The place is run horribly..went to order food in store and was told we couldn't order just sides to go with our chicken..we had to order combo meals..I wanted 5 piece nuggets and 12 piece nuggets then various sides..was given 5 piece tenders with fries..nobody in our family got what we wanted to eat we had to eat what the lady put on screen..she was very rude also..I wish I was there but I sent the kids instead..definitely not run like it used to be..called the store and manager hung up on me...very poor service read more

Stopped in on 4/27/24 Ordered 16 piece meal with 2 mash 1 corn and 1 coleslaw. Traveled home 45 miles Away, and beheld a disaster from KFC ......12 peices of chicken,no wings no drumsticks no coleslaw and just one gravy for 2 sides of mash. Wow If I had been watching them more closely maybe just may my long distance order would have been correct. read more

We got the fried chicken 'jones' on Monday night right before MNF. Placed the order for the 8 piece meal (white and dark meat, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw) to be ready in 15 minutes. Walked in and they boxed the chicken as I watch - fresh out of the fryer and not sitting under a heat lamp. Everything was tasty and fresh - will definitely order from KFC again! read more

After watching commercials and pictures. I decided to try the extra crispy chicken sandwich. What a Hugh disappointment.. looked nothing like pic. Very little mayo, was not crispy. Very small piece of breaded chicken. Very disappointing. But they made sure to charge for the extra crispy sandwich. Will not go here again!!!! read more

I like the retired age ladies that work here. They randomly give me extra chicken fo free on occasion and are almost always friendly. This is a remodeled KFC. Bathroom has always been clean. Wash your hands before eating, people! Pepsi products here (see pic of the setup)and one of the oldest credit card machines I've seen in the area lol. It's KFC so you know what the food is like. I ordered a Honey BBQ Sandwich Combo from the Queensbury, NY location. I expected the chicken to have barbeque sauce on it, but instead I was given some packets of something called "buttery spread." No ketchup was provided for the French fries (all other fast-food restaurants that I patronize provide ketchup without having to be asked.) No paper napkins were provided with my wife's fried chicken. No lemon or lemon juice packets were given with the iced tea. It wasn't practical to spend 20 minutes to get back on the drive-thru line to get the missing items. I won't be back. read more

The last two visits to the take out window was a great disappointment. First time the chicken seem to be a day old and biscuits where dry and stale. The second time the chicken was not great and the biscuits where rock hard. Unbeatable food. I complained to the corporative after a number of emails with a number of question they seen me a five dollars coupon. Like the time I wasted and the product was worth five dollars. I ordered online for Quick Pickup for 5:00 PM on 7/1/23. Got to store for 5:00 PM, but Quick Pickup NOT READY! Then, got home & the ordered sauces were NOT included! I called the store & first staffer could care less. Asked to speak to manager, he was indifferent & said "It happens." He also didn't care, even when I told him the fried chicken didn't taste good, that I had not gone to KFC for years & I had liked their food in the distant past, but everything (except the coleslaw) tasted the same - not good; and No Dipping Sauces that I ordered! Hard to eat it dry! He offered nothing: no apology, no discount, not even, "Come back & we'll give you double sauces." Nothing! I told him I would never be back & frankly, there is so much competition, no one needs to go back when the chicken tastes so poorly (where are the 11 herbs & spices? It was very bland & the original fried recipe was terrible) & the staff don't care about their customers. So even if they gave me a coupon/offer for free food, I wouldn't go back. I work in a resort area where lots of guests ask where they can eat. I'll be sure to steer them away from KFC. I'm surprised this store is still open! read more

The service was great, however, all the food had an awful bitter taste that came from frying in probably rancid oil. There were flies all over the seating area, and the floors were wet and funky. I just went to KFC 20 minutes ago, and they were all out of dark meat for one. Then a employee yelled "I CAN'T FIND THE CHICKEN LEG" then like 5 minutes later she said "ITS HERE ON THE FLOOR". Been to this kfc about 4 times, and every time the chicken was dry as hell and hard as if it were sitting in the window all day. Very disappointing. Even the bisquits were dry and fell apart as we tried to eat them. Won't be coming here again, we are done. read more

The two women that were at the check out window were amazing. They were efficient and kind. They were so personable and gave us great recommendations on drinks and sauces. No matter how many times I come here, the service is always phenomenal and well worth my patronage. Their food is always juicy and cooked/served at the proper temperatures. Presentation of the food is superb too; nothing is ever just "thrown" at your tray (nothing is ever thrown as if they don't have a care in the world where it lands). And although this place is labelled as a KFC, because KFC and A&W Root Bear have the same parent company, they also have an A&W location through their same doors.The inside is always spectacular, and their employees just do a superb job at keeping the customer happy. ( I do tend to order from their A&W portion, but you can mix&match from either side). Craving an A&W A Root Beer fix? try coming here. The place has fill-it stations that replicate those of A&W's from 'yesteryear'. I will continue to come back when I'm in the area. Keep up the great job; I love your product(s). I really needed a pick me up and after my terrible service at Long John Silvers I went back to KFC and I'll tell you the service Fast, Friendly, Dependable. In short the person at the window Alexia asked me what I needed then clarified that she was correct before proceeding and possibly mess it up. I for one believe this quality in a food service employee is very decent and let's you know that they care about what you think as well as the food which is great. I was helped on an above level and I believe all that was staffed around 8:30pm on 2/3/2016 deserve to read this and know that this review was earned and really isn't thanks enough. read more

As another reviewer said "it's a KFC". So the food is much the same from one KFC to another. With that said, this place appears modern, I would say it appears to have been made over recently. Don't let that lead you believe the place is clean. My son and I stopped in early afternoon on a Saturday, not a clean table to be found. I would understand if the place was busy but only two tables with customers. We cleaned our own table. In the 30 minute we were there maybe two more customers arrived, yet not one table got cleaned. I obviously don't set the bar very high, but I expect clean tables. Poorly managed at best. read more
