This KFC is pathetic. It's located in my charming hometown of Pearl River, where the town cringes upon the idea of adding more, different or plain better "fast food" offerings. Yet, they have had this sad, often frustrating KFC in town ... Forever. Plus the gazillion bars, but that's another story. This KFC is located right in rt 304 and has two entrances. One directly off 304 that leads to the drive thru and another from the side street. There's plenty of parking. You can order ahead and pickup in store. They also offer occasional deals through the app. The inside is generally clean. Here are the issues. 1. They often don't have all of what you want. Eg. Original or crispy, but here's what we have right now 2. Service is frustrating. Either orders via the app aren't prepared on time or like my latest visit, I walked inside and was ignored by everyone... The guy taking the drive thru orders, the guy assembling food in the back, the manager who passed through to empty his manager's garbage pail. Ignored .. Until I had to shout a bit 3. Chicken pieces can be ridiculously small. I've had legs the size of a chicken wingettes 4. Quality is hit or miss and sometimes tastes dried out 5. If you get there later in the evening by their standards, they won't even have chicken anymore All of that said, you might have a decent experience here, but you could also deal with everything I just mentioned. read more

Came here for the 8 chicken pcs for $10. Not flavorful, a bit soggy and no crispiness... I prefer Popeyes or Jollibee instead, they are much more flavorful than KFCs read more

The employees are a joke. Front door was locked at 12pm and they pretended like they had no clue what I was talking about. Went to the drive thru, guy used a fake obnoxious voice to take my order like he trying to be on tik tok or something. Then filled my entire bag with about 40 napkins. FOOD POISONING!! Got dinner this week and the next morning me, my husband, and 4 year old son were all so ill with food poisoning. It is the only thing in common we all had that day. Still ill 2 days later, it's disgusting. I wrote to corporate. This place needs a total overhaul. The employees are goofy and unprofessional, the manager is also not in control of this location. There is always a problem when I go, or unfresh chicken. At this point, it's not off days I went on, it's just how this location is. Never again! Please clean this place up and replace these workers. I must say that this is one of the finest establishments I have brought my family to. As a heavy set man it's hard to find good food that fills me up, but allow me to tell you that their chicken has the crispiest, juiciest, and most finger-lickin chicken to ever enter my digestive system. After bringing my family of 9 to their franchise, they all can agree that a sit-down meal and the ambience is almost therapeutic to the 5 bodily senses. The employees are always hard at work for attending our needs, and the manager has a slight scent of delightful lavender. All in all, this beautiful resteraunt makes us feel right at home, and so we always say "have a finger licking day" to each one of the staff in the most graceful and thankful way. read more

The most weird thing about this KFC is that you have to ask them for every single thing even after they serve their luke warm food to you on the driv-thru. For example:- They never put any sauces or ask you whether or not you want sauces. So you have to ask for it. Also , they never give you any knife ,so you have to ask for that too. But as if it's not bad enough, they give YOU an attitude for asking for those items! . I mean it's unheard of. They make YOU , the Customer, feel bad for the things that they are doing wrong. I have told them about them about the bad quality speakers in the drive thru and they told me that I can call the coporate and tell them to change it. What! ? So now it's my duty to help them fix their own stupid drive thru problems? smh Small advice: Please wake up from sleep-walking, do some jogging around the block before starting work and things will get better. I ordered from this KFC twice. The first time I did an online order, but I put the wrong time, on the website it says to contact the store and cancel, but when I called, the worker said you had to do it online, which I couldn't. My order was less than $10 so it wasn't that big of a deal. The second time I ordered, I ordered a bowl with customizations, I didn't want gravy or cheese or corn, but I end up getting all three in my bowl. It was less than $10 so I wasn't too mad, but it was a simple order. The place was clean for the most part. There was one worker in the back, she didn't have the best attitude, but I understand how it is in the food industry. I probably won't come back here again.. read more

If you like your dignity and demand respect when dining please stay away from this place. Not only do the owners/employees lack intelligence, they certainly don't know understand how to run a business, let alone a franchise. The cashier didn't know how to process a credit card payment and the owner refused to accept my payment because he "didn't know how." Got food poisoning from the pot pie[which I have gotten plenty of times before trying this location]. In dealing with the drive through attendant[on a Sunday evening which seems to be a key issue], I have another issue. Ask me if I want the combo, answer yes, and never take my drink order. I kindly ask for a soda and mountain dew when I get to the window, and I recieve nothing but attitude "why didn't you say something when I asked if you wanted anything else" I did. When I asked for the three combos.thats what a combo means. Entree cookie and drink. I would rather go 5 or 10 miles out of my way to get a KFC fix than use this place again. Beware The people who work in this KFC on Sunday nights. No matter how many times I correct them they still get the order wrong. Example tonight ordered two drumsticks mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. I got one drumstick, one thigh, coleslaw, corn on the cob and a biscuit. Corrected them after I checked the meal and they still put coleslaw in the box. Well at least they fixed the thigh with another drumstick.
