The Pizza Shop never disappoints. By far my favorite pizza in the area!

The Pizza Shop never disappoints. Awesome NY style pizza with a light thin crust and super flavorful sauce and toppings. By far my favorite pizza place in the area!

XL sausage. 16 something after tax. Quite good!

Nutshell: Solid NYC style pizza that I'll be back to buy again the next time I'm up W-town way. I got an XL sauseeeege and it was 16 and change. Totally reasonable! Met the owner's wife and she gave me a little bit of rundown on their business. Super nice lady and she said her husband is Italian and has a flair for the pizza makin' bidness. Their 3 year anniversary as a pizza jurnt is celebrated December of 2017 and the following March of 2018, they are changing locations to just up Main Street aways. They are building their own structure and will have new pizza ovens as well, so they'll have it all set up according to their own specs. Looking forward to trying it once they've made their move. She said they do 2 slices and a soda specials that run from 5 to 7 bucks depending on toppings and they have slices available pretty much anytime they're open. Only took 20 minutes for my pie mid-day on a Wednesday afternoon. They are not open 7 days a week so you might want to call if you're driving up from Lake George just for their offerings. Sausage was home done and I liked it. As soon as I opened the pizza box on my pie it screamed NYC pizza (see my pics) and that's a good thing! I would definitely liken it to the pizza that I've gotten in NYC that use a Hobart traditional style propane or natural gas oven. It's a traditional NYC style thin crust for sure. Ample cheese and toppings and the sauce played music in the background. The sausage was the headliner on this pie for sure and Jimmy likey. FYIzzle: They have a frequent buyers card; buy 10 XL pizzas and get your 11th free. I saw at least two other pizza shops on Main Street while driving to this one, but this one has been rated the top pizza joint of the LG/Warrensburgville area. It's tasty, dough is made fresh daily, and it's priced very reasonably. Like I said, I'll be back! Next time I hope I get a chance to talk pizza with the owner as I'm pretty crazy for pizza and make A LOT of my own homemade pies.

We were up camping in the ADKs last week and stopped by here on a rainy Tuesday night. OMG it is an amazing place! We ended up going back there two more times and my parents and aunt and uncle also checked it out and loved it. We got a plain pie for the kids and the Four Seasons for us the first night (plain, white, sausage and pepperoni, Buffalo chicken). The white is out of this world amazing. The sausage and pepperoni and plain were also very very good. The Buffalo chicken could have used crumbled bleu cheese and red onions according to my husband lol. On the third trip my husband got the chicken parm sub which he enjoyed! The staff is friendly, ample seating, reasonable prices, and parking is on the side lot and on street. Highly recommend! Our 6yr old kept asking to go back lol.

Pizza was pretty good. Thin crust, not super greasy. I would recommend the red sauce pizza. The white pizza really didn't have any flavor.

But I'm far and away from the NY-Jersey area at the moment. So based on using Yelp as my search engine, I found this humble joint. At first, it was slow like there are 2 group of customers; an elderly couple and of course, me! I simply love the laid back and homey/comfy atmosphere. And the waitress was attentive and very approachable! Minutes before I left, it got packed! So much so, I feel bad for the waitress who served my food afterwards! The food? OMFG! Very simple and no BS! Their spaghetti & meatballs are to die for! The pasta has the perfect firm texture, mild marinara taste, and very fullfilling meatballs! Their white pizza does not stand out, it was more of a confort food above all else! It has that right amount of crunchiness yet not too oily either! You can really tell that they bake their own bread! During my stint at Americade & DirtDaze, I've visited this place not once, not twice, but THREE FREAKING TIMES!!! I just can't get enough of this place! Awesome service and awesome food! Awesone 1st time pizza joint in Upstate NY area!!

All locally sourced ingredients being used here and great attention to detail for each pizza. Their pies are 12 inches, but are definitely filling. I'd say most normal appetite eaters could split a pie with their bud and still be happy, though if you're a monster eater, you'd want one all to yourself most def. See my pics as they tell a great story about their pies and pricing. They're using a nifty wood fired oven that is totally transportable using their truck and they're running nice, hot temps in that oven. The stone brick decking in their oven runs so hot that you get a real nice char on the dough, but the inside is soft and chewy, just like I likes it! The pizza peel guy told me the oven was burning at about 650 degrees when he was roatating my pizza. These guys know how to use their oven and they keep a watchful eye to make sure rotation is happening just as it should, that way your pie gets the perfect char while maintaining that soft and chewy love on the inside! Wicked good. Had a pepperoni pie this time round and the owner told me he that he hand slices each pepperoni so each slice is super thick, which indeed they were. The hot, hot wood fire gives the pepperoni a great crisp/char on the edges that adds that extra dimension of flavor that all good roni pizzas have. Great tang in the pepperoni and the sauce offered a great balance to an overall great pizza. Abundant cheese tops it all off real, real nice. Follow them on Facebook to see where they'll be appearing next. They apparently can cater and do private events as well. Finally, they also accept credit cards using their cell phone card swiper and they can text you the receipt for your purchase. Looking forward to meeting up with these folks again down the road to get another great pie. I have a feeling they're going to be really busy as word gets out about the quality they're cranking out.

Kat had me send our order ahead of time, which was a great idea so there was little to no wait. We sat at a long table in the front outdoor area, distanced from other tables. The wait service was excellent; our waitress came several times to check on us and our food and drinks came quickly. She even helped us take a group photo in front of the place! My only qualm would be the menu - it was a bit limited, and a few items were discontinued - but Kat was able to modify and make things work for us. Considering how large a group we were, I was impressed how smoothly everything went. Had a good experience and would highly recommend!

I'll admit that living near Trenton has made me a little spoiled when it comes to pizza, but even with that in mind, this was not great by any stretch of the national imagination. The main appeal was convenience. Giuseppe's was only a few steps from our hotel, and the idea of eating pizza on the balcony overlooking the lake at sunset sounded too good to pass up. The order was ready quickly, less than thirty minutes, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, despite asking for utensils and plates both on the phone and again in person, they forgot them entirely. A short walk back to the shop solved the problem, and to their credit, the staff handed them over without any fuss. The pizza itself was the kind of food that serves a purpose but not a memory. The crust was too thick and doughy, the sauce had very little character, and the cheese existed mostly to keep everything from falling apart. It was utility-grade food sold at premium tourist-town prices. We knew we were paying that tax going in, but even so, it felt steep for what we got. Still, it did the job. Our family had a meal, the sunset over the lake was beautiful, and we went from phone call to first bite in under forty minutes on a Saturday night. For that, I'll give some credit. But for the pizza itself, there's not much to recommend. Three stars for speed and convenience, not for flavor.
