I'm going to be nice and give KFC a 3 star review. Sadly, KFC was not the one I remember eating as a little girl anymore. The quality has changed tremendously! $9 BOX: 7/10 2 snackers were very tiny and the chicken tasted really tough and chewy. The best part was probably the French Fries! The chicken butters were so tough and jerky like. Came with a drink so I chose the lemonade. I felt like I almost could break a tooth by biting into it so I stopped... SERVICE: Good service but, quality of food needs to go up... HEADS UP KFC!!!! read more

The worst !!! As much as I like kfc this is ridiculous I Order through the app to get it dropped off and the bag came sealed . We were missing 2 biscuits and instead of two Mac and cheese and one mash they gave us two mash and one Mac and I order a extra side of mash and $5 for a small mash like thats insane. I would of thought it would be the same size I called the restaurant no one answered so I had to call customer service and I'm glad they were able to refund patrial payment. But next time if I do crave it I'll go in person read more

Can I really complain about a $3 meal that I got because of the T mobile Tuesday perk yes. I worked at KFC and they used to be really big on having hot products, service etc. Well the strips weren't anything spectacular. I've gotten some pretty good frozen tenders. The fries good but cold. The biscuit. Well it was hot but doughy. Can't believe they served this. read more

KFC @ TEMECULA Parking is available out front for free and is spacious. There is also a drive through as well. We decided to go through the drive-through, and we got our order in super quickly. Our food came out within a couple of minutes. I stopped here just to grab their six-piece hot and spicy chicken wings, a chicken thigh, and of course their iconic gravy! The total came out to about $14.87 for everything. The staff was really friendly. We asked for some ice water, and they gave it to us in these really nice cups. We got our food and literally ate it in the parking lot because we were so excited for how hot and fresh it would be. The chicken wings were a great size, more on the smaller side, but honestly perfect for one person. As for the chicken thigh, it was also on the smaller side. My boyfriend ordered that one, and he thought it was going to be bigger, especially since it was about four dollars for one piece. I haven't had KFC in so long, so I was really excited to try the wings and dip them into the gravy. Let me tell you, this was the best thing I've ever had. The wings were so crispy, so hot, and had a nice little kick of spice. I genuinely enjoyed every bite. I definitely recommend eating it as soon as possible. I was reading other reviews where people said the wings were moist or soggy, and I can see why, if you drive home with them, all that trapped air in the bucket can make them lose their crispiness. If you can, eat it in the parking lot, in the store, or just as fast as you can. Mine were steaming, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Overall, I'll definitely be back to this KFC, or any location, honestly. This is one of my favorite things I've ever had. Everything was perfectly crispy and super flavorful. My only note is that I do wish the sizes were a bit bigger, especially paying around $15 just for chicken wings, but it was still really delicious. read more

Maribel was great she lead her team in a professional way and made sure I left satisfied

The people that work here are fairly nice and helpful. Not a big fan of kfc but I do like this location and their tuesday deals. I prefer crispy chicken but original has more flavor. Its pretty clean inside and not very busy. read more

I took advantage of the "free" 8 piece chicken promotion. You just had to purchase $15 worth of food to get the 8 pieces so I ordered large mashed potatoes and coleslaw combo. Along with the 3 piece strips combo. I wanted to like it but the appearance and the soggy skin of the chicken lacked flavor. Take a look at my pictures. The coleslaw was lacking dressing and flavor as well. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was great but the potatoes tasted boxed. The positive was the customer service as they had my mobile order ready in 10 minutes and it was hot. I appreciated the promotion but not sure I would return if I'm craving fried chicken. read more

Placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived the front doors were proped with no sign... I walked in to grab my order and when I got to the counter a young girl (Nelly) told me the lobby was closed and I needed to go through the drive thru. I had asked if I could get my order which was just just within arms reach she told me no... I had to get back in my car and go through the drive thru in a very rude tone and body language. I told her I'm not leaving until I get my order... Thankfully another girl over heard and handed me my order. She very briefly apologized and I expressed my frustration. This is not the kinda service that will have me or my family coming back. read more

Oh man. I wish I would have read the reviews. I thought most KFC's were the same. This one is awful!! Just stopped by after the beach for a 12 piece family meal. (By the way, it's $50 now for 12 piece chicken and 3 sides, not even a dessert any more). The chicken came out immediately through the drive through. We just thought they were efficient. We were SO WRONG. I dont know how long the chicken had been sitting, we live about 15 min away. Usually my kfc chicken is still crunchy the next day. This was a gummy, floury mess!! All stuck together and congeled. Absolutely inedible after a 15 min drive and $50. If I wasn't tired, I would have driven back. Total rip off!!! My whole life I've never had KFC look or taste like this. What a huge bummer. read more

We ordered a 14 piece bucket of chicken, saved a few dollars by using the coupon in the KFC application - we were a bit disappointed that, out of 14 pieces, there was not one chicken breast (my favorite). We ordered it as, "extra crispy" and the chicken did taste good - most of us in the party did comment that the chicken pieces seemed smaller than in the past (our party of four completely consumed the entire bucket). All in all, a good tasty meal at a decent price. The drive through employee was very efficient, friendly, and focused on getting us on our way as quickly as possible. read more

I hadn't had KFC in years. My mom ordered it for an after Christmas celebration. Everyone loved it. She ordered a few family meals featuring original chicken and strips. Everything was delicious. The biscuits were fresh and the mashed potatoes / cole slaw were great as ever. We were given cardboard eating trays and plenty of condiments. I'd call that great service. We would definitely order from here again. read more

I placed an order for chicken tenders for the kiddos & fried chicken for the adults. I placed the order online & when I arrived (way after the "ready by time" in the app), I was told they were "short on breasts" & they wanted to substitute thighs. I said that would be fine. When I opened the buckets at home for lunch, discovered they had put in legs (not thighs) AND completely left out the chicken tenders. They did throw in lots of extra sauces, why I'm not sure w/o any tenders to dip. read more

First time they didn't give us any of our sides in a family meal. We tried to call them 3 times but they purposely did not pick up. Second time we waited 20 minutes for our order before the app said it was ready. However we went in only to be told we needed to wait an extra 40 minutes for our order or to get a refund instead. They told us this 40 minutes before they were about close so we weren't even able to get our refund the same day because there was no one available on the mobile app to help us with our refund. read more

I was visiting the area and my passengers chose KFC for a late snack because the dinner at a winery we came from wasn't satisfying. The KFCcashier was very pleasant and patient while we tried to decide what to order. We waited so long for our food and when we finally got it, I checked in on Yelp. There was an offer for a free pot pie and when someone finally asked if they could help me, I showed her the offer on Yelp. She didn't know what it was and went to a male to discuss (while I waited again). I decided to go to back to my table and nobody bothered to talk to me again. I'm not fan of KFC so I wouldn't return but I'm disappointed in the level of service a lot of establishments have these days. Communication is often poor and employees lack professionalism. read more

We've been eating here for years, but the last several months the food is NOT good. The portions are half full. You get mashed potato's, but they barely have enough in the large container for maybe 1 1/2 people. They now put the gravy on top of the Mashed potato's, and NOT everyone likes gravy! The Murrieta one must be run by someone else, because they don't do this at that Location, plus they fill up their portions! read more

Went there after work and was very disappointed. Was told that extra crispy would be a 15 wait. After waiting for 15 minutes someone came out and told us we were misinformed that it was a 15 wait for the original and it would be another 15 mins. So we waited a total of 30 mins. Got our order, went home, opened it and SMH...they took the original and refried it to be crispy looked nothing like extra crispy...I was so disappointed and disgusted. Shame on you for making this place bad and for doing a horrible job when you get paid to work. Makes me wonder how kids of today would have survived working conditions from 20 years ago. read more

Kentucky Fried Chicken, a.k.a. KFC is by far, the world's second-largest restaurant food chain next to McDonald's. More often than not, we find ourselves craving for a bucket of fried chicken. We normally visit the KFC located in Temecula along Highway 79. The drive-thru option is quicker in our opinion. The workers here are articulate and efficient. There has never been a time, in our experience, that the wait in the drive-thru took longer than 10 minutes, at any given day and time. The employees are friendly and courteous. We also feel that safety and cleanliness are a top priority in the establishment. Each time we visit, we constantly see workers through the register window, wearing hair/beard nets and hand gloves. This KFC is well-stocked and we have not had the moment to where the place ran out of fried chicken of choice. Our favorite to order is the original KFC recipe, half original and crispy drumstick and thigh. The blend of herbs and spices make you crave for some more. Also, look out for deals; the 10-piece chicken feast for only $19.99 is the popular choice. read more

This story is true. The meal was horrible. The first bite assaulted my throat. Each chew felt like a never ending stab, i felt like i was crawling threw mud. I don't understand how something can be disgustingly stale, crunchy, hard, yet rubbery and bland on the inside. My dad bought me Korean Fried BBQ mix. It tasted unwelcoming, bitter, and shit. Of course only 1 star as the chicken at least tasted like KFC. Almost the entire order was wrong. What a waste of money for dinner. What was ordered vs what was delivered 2 different worlds. Been a while since I've eaten KFC. I seldom eat fast food, was pressed for time and so I decided to stop. There was a $14 for a 10 piece dark meat special. I love legs & thighs so I was excited. I thought it was s great deal. When I ordered I decided to get some coke slaw & potato wedges. I added a large iced tea & quickly the price went from $14 to & $30 in less than 60 seconds! I must admit the chicken (Original recipe) was better than I had anticipated. The wedges were hot & tasty but a bit on the dry side. KFC has consistently been good for Cole slaw over many years. The Drive Through service was fast & efficient. I would return to this location but next time I'd think I'll skip the side items. 10 pieces of Chicken for less than $15 is more of a bargain than a large iced tea & two side items! read more
