Worst experience ever! I went through the drive-thru (at around 3 PM on 4-29-26) and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with the spicy mayo. My total was around $6. There was a sign at the order screen with someone holding a big, full sized chicken sandwich, and the price said $2.99. The lady at the window gives me my food. I check the food before I drove away, and there were 2 tiny little sandwiches inside that were a fraction of the size of the ones in the picture. They were like 2 bites each. I asked her "What is this? This isn't what I wanted. I wanted the full sized sandwiches, like in the picture." She argued with me, then walked away. A minute later, some young girl who looked like she still belonged in school came to the window and just gave me a blank stare, saying nothing. I told her again what I told the other lady. She tells me that I must have wanted the full sized sandwich, which are $6 each. I told her no way. Just give me a refund. She said that "they don't give refunds". So, I told her "Fine, then give me what I ordered, the full sized sandwich like in the picture." She tells me to pull forward, and she'll bring it out to me. After a couple of minutes, she comes outside and argues with me some more. She finally takes my bag from me and says she'll be right back. She comes back out with only 1 full sized sandwich. I told her I ordered 2, not 1. She tells me that if I want another one, I'll have to pay for it. I told that I already paid for 2. Then she argues with me some more, saying stuff like "I didn't make the sign, and I don't make the prices." Finally, she tells me that she's going to go call the store manager, and walks away. I sat outside for at least another 20 minutes. She never returned. So, I finally gave up and left. Worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. Rude beyond belief. False advertising. App said no online ordering available. Went in to the store to try to get the special. No luck. Not my fault their server or whatever was down. Drive thru visit. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with coleslaw instead of fries and a Diet Pepsi. Didn't continue with my order because I heard silence after that. Worker repeated chicken sandwich meal with coleslaw but had to ask what drink again. Diet Pepsi. Final part of the order - an 8 piece tender with mashed potatoes and fries. 'Is that an 8 piece?' She asked. 'Yes, 8 piece tenders.' 'With what sides?' She asks. Again, repeated. I get it - maybe a bad microphone? But when I drove up to pay, no clarification asked. Told me it would be 3 min on fresh fries and to pull up. Waited 10 and was presented an 8 piece bucket of fried chicken... no tenders. Took my son to KFC to get him some chicken. Upon approaching the building, he asked me why we don't eat at KFC more often. I didn't have a good answer, but I told him that I didn't know he liked it so much. I had a chicken pot pie dinner and he had a chicken tenders dinner. Both were very good. they have great food. yet, they forgot my sandwiches. But other than that they have excellent food. it is scrumptious, and makes my mouth water whenever someone brings it up. i 100% recommend. Also about the sandwiches we had a very large order, and it was an honest mistake. They do take a while to get your food ready, but it's worth it once try if you will know what i mean. read more

I thought some fried chicken just sounded delicious on a cold snowy Sunday. I placed our order online and picked it up. We did a family bucket with some sides. The extra crispy bucket was so yummy! It did not disappoint. My kids were loving it. The mashed potatoes and gravy are ok. The coleslaw was ok. The kids loved the fries. The Mac and cheese was nothing special. Oh and the biscuits were good . Overall I would order from them again. Oh I forgot the free cookies are gross idk if it's just me but even my kids said pass after one bite. Honestly the chicken obviously was the star of the show. I'd be happy to pick up another family bucket sometime and just whip up my own sides really quick and save the money. I just think all the sides aren't anything special. The portions are small to split for a family of 4 and if you're taking them home they get cold and gross. I order a 12 piece dinner & Only got 1/2 the chicken. I called KFC medina & they said they would replace it when I come in another time came in a few day later & received the 12 piece dinner. There was so much coating on the chicken that it was about 15-20% of each chicken piece.. I only go to KFC once in a while. These 2 visits do not make me RUSH back. How disappointing!. read more

I usually go here quite often because of the good deals they have but I went in today though the drive through ordered a 5 dollars fill up with two extra crispy piece of chicken coke no ice. Easy enough total came out to 5.06 I pull around and she tells me 8.06 and I'm just greatly confused she corrected herself apologized and I understood I use to work in fast food hands me my food and drink and I park to eat. Open the chicken. Original recipe so i went inside said this was the wrong order they fixed it but didn't have any thighs in extra crispy asked if a wing or breast we're ok. I like dark meat so I said I guess wings which have no meat on them. I get back to my car to eat again go take a sip of soda and my head instantly hurts. Ice. My drink was full of ice.
