Taco Bell nanakuli is not where you want to come to if you're hungry . The workers here don't know how to make any of there tacos with hamburger !!! They put a lot of veggies and beans in the Burrito with very small amount of hamburger. So shame . If you're going to be claiming it's the 5 layer beef burrito then put beef in it not just beans and cheese. I had a similar burrito in Kailua and they have way more meat in their burrito/ crunch wrap /etc. If you're the manager and you are reading this , please fix this and put more hamburger in all your items because I'm going to be telling whoever I know not to go here . Went in today to pick up lunch for my Keiki. Our usual Taco spot was closed for today. There were people there in line waiting to order/pick up their food. The line moved quickly and I was up and made my order. Picked up a couple of burrito supreme's, soft taco supreme, and a few crunchy tacos. The dining area was clean, a few people dining in. I opted to take my Keiki home to eat their lunch, as they were in the middle of their daily chores. read more

Ordered my food at 12:30am on a Friday night, tried to eat it in the parking lot in my car and was harassed by security. I am just minding my own business, no noise or anything. My chicken nuggets were sad and cold. I cant even call them nuggets, they were practically crumbs. I got very few and yes I did count them and they were in fact not 10. I was in fact not fed. Nanakuli finally has more food options!! Our first Taco Bell opened in December 2019! Located right off of Farrington Hwy. Brand new area shared with Longs, Wendy's and right before the new Nanakuli Library. Looks like a small Starbucks location & drive thru in process of being built too! Parking lot is open lot style not a lot of stalls and the drive thru isn't huge but definitely bigger than Kapolei which is a plus Dining area open daily from 6am-10pm Drive thru open from 6am-1am and breakfast served til 11am Brand new digs world class service!! Stopped by this morning at 8:55am as it was open and Wendy's hadn't quite opened their doors. Walked in saw the bathroom key on the counter so I headed there first. Took 2 minutes, done at 8:57am, came out and waited until someone finally stopped talking about how no one stocked correctly before and they said,"We will be right there." Stood alone with zero acknowledgement for 3 minutes. That time was 9am. Still continued to wait to put in my order, wallet in hand, at, card already out. I am literally the only customer in the entire place. No one sitting or in line. Again, at 9:02, they say again."Be right there." And I tell them nevermind because, it was obvious they didn't actually want to serve customers and I was annoyed. I'm a very patient person but also a stickler for customer service. They would have come immediately to serve the only person in the restaurant and saved the cup stocking for the 2 minutes it would have taken to take my order and money. I know the timing doesn't seem like a long time and I wouldn't even trip if they had other customers but they didn't and the 5 minutes standing there being ignored wasn't the friendly service I've come to associate with Taco Bell. Please check the cameras management, I trust you'll be disappointed in your staff :( read more

The first time I came here was when I was really really hungry and the only option was Taco Bell. I ordered the burrito supreme combo with pink lemonade. In all fairness, they move their drive thru line pretty quick. When placing my order, the staff was very attentive and it was an easy order as well. I did requested mild sauce packets on the side for my burrito. As soon as I got in to the last window, I requested for mild sauce again. They said, it was in the bag. Because I don't want to hold the line behind, I did not check the bag, like I normally would. I drove off, went to get a good spot by the beach. I opened the bag and viola there were no sauce. I am very forgiving person especially if it's just for a sauce. I was like, it is okay, it's just a sauce. I was so excited to eat my burrito, and as soon as I unwrap it, sauce were dripping and the burrito was drenched in sauce probably with cheese and sour cream. It was a one messy burrito. It prolly was the type of burrito or it was the food prep. I was very very disappointed. I will somehow come back and try their breakfast burritos. Do not forget my sauce next time. read more

This is, by far, the BEST Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. My life partner (really just my roommate that I've known for far to long) and I come here practically everyday. I typically have every, single, one of my orders specially customized. They get my orders correct every time! They are so generous with their potions! Let's be real, If I were working an hourly wage, I would hate me as a customer!!! But they are so friendly! I can't even! Even if their food sucked, I'd still go back just for the friendly faces (that I imagine is behind their masks). But as a BONUS, the food is good! And they don't put meat in my burrito (which you would think that is simple but apparently not)! As a pescatarian, I appreciate this simple grace. Even better, they think my roommate is me! HAHA! I currently pay for all our food runs because I am the sugar mama of this dynamic duo. I am the type of person that HATES having waiters and waitresses sing me happy birthday (but love the charismatic energy that ensues).... So hearing them excitedly greet me (maybe even yell my name over the speaker in the background), but not actually be directed me is fantastic! I love it. We love you guys! I will never go to any other Taco Bell, ever! You have ruined all other Taco Bells for me (you and your meatless burritos/crunch wraps). read more

Everytime I come here they forget something from my order!! EVeRY TIME. If you get anything from here chk chk chk your order. I was being courteous to the cAr behind me and chkd wen i pulled in the parking lot. I had to get back in the drive thru line since the dining part was closed and tht line was long! I tried to call on the phone several times and nobody answered the phone. 20 min later finally got to the front of the line and the girl just hands me the bag no sorry, no remorse for her screw up but she did give me a snotty "here you go". The thing that annoyed me the most was tht I got nachos and those are time sensitive... so when I finally got home they were ofcourse extremely flaccid. I am a HUGE fan of Taco Bell (my favorite restaurant) that's all I ate when I was pregnant. Anyway. I was so happy when they opened in Nanakuli. So far I've stopped by twice for a late late night snack and both times I was fortunate to be waited on by an employee Tiffany W, it says on receipt. As, I stated in my review of the new Wendy's, I totally understand, late night everyone wants to go home. Each time Tiffany was so professional, polite and gave excellent customer service. Her personality that she shows is very rare and hard to find in someone working customer service. Thank you Tiffany for your kindness and great service every time. read more
