It was lightly seasoned with a little onion, salt, and pepper. It reminded me of the homemade fried rice my college roommate from Queens used to make all the time. The chicken was diced into bite sized chunks and again...lightly seasoned. It wasn't swimming in sauce or loaded with salt. It was perfect. The broccoli was still crispy and steamed to perfection. I could only eat half. My boyfriend prefers the noodle bowls to the rice and said it was excellent; finished every bite! Nicely seasoned and roasted I really sunk my teeth into it. However on the whole I thought the tacos could have used a little more oomph with chopped cilantro and lime.
