COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small. I don't like coming to this KFC in particular too because of its small parking lot. Parking spaces are tight too. I always find it funny how Roscoe's Chicken is located right next to it. The competition must be fierce. Food: I ordered the popcorn chicken. It features bite-sized white meat chicken nuggets with a seasoned, extra crispy breading. The chicken had a relatively thick coat of batter on each piece, but it wasn't very crispy and I definitely wouldn't call it "extra crispy." I did notice that the chicken-less batter pieces were the crunchiest, but the bigger pieces tended to be mostly soft. Taste wise, it was bomb. Lots of spices and flavors from each popcorn chicken. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, fast, efficient, and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I tried the KFC Chicken Sandwich Box via Doordash and had it with sides of mashed potatoes, fries, and mac and cheese. Overall, the outstanding parts were the chicken being not oily but rather moist and tender. The fries having a uniquely "sticky" and starchy feel. However, both the chicken and the fries were quite salty. The salt doesn't stop there, though, since the buns were burnt on the inside. The mac and cheese tasted like fairly plain airplane food, and the mashed potatoes were tasteless without gravy. Overall, the Chicken Sandwich Box left much to be desired, but there were still redeeming qualities.

Hi, This hurts to write because I always liked KFC... But when it comes to lazy ass people working in their kitchen I have to let the people know. So, I came to this KFC after I got off work, I heard rumors about this place about really rude employees and cold old food, they were all true!!! So I asked because I ordered, is the food fairly new, rudely she said YES it was just made. And to make a long story short, when I pulled up the manager and the lady that took my order we're both looking at me laughing, when I opened that box I saw why it was funny to them! I don't know if this was made in the morning or RATS got to it and the manager and employees thought it would be funny to me! Let all get together and SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

If i could give 0 stars, trust me, i would. I went to kfc drive thru and there was a car in front of me I'm chillen replying to my friends and i move up to the speaker to order. A girl comes on (she has an accent, this is important) and asks me for a second. I say sure She comes back after like 2 mins and says how can i help you I say to her can i get a number 8 She says I'm sorry i can't hear you, i ask again, can i have a number 8 Then a different girl comes on and says how can i help you? With an attitude! Again, i say a number 8 She goes i can't hear you, speak louder So i do! I say: CAN I PLEASE HAVE A NUMBER 8! This girl, proceeds to tell me: we will not tolerate you raising your voice at us and speaking to us like this. You can take your business elsewhere. When i tell you... My blood started to boil! I pulled up to the window, the girl with the accent was standing right there. She said how can i help, i told her straight up: look, i can tell that it wasn't you that just spoke to me rudely just now. Can i talk to the person or your manager about this situation that just happened because that's so wrong. All i hear and see is the other girl with her back to me, the lady who i assume is the cook standing right there looking at me confused , and the girl with the accent. The girl tells her to close the window and go to the back Yup, so of course, that shit triggers me more, i pull up a little bit, and see them standing there the cook is locking eyes with me and they all start to move and hide in the back. I pull up, get off the car, and start to take pics And i tell the girl: if you didn't wanna work, you of should have stayed home. I'm not the one and i will be speaking to your corporate and management and i left

They never gave me the redeemed offer on my app... attempted to charge me for all my sauces... Hung up on me first call and second call for was sad. Then when I finally got my delivery they gave me raw chicken and still charged me for delivery. And now I'm sick! Undercooked chicken happened here!

Woah, I read some article about Loli Farms being one of the best rotisserie chickens in the city…read moreand not gonna lie, I was mildly skeptical. Have heard lots of other rotisserie chickens being touted as "one of the best" and they wind up being dry or just okay. Today, I came here on the way home to try it out and I'm so glad I did. The chicken is AMAZING--smoky, juicy, and tender without being overbrined or overcooked. Even the breast meat, after sitting in a hot container for 45 minutes, was delicious. The chicken travels well (fries do not of course) and I'm definitely getting delivery for lazy weeknight dinners. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I asked about their drinks cause I couldn't find a menu for it. The passionfruit is quite tart but so flavorful! I loved the chincha morada. I'm not familiar enough with Peruvian food to speak on authenticity but this was just GOOD food. Got a side of fried plantains and garlic fries--plantains are perfectly caramelized on the outside, yummy! Garlic fries are VERY garlicky and the fries themselves are on the softer side, kind of like Wing Stop fries. This was my first time here and the parking situation was quite interesting--no parking lines, try not to block others in, a real parking free for all. There's maybe 6 tables inside and another 4-5 in a covered patio outside.

If you love fried chicken, you cannot go wrong eating here. The service i have mixed opinions. Most all of the employees are friendly. Maybe too friendly. Part of the reason for their long line would be the talkative cashiers. There is a way to chat up the customer while still keeping things moving along, but I've not seen it once while there; the chicken is that good that I put up with my least favorite thing at a restaurant--unnecessary conversation that adds to the wait time. The ambiance is also not my favorite. It's too loud in there. The music could be a touch lower--I'm there to eat, not be at the club--and the top notch cooks in the back yell a lot. I will say that the yelling appears to keep them upbeat, positive, and motivated; I see the value in it, yet it's the reason I get delicious chicken to go. They have a clean bathroom, a parking lot in back, and some of the best chicken in the Greater Los Angeles area. My mouth waters when I even begin to think about going there. Also, I believe the times to avoid the long waits would be weekdays until about 3 PM ish.

While my wife prefers Jollibee, I found the fried chicken here to be seasoned well and cooked perfectly, though it was a bit salty for both of us. The fries were good and crispy, but the fried shrimp, while okay with cocktail sauce, weren't the best quality and I wouldn't order them again. Overall, I enjoyed the fried chicken more than Jollibee, but my wife felt differently. I would definitely return for their chicken.

It's the perfect shareable meal and worth every single penny. It's been a minute since I wrote a review, but these guys deserve the love. The photos I snapped don't do the chicken, salad, or any of the fixings justice, but trust me: if you're hunting for some of the best herb-roasted chicken in town, Kismet is a must-try. The name fits the vibe perfectly--meant to be. I'm picky about rotisserie/herb-roasted chicken and always benchmark against heavy hitters: Mi Piace's Prezzemolo (still my all-time favorite), the long-gone Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken from Cheesecake Factory's heyday, and more recently, Verde in Costa Mesa's killer Lemon & Sumac half chicken (easily top 3). Kismet's half chicken holds its own in that elite group. It's juicy, tender, and packed with bright Mediterranean flavor--a healthier, more refined take on the classic Zankou Chicken style I've loved forever. What pushes it over the edge for me is the quality: free-range, non-GMO, antibiotic-free, air-chilled, and raised right here in California. Bottom line: Kismet belongs on any serious "greatest herb-roasted chicken" list (at least mine). If you haven't tried it yet, go fix that. Highly recommend.

I had 2 other experiences prior to this where the chicken seemed off but I kept trusting it would be as good as it when I first had Kismet when it first opened back in March 2025. On May 7th, 2026 at 3:30 PM I ordered for pickup my usual meat and potatoes plate. Weirdly, the order was ready for pickup in a couple of minutes when usually it would be ready in 10 minutes which would have been less sketchy. I should have trusted my instincts. I walked in to pick up my order and there were zero customers around, usually there are a few customers eating at the tables. Sign that the quality has dwindled and the regulars aren't retuning. I get back home to treat myself (I spent $28 for the meal plus a drink.) Much to my dismay I opened the plate and was so disappointed. It was half of what normally comes in the box but the potatoes were stacked high and of course extremely oily. I was like ok let's just eat this because I don't have more time to find another place to get food plus I've already splurged. The chicken was undercooked and rubbery and came with no chicken breast like it normally does just some boney legs. Since I was so hungry and paid the extra money for "light" chicken I still ate it. I'm sick now, the night of May 8th I'm still on the toilet. Save your money and go to Zankou if you want good rotisserie chicken they've been doing it right in LA since the 80s. Or Costco; 5$ chicken unless you want a $32 dollar chicken here to make you and your family sick and poor.
