The pizza crust was extremely soggy, likely from sitting too long while other items were being prepared. The toppings slid right off when we picked up a slice. The calzone was leaking greasy liquid, and the marinara sauce, which I once raved about, was acidic, bland, and lacking the flavor it used to have. After discussing it as a family, we all agreed that the food has become consistently bland, low-quality, and unappetizing. It's frustrating to spend $30-$50 on dinner for a family of three only to regret the purchase every time.
