Stopped by at 9pm for a little snack and went with the 3-Piece Tenders with their Honey-Buttered Biscuit. Instead of ordering regular tenders, I chose spicy with a side of Zesty Ranch dipping sauce. We also ordered a Original 2-Piece Dark with biscuit. I think this was my first experience with Church's Chicken. The drive-thru was empty the staff greeted us quickly and was patient as we made out final decisions. Our food was ready in by the time we got to the payment window and received our receipt. Kitchen looked clean and organized from my perspective. The Chicken was hot, crispy, and tender! The spicy tenders were a good medium spice level. I liked that the "spicy" wasn't the flavor but that it was spiced, if that makes sense. However, for both the tenders and the original chicken, the consensus was that the chicken was lacking flavor. The Honey-Buttered Biscuits were slightly sweet but not dessert sweet. It created a nice balance to the spicy and savory chicken. Overall a good experience!

I have stopped in two or three times now and each time my entire time in the drive-through line didn't span more than 9 to 10 minutes max and that was because there was already one or two cars in front of me. Both of my orders were delivered hot fresh and most importantly, correct. They even threw in a bunch of extra hot sauce and honey, which was pretty impressive because in my neighborhood, you always had to beg for an extra packet and they would get an attitude about that. The always fantastic and friendly employees are outside in the elements rain or shine to take orders! The staff at Chick-fil-A are so personable. Always saying it was a pleasure to serve you. Ok so generally the lines are long due to Chick-fil-A's awesomeness! Everyone wants the waffle fries, lol. But they truly do try to make the drive thru move as quickly as possible. During lunch hours starting a little before 12 until 1:30 the line is very long. And around 5 the line will become long again. But have patience! The staff will get to you. I recently downloaded their app. It's fantastic! The app keeps track of your purchases for rewards. Those rewards add up quickly. And you'll get free food or drinks. Yep free! But my favorite option in app is to place my order ahead. Then to pick up my order car side & skip the drive thru line! This has saved me a lot of time. And ordering/paying in the app is easy. The app prompts you to tell you what you'll need to do. Once your order is placed, follow the prompts to confirm your order and location. Then you'll press the button to let them know you're on your way! The car side pick up area is on the side of the building where the drive thru line traffic tends to back up close to the street. There's handicap parking signs, cones blocking it off, and white signs with black writing to identify the area. The signs are a little worn now, & not quite as easy to read from a distance anymore. Once in the car side area, press the I'm here button in the app. And a staff member will bring out your food shortly! No line necessary! I've been in love with their side kale crunch salad lately. It's delicious. The salad comes already dressed for you. All you'll need to add are the roasted almonds that come in a separate package for freshness. But I still get those waffle fries every once and a while too! The classic chicken sandwich is my fave. I switch the white bun to multigrain. It's a small up charge of $0.55. I came in for lunch and the person at the front directed me to the lunch specials. I ended up ordering the chicken and onion rings combo. They cook everything to order. Your food takes 15-20 mins when you order. I think a lot of people order ahead of time. I tried the secret sauce as my sauce. The chicken was fried perfectly and the onion rings were very good. The sauce wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't horrible either. The restaurant is in front of the outlet, in a strip with other businesses so it's pretty easy to find and access. I'll definitely be back for the Chicken and onion rings and a different flavor sauce!
