My sister was overcharged at this location and politely asked about the pricing error. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the employee became hostile and threw a drink at her. The situation became serious enough that the police were called and a report was filed. Customers should not have to fear being assaulted for questioning a charge on their receipt. The other coworkers also were reluctant to address the situation and give my sister the name of the employee who threw the drink at her. Wendy's is Wendy's. It is probably the best fast food you could possibly get. I always get the spicy chicken snack wrap because the sandwich is way too big to finish for me. If it's summer I am almost always getting a frosty too! The 4 for $4.00 deal is the best deal if you are looking for a quick cheap lunch. read more

It's a Wendy's so you know what to expect in terms of menu. The lot is not in the best shape with cracked concrete. However what really makes this location stand out is the incredibly terrible customer service. It shouldn't be too difficult to be minimally polite but apparently it is for the kid taking our order. I asked for a hamburger since the menu literally says "hamburger" and he immediately snarks "Uh... I don't know which hamburger you want." I asked him what are the options and he listed a few including "jr hamburger with cheese." I said "I want the regular hamburger... no cheese." He then mocks "the hamburger doesn't have cheese." Facepalm! This should have been my cue to leave right then but we were hungry so I tried again. He then misheard me a couple times and made a point to tell me I said the order incorrectly. I was a little taken aback and said "no I didn't" (silly me for engaging), and he had to say "yes you did!" At that point we were done with the blatant rudeness. We left without paying and without waiting for our order. Went to McDonald's down the street where everyone was nice. Like a human being can be. Worst Wendy's ever. Never coming back here. funny story: i ordered my usual - small frosty with medium fries. I asked the drive-through attendant for a spoon and he responds, "huh?". i repeat myself. he responds, "what? whatd you say?". i awkwardly repeat myself and i PROMISE this is his response ... "SPOOOOOONN?!" ... 100% true story. i got such a great laugh out of it. regardless: my go-to destination whenever im starving, its late, and i need a quick bite to eat. recently renovated (looks reaalllly nice), quick service and nice kind-hearted people. just wish that guy knew what a spoon was. read more

One of the only places in this whole area open after 10pm (it is open until midnight). Get there at least 10 mins before though, once I was there 5 minutes to midnight and, I quote, "they were out of everything." Riiiiight...just be honest and tell me you're goof home early and screwing me out of my late night dinner and be done with it. Regardless the burgers are good and you can't beat the 99 cent menu. I'm not usually the type of guy to write reviews but after the terrible experience I had at Wendy's I have to. Yesterday I went to Wendy's, I was starving I pulled up to the drive thru and I ordered a burger. When I ordered this burger I asked for a PLAIN cheeseburger meaning I wanted nothing but cheese on my burger but they went ahead and put KETCHUP on my burger. I hate ketchup, they also gave me onions, pickles and lettuce which I didn't mind because I could take them off. But, you can't remove ketchup from a burger. Thanks to these guys I had to eat my burger with ketchup. That is why I am writing this review so this never happens again. A plain burger means nothing on the burger! read more

Hands down one of the fastest and best tasting wendy's I have ever been to. No joke, going through the drive through takes like 3 minutes tops even if there's a line, without a line its more like 2 minutes or less. And 9/10 times the food is extremely delicious, and its never bad, either good or really good. Also its actually a pretty nice place to go inside and sit but a few tv's and bunch of different and comfortable places to sit. Fun fact Chris Rock was standing in front of me on line to get food there a few months ago. Hey wasn't to friendly but hey, it was still cool. read more
