This is an absolutely wonderful pizza place. It is a place that we really didn't know existed until a friend of ours had mentioned it and said that they use this place often for their own pizza pleasure. Now we often order many different kinds of pizzas but today we ordered a white broccoli pizza with ricotta cheese 24 cut and I must say it was absolutely phenomenal. We've ordered from this facility before and it was spectacular as well once in awhile you look and you say Well it may be a fluke I'm here to tell you that it is not a fluke they are truly delicious. I've tried several different pizza places out in Saratoga area and this one so far is the one that I truly enjoy the best. I look forward to having more experiences and more pizzas from this facility as time goes on. The the crust was not hard it was chewy but it wasn't too chewy that it was not done it was chewy so that it wasn't Rock Solid it was something that I was able to eat and didn't become a dog biscuit which often crust does become with pizza that I order. My dog loves it, but I don't. If you ever want to try a pizza place that truly knows how to make a good pizza give Pizza Time a try see if you like them, I believe that you'll be glad that you did. Thank you so much for listening.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. As we walked in the girl at the counter informed us there was a fresh pie in the oven if we wanted to wait for that we could. Of course we waited for the fresh pizza to come out, why have some pizza hanging on the counter when we could eat fresh, sort of a no brain-er if you ask me. She said they had a 2 slice and can of soda special, so we all ordered that. The pizza came out and as you can imagine too hot to eat but that didn't stop me. I am the one that always is impatience, not giving it a few minutes to let the pizza cool and end up burning the roof of my mouth, oh well what can I say. I like hot food, ha ha. It isn't your typical thin crust pizza it was more on the thicker side, really good sauce too. The place itself needs a little help, it isn't the cleans place but I think they do more of a take out service here. If I was in the area again and was in the mood for pizza I would stop here again.

Jay's cab recommended this and I'm so glad they did. I ordered a ricotta roni I think I thought…read morethey ricotta was going to be mixed in with a tomato sauce but I'm glad that it was put in little logs on the pizza. I did like it a lot. It was very fresh. There was enough pepperoni and I liked the pepperoni. It had a good amount of mozzarella cheese and it was a fresh mozzarella cheese cuz this was the old style section of the menu. I also got a sausage and mushroom pizza I felt like there could have been more sausage and mushroom, and it could have been spread out evenly. That being said I did like it. It had regular mozzarella. I like their sauce. The crust was thin crust which I like and it had a good flavor. They put corn meal on the bottom of the pizza. There's a 20 to 30 minute drive time the pizza was warm when I got home it's been really cold out. I couldn't get it to reheat where the bottom of the crust was super crisp which makes me really just want to go there in person and get a Super Fresh Slice one day. I was despairing of finding a thin crust pizza that taste awesome since I moved but this was one of the best places I've gone to for pizza. My roommate gave it his seal of approval when he said it's not terrible. I've come to the conclusion he has no taste buds. It's a little more expensive than the pizza at the place I used to live at although it could be their prices went up I moved so I have no clue. Good great pizza is always worth the price. And there was enough for both of us and for leftovers and even more leftovers as I got two mediums. I didn't go inside so I don't know anything about what it looks like Ambience lies but I definitely recommend the pizza.

This is not the case here - all of the food we had was made in house, and you could taste the difference. The beer battered fries had a thin flaky coating that made them irresistible. The buffalo calamari was cooked perfectly, piled up, and topped with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Don't even get us started on the boneless wings... also, the ranch and blue cheese dip were out of this world. Guess what? HOME MADE. We came here to watch a Sabres game, since we heard there were a ton of TVs to watch the games. And we ended up being surprised with a fantastic dinner and great service. What a great night.

Honestly, they had a ton of potential, but they didn't deliver. The calamari was soggy instead of crispy. The balance of other items was pretty off. It looked pretty, but didn't taste good. The calamari was bitter in addition to being soggy. The balsamic glaze added a sweetness, but it wasn't offset by enough salty/spicy. It was served with a tomato sauce that didn't go well with the toppings. It was an odd dish. If it wasn't so late, I might have actually sent it back (which I do probably once every 10 years). Fresher, crispy and less bitter calamari might have been enough to fix the balance. My dinner companion had a sandwich with a bun, lettuce, apple slice, fried chicken, cheese, and bacon. I think it might have been a special. It was ok. It came with Saratoga chips, which is why we picked the restaurant. We wanted to get Saratoga chips in Saratoga. Unfortunately, they were hard and cold and bland. Lots of TVs. Service was meh. I felt like they were put out for serving us. There's a good bar vibe. If I were to eat there again, I would go for beer and wings.

Not yet having returned to 2 West St. to try the newest occupant that relocated there from its Clifton Park operation, we decided a pizza on their patio would be a viable option. No problem being seated since only one other patio table was occupied. From the selection of draft beers that consisted mostly of IPAs, many local, the sole dark beer being Guinness, and one cider, my wife chose the Common Roots Good Fortune IPA. I opted for a Samuel Adams Summer Ale, a citrus wheat ale. Side by side they looked almost identical. We both enjoyed our respective beers. We decided to order two pizzas so we could have a diversity of flavors, and some leftovers for the next day. Among their Specialty Pizzas we chose the Papa Jim - sausage, mushroom, ham, bacon, and pepperoni with melted mozzarella and cheddar cheeses; and the Mediterranean - white pizza with spinach, feta, garlic, black olives, and mozzarella. These are 6-cut, 14-inch round pies, $16 each. Other than the black olives being missing from the Mediterranean, we enjoyed each style. There were just enough toppings on the medium-thick crusts so that you got to enjoy the flavors without the toppings sliding off the slice. The end crusts were reasonably light and airy with a nice chew. My preferred method of quickly reheating leftover slices the next day, slowly in a partially covered non-stick frying pan on an induction cooktop element set to medium-low, gave a nice crispness to the bottom of the crust that was missing when we were served directly from the pizza oven. We thoroughly enjoyed our day-old pizza slices.
