I will never ever go there again. Walked in to order, they had signs that stated only kiosk is open to take order, no cashier. I said I have a mid-week coupon, will that be excepted, they No, I would have to go through the drive thru in order to use my coupon. Got to the windows to pay, I presented my coupon. Jack's Cheesecake takes the cake, so that covers that. I'm 50/50 about this location. There are good days when everything is nice, hot, and correct; and then there are days when everything will go wrong. I've had food missing, burnt food, undercooked food, incredibly long wait times, and the list goes on. It's been tougher since the start of the pandemic because there was no indoor dining so you'd only find out once you got home. They have limited seating available so you could eat inside if you're lucky. My best advice is to walk in and order to go. The drive thru is too hit or miss for my taste. read more

The last 4 or 5 times i went there, they were out of at least 1 or more of them. On Friday, We ordered delivery, and they charged us, then canceled the order, then changed the status to completed. If I could, I would give this 0 stars! Absolutely revolted by what happened earlier this morning. My parents went to buy a late night snack at roughly around 2/2:30 AM & I wanted a grilled chicken salad. When I was pulling apart the chicken, it was half cooked and rubbery. The egg rolls that we had were also cold and was drenched in oil. My father and I went back to Jack's around 3:11 AM. I ordered a crispy chicken club salad instead. The girl gave me the salad and I double checked the chicken before we left. It was nice and hot and crispy on the outside, but on the inside, it was COMPLETELY COLD! I told her nicely "excuse me miss, but the chicken is cold and not cooked" and she threw back attitude and said that "I just cooked it". I asked to speak with her manager, and her manager approached my father and I without a mask on and she didn't even have the audacity to apologize for what happened. I know the names of those involved and I have already contacted corporate. We ended up getting a refund because my whole appetite was ruined! The reason that I am very upset is because I'm 3 months pregnant and those workers were going to feed me and my unborn child uncooked chicken, TWICE!!!! Hello. I am not normally one to write a review. But I do have to say. The service/production here has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. I wasn't sure if it's my timing as I come late night/early morning, or this is a constant issue. But after reading other reviews, It's pretty obvious this is on going. I don't come often as the outcome is normally disappointing. I took a chance on my way home after working a late night, at about 4am I thought some egg rolls and jalapeños would hit the spot. As I pulled up, the person over the intercom properly welcomed me and stated they were only serving drinks, no food at the time. How are you a big food establishment that doesn't serve food? I could see if they'd explained they were cleaning the fryer, or out of certain items. But all food?! That wasn't the first time either. It happened a few times before. The last time I attempted to order anything was about 6 months ago. I decided then it was a waste of my time and haven't gone back since. But I thought I'd take a chance, maybe it's gotten better. NOPE! It's always something. The fryer isn't working, there's no specific product and apparently no food at all now. If staffing is an issue. Maybe temporarily cutting the hours and putting proper signage up until that gets resolved would be a better option than having someone waste their time to go through the drive thru only to be told some excuse they don't have anything available. If having product is truly the issue..someone needs to follow up on the person ordering because the company is losing money by constantly not having anything in stock. Friday, 9.1.2017 We left at 5:40 am and was stuck in horrific Waianae traffic due to an accident that happened at 1:30 am when a truck driver hit a utility pole. Stuck in traffic for 2 entire hour, bumper to bumper traffic, I only moved 1 mile in Waianae. Headed to town, I don't think I can handle the traffic so I made the decision, to head back to our vacation rental. Stuck in 2 hours of traffic, I also had to use the restroom, so as I was driving back, I saw this Jack in The Box location, was on the way to our vacation rental, so I pulled in for bathroom stop and breakfast. This Jack in The Box location is conveniently located on Farrington Hwy, along the bus route. I had no problem entering the premises. Ample parking with ample space for entering and exiting. I normally don't care for eating this type of fast food but today's visit was more of convenience and that my family wanted to try the fried rice, to see if its good. The line was super long that morning, everyone had the same idea, My impression is that Jack in The Box's staff wasn't prepared for the huge crowd due to the accident. I was lucky that I was the 4th in line, the line got worse, after placing my order. I placed my order with the store manager, 2 side order of friend rice & 2 breakfast platter with an upgrade to fried rice. I waited awhile for my order until I finally received it. There were many customers complaining about the wait for their order. I see that the workers are trying their best with fulfilling everyone's order but when I received my order I didn't bother to make a complaint. Our orders looked good, looked promising, but it wasn't as pictured. One complaint was that since they rushed our orders, our fried rice bowl and platter didn't looked like the picture at all. Both bowls of fried rice wasn't filled to the top, the fried rice on the breakfast platter was not completely filled. I didn't bother to inform the manager, because the fried rice was so plain, did not have taste. It saved us from eating any more. It seems like they were so rushed and busy the workers missed the seasoning. As I asked my family how was the fried rice, my other half said Id give it a 2 out of 4, the kids said it was ok. I am not sure if its just the Waianae location, but I do not recommend. Save your money and make your own fried rice or buy it elsewhere. I was hesitant on ordering the fried rice when my other half mentioned he wanted to try it. Now we all know. Besides our order, I enjoyed the atmosphere of this Jack In The Box. The dining room is spacious. We quickly ate and left to enjoy the rest of our day. I haven't been to many Jack in the Box locations, but wasn't overly impressed by this one. It is located conveniently on the main road. It wasn't busy at all, so we were able to find parking easily. There was no line and we received our food quickly. For fast food, it was pretty good. I ordered a burger with no bun and they offered to wrap it in lettuce, which I appreciated. The parking lot didn't seem super safe. There were quite a few loiterers smoking that came in twice during the time that they were there asking for water and then some condiment packets. The employees seemed annoyed and made a comment suggesting that they came in often asking for handouts. The main reason why my review isn't higher is because of the lack of bathroom cleanliness. Is there different hours at this Jack's then others? Sign on the door says 6am-10pm but went there at 8pm tonight (Friday) and doors were locked and drive-thru line was full. Tried twice after looking for any signage posted that the dining room was closed, there was none, no one acknowledged someone trying to get in.
