spent the night in glens falls and was told this was the "best eggplant parm ever" by a friend. i love eggplant parm so i was excited to try it. unfortunately it was not good. the pasta was less than al dente. it was crunchy and stuck together in spots. the eggplant was bland and the breading had no flavor either. texture wasn't great. the tomatoes in my salad had spots on them and it just didn't seem fresh overall. also asked for no olives but there were olives. i'm pretty sure the woman taking my order didn't hear me ask for no olives because she was too busy asking me if i was done ordering. she was saying is that it as i was finishing talking. the reviews are good and it was highly recommended so i'm not sure if it was an off night or what. read more

Hello, are you looking for a great restaurant then keep looking, it's s not here. Rocco's sucks, why be when you order 10 times from Rocco's I got 9 orders wrong. So I stopped ordering from Rocco's. So after a few months of not ordering I decided to give them another chance. Well that went over like a real stinking fart in church! I ordered 3 more times and this evening was the 4 time, well out of this last batch they screwed up 3 of 4 orders. On top of that the supervisor for Rocco's called me a F-ing Punk because I was very upset with constantly having wrong orders. That's EXCELLENT Because I won't spend hard earned money on a DUMP like Rocco's EVER AGAIN! read more

I find places like this so difficult to review. On one hand, you walk into this place on a Wednesday evening during the Summer and the place is packed. The AC is either broken, not up to snuff or there isn't any and no one cares. I'm breaking a sweat just standing at the counter wondering why someone hasn't come up with the genius idea of buying one of those $50 wood screen doors with a spring that snaps shut when you pass through the front door-even better pay a C-note for a big exhaust fan over the back kitchen door to suck out the heat from the pizza ovens. This is common sense right? So I place my order with the ambivalent guy at the counter- Pizza and Wings- slap him an $8 tip and he says 45-mins to an hour.....Jesus. Of course after walking across the street to get a 2 liter and a six pack I come back in and watch the smart people come and go with their orders- I make a mental note: Call ahead jackass, always call ahead. So I sit and sweat with the the bottles of beer I just bought and wait, trying to make slightly impatient eye contact with counter guy, hoping he actually paid attention to the 35% tip I left him and his sweltering pizza boys. Finally I see him pull a box off the top of the oven that I can swear has been sitting up there for at least 10 minutes offers it to someone else who opens the box and declares, "I didn't order this!" I look at my iPhone timer as 70 minutes tics by and counter guy calls my name.... As I stand up my legs stick to the wooden booth seats. I take my order as a glare at counter guy. "Sorry dude," I hear as I turn my back ignoring he feigned attempt at an apology and slide out the door and into my car. I'm pissed and I've sweat through my shirt, underwear and shorts. But most of all, I'm hungry. The box is open and a slice in my hand, the orange pepperoni juice on my shirt and the seat of the car before I can shove it into my drooling pie-hole. I take a bite into pizza heaven. Yeah it's good. It's NY style pizza and I'm hungry. Counter guy is forgiven, stains forgotten. On the other hand, call ahead Jackass. read more

Where do I start? It's a Friday night 6PM, "May I have 1 large pepperoni pizza please for pickup please?". "Sure, it will be ready in 1 hour.". 1 hour later at the pickup counter. "Name?" "Johnnie LaJolla". "Let me check" No boxed pizza ready, no large pep in the top or middle ovens, opens the bottom oven, turns and says "There it is. Only 5 more minutes." 15 minutes later "5 more minutes". 15 minutes later "5 more minutes". 15 minutes later "It's ready!". We take it home. The crust is undercooked by about 5 minutes. The grease from the pep was never dabbed or removed. The bottom of the box was soaked with grease. If I can upload the photos, I will. Now, the question is, "will we go back"? That was answered when we got some ice cream and hour later...the locals there said there is another pizza place 1/2 mile south....that's where the locals go. Very diplomatic approach for a sometimes summer tourist dependent economy. Rocco's is just taking their business for granted. There were about 20 employees there working the counter and making pizzas. They were clearly in each other's way and the right hand not only didn't know what the left hand was doing, the left hand didn't know it had a right hand. Let us know if there is improvement. Had my first Rocco's experience last night and it was AMAZING!!! Got a medium buffalo chicken pizza and a large cheese pizza! Roccos is a great place to go and have a sit down dinner. The service is usually great and the waitresses are more than friendly! the food never really takes too long to come out and they're also quick with cooking even when theres alot of people in there. This is the only sit down restaurant in Corinth. They have a wide variety of meals you can choose from for dinner. Appetizers like the wings are delicious, they have many flavors to choose from and you can order them crispy or have them made how you like it. everybody in Corinth goes to roccos, its deff the place to go if youre looking for a good meal. Roccos recently had closed for a week or two and did renovations on the inside of the restaurant to add more/change tables. The inside looks alot better than it did before, but the only negative to this was the bar was downsized and moved to the back, also the TV's for the tables are kind of hard to see. Roccos is known for having pretty decent pizza too, just up the street there is a small pizza shop called Amores, if you are looking to just get a slice of pizza and a soda quick for lunch then i would go to amores because in my opinion their pizza tastes better and the slices are way bigger, but Roccos is the place to be for a dinner and some good food. read more

I grew up in a small town in Northwestern CT that was (and still is!) filled with lots of pizza spots (even though a town of 3,000+ probably doesn't need three pizza spots. Ha!), so I can appreciate a good small down pizza spot. Rocco's is pretty damn good! After a long day of driving to and from Burlington, VT for the day, the beau and I were too lazy to think of what to make for dinner after we returned to his family's cottage in Lake Luzerne. He said there were options in Corinth; even after driving for about 6 hours round trip, I didn't mind driving another 10 minutes down the road if it meant we could eat. Haha. So, off to Corinth we went, and Rocco's was a shining beacon at 8 p.m. when I could barely function anymore. One, get the cheesy garlic bread. Oh my word! The beau and I were almost physically fighting over the last piece. (Of course, I won. My feminine wiles work well when I'm trying to get the last piece of good food.) Second, get the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. My dear partner almost wanted to get a plain cheese pizza. Oh, simple boy. I love you, but let's live it up a little! Our waitress was so funny; she said we could finish it between the two of us, but then chastised us when we couldn't! Ha! Admittedly, we brought half of it home, but it made for excellent leftovers the next night, that's for sure. Can we talk about their pizza crust? I'm not sure what kind of magic they used to create it, but it is crispy and stays stiff (in a good way) beneath the weight of a lot of toppings. I know NYC has the best slices, but let's be honest: the crusts are flimsy. No wonder we can fold them so well! Fancy shops may woodfire their pizzas with figs, proscuitto, and arugula, but the crusts never stand a chance. The crunch on Rocco's crusts, through the all of the slices, was solid. It was so wonderful! Kudos! This is a solid pizza spot and I'm so glad I decided to drag myself there for dinner after a long day. It definitely gave me some life again. read more

Rocco's is a great place to go too. In all honesty I don't think I've gotten one order messed up after all the years I've been there. Me and my friends would usually go there before a football game or after a sporting event. The waitresses there are super friendly, although there is one or two that like to stay at the bar for awhile. Usually I understand when its busy and waitresses are running all over the place but this one in particular has always delivered my check late every time because she likes to flirt or talk it up with the guys at the bar. But other than that, wonderful place for dinner or lunch, food is at reasonable price. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch wrap. I get it 90% of the time. read more

When i make a phone order for delivery or pickup i recieve no discounted price. I think that Rocco's pizzeria is a decent restaurant, me and my family eat at Rocco's every friday night. we don't usually eat in the restaurant we order out most of the time. I get the usual which is either a club sandwich or a small pepperoni pizza with mozzarella sticks. The club sandwich consists of either white or wheat bread, with a choice of bacon, lettus, tomato, turkey, ham,roast beef, mayo, and american, swiss or provolone cheese. When I get my club sandwich I get turkey, american cheese, lettus, tomato, and mayo on wheat bread. when you order the club sandwich it is four individual sandwiches that have three pieces of bread in each. on the top part between the first peace of bread and the middle peace of bread is the meat you choose and the cheese and mayo. the between the middle piece and bottom piece has the veggies and mayo as well. the cost of this sandwich is $6.95 all together no matter what items you get in the sandwich. The pepperoni pizza is amazing, every time I've gotten it it has been perfect never burnt, although sometimes it has taken a while to get it and it has been cold a couple times. but all in all its been good. the cost of Rocco's pizza is 11.99 for a small, 13.99 for a medium, 16.99 for a large, and 17.99 for an x-large. i feel that these prices are not bad for pizza I mean the largest size is under 20 dollars. there is also a variety of toppings you can get. I am not 100% positive if there is a limit on how many toppings you can get but the choices of toppings are: onion, sausage, bacon, eggplant, chicken, anchovies, green pepper, tomatoes, ricotta, meatballs, mushrooms, extra cheese, pineapple, fresh garlic, pepperoni, black olives, ham and broccoli. The mozzarella sticks are probably the best mozz sticks I've had in a while they are filled with the perfect amount of cheese and come with a dipping sauce (marinara). The mozzarella sticks cost 4.99 and are considered an appetizer. along with the food i get there is also a variety of other types of food there as well i would say if it is your first time going to a roccos I would suggest eating at the restaurant so you can get the full experience. Plus you don't have to wait 45min to get your food rather than if you had it delivered. read more
