Very bad experience after years of going here. I have a family and placed a large order. I…read morecollected the food and when I opened it, I realized only 1 of 6 meals were in the bags. I had the soups and boxes of rice. I called the store and they said yes we forgot to give you the other bag, we will deliver it. I offered to come collect it but they said it would be right there. 30 minutes later it shows and the food I previously picked up was now cold and the other items are lukewarm. I drove back and explained this was unacceptable and I want them to remake the food, as it was over an hour old at this point. They said no problem but what I watched will make me never go back. They moved the items to another room and one by one brought them back and put them back in the bag. They took the egg rolls and threw them back in the fryer so they were a greasy mess. I informed the guy that I asked them to remake it and he told me no we would reheat it. They then told me that several of the things I ordered were the last items and they couldn't remake it. I asked them to refund my card, but it was never done. They clearly have little concern over food safety at this place and worse, they are deceptive and untrustworthy. It is a real pity because the food was decent but I will never eat it again after witnessing them take egg rolls that I handled back into the oil at the location.
