I've been not really happy with the portions recently--they seem to get smaller each time I place an order. The chicken used to be so juicy and today's order was very dry. The kimchi fried rice had so little rice - it was only to the height of the tines of the fork. We finished our dinner and we still felt hungry. Just a review of their website. Terrible. You click on order for pickup and it takes you to GrubHub - and, takes you to another store, like, miles away. After trying for 15 minutes, finally called in my order. Also, wanted to schedule for pickup in about an hour and a half from now - which hopefully worked with the guy on the phone - we'll see. Original chicken taste amazing. Garlic wings are juicy and crispy. Their crispy chicken club is much more delicious and healthier than popeyes chicken sandwich. These wings were sauceless hot wings. On the menu, it gave them . Thinking that the breading would be pretty spicy, I was a tad disappointed with how mild it actually was (Disclaimer: I also like really spicy food). The reason for 4 stars are their waffle fries plain and simple. So delicious and golden crispy, could eat several orders. Also their biscuits are pretty yummy. Although their mac and cheese isn't bad per se, it does have a very bright yellow color which makes me think it's made with shortcuts. BBQ is the biggest chicken franchise in Korea. It's everywhere. Since I grew up in Korea I was glad to find this place near where I live. My boyfriend loves to go here for their buffalo wings. I'm not a fan of buffalo wings in general, but he loves them very much. He says their buffalo sauce is really unique, different from American ones. Although I see a lot of people come in to pick up their orders, we always dine here for some reason and it's clean and nice. Nothing fancy. I tried many different things but I only liked their olive original & sweet spice chicken. Pricing is decent, and I like their platter deals.
