In the past, we have had 3 hour waits at some Wingstop locations. The franchise owner could have sprung for a larger location, I would not come here to watch the game as it's the size of an extra large closet with about 5 tables. Recommend heading to Albany's location if that's what you're looking for. When picking up, the crew didn't acknowledge or say hello. They looked focused at learning their new roles (which makes sense). The shift manager came out and greeted me, thanked me for my order and I was out the door with my food in under than 3 minutes! When getting home, they did a great job packing everything and making it have a good presentation. They provided napkins as well. Where they could have improved was the amount of sauce and rub that went on the wings. Your wings need more love in the sauce and spice department! Wingstop is known for this, and currently, are missing the mark here. (See photos) All in all... we will be back, but hopefully the wings are bangin' next time! Wingstop is also very popular for DoorDash deliveries and much of their foot traffic are Dashers. Also, the Coke fountain drinks are behind the counter and filled by staff. Recently, I placed an online pickup order directly through the Wingstop app and ordered the Sweet BBQ Blaze Chicken Sandwich Combo with fries and 20 oz fountain drink. My order was bagged and all set in about 22 minutes after ordering, just enough time to drive from Speigletown to Sycaway with heavy fair traffic. My drink cup was filled up with ice cold Coca Cola as I grabbed my food. I ate my food outside. The fries were a bit soft, but tasted pretty good dipping into the cup of ranch dressing. The chicken sandwich smothered in sweet bbq blaze sauce & topped with pickles on a soft bun was pretty good. The iced cold Coca Cola fountain drink was carbonated properly and not flat, like at another Wingstop in NH (03102), where I get DoorDash from near my home.

These are heavy hitters, and even just two five ounce pours put me in a place where I felt it would be imprudent to have a third. Fortunately for me, the crowler machine was fully functional, and I was able to grab an oil can of Weldwerks Xtra Xtra Broccolli to go. Beer names are stupid, but they will not dissuade me from drinking something delicious. Sadly, Dave wasn't there, so I didn't get to say hi, or shake his hand, or thank him for his hard work of managing such an epic tap list. Regrettably I rolled in late in the evening and the kitchen had already closed. No wings for me. Not even one of their special deviled eggs... which sounded delicious, btw.
