Im not even a chicken thigh person, but this dish changed me. I actually felt tended to and taken care of by the food! Does that even make sense??? It did when I was eating because that's how I felt. And the crazy thing is, I've been here once before. I loved what I ate, but it didn't feel like this. It's been a rough couple of months, but after this meal and listening to the carefree, but intentional music, it lit up my mood and my spirit. Fritz's also used to have great grinders, but the roast beef in the last one I got from there was a lot of gristle and sliced so thick all the meat pulled out when trying to take a bite. Calling them was always pointless, so all we can do now is hope the new owners have improved. Maybe someday we'll get the nerve to try it again, but at prices today, we're waiting to see some reviews since the new owners took over.

The customer service was excellent. I ordered takeout and picked it up at the restaurant. The phone call order went seamlessly. The outside of the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a small herb garden, and when we walked in, we were happily greeted by staff. Joe's accepted American Express. The pizza was hot and flavorful. The crust was the best-- chewy and crispy. It was obvious that their ingredients were fresh and quality. When we heated the leftovers up the next morning in the oven, they were restored to their original deliciousness. The visit was certainly worth the $34 bill. We will definitely visit Joe's again!
